BTS’ vocalist and dancer Jimin became the first from the group to be caught in a real dating rumour. Big Hit Music had to release a statement saying that actress Song Da Eun and he dated in the past with mutual affection. They said it was several years ago but people are not convinced. Many fans believe the breakup was more recent than what is being said in the media. This happened after Song Da Eun released a couple of TikTok videos as proof of them being a couple. People noticed that she was living in Nine One Hannam where Jimin has a luxury apartment. Big Hit Music urged fans to respect the privacy of the two parties and not indulge in online harassment.
