I don't think we've interacted with each other before. I usually don't read on RagLak, but your prologue and chapter one is so fascinating that I hope to hang around for this one.
Really a wonderful job with writing and also the element of suspense. It is a intriguing read and a captivating plotline.
BTW I noticed in one sentence you have Sharon instead of Lakshya...thought to point out, perhaps you missed it while editing.

Part 2

Ragini came back with the coffee and stood near the door. She heard the tap flowing in the washroom. Lakshya was inside. She kept the cup on the table and opened the cupboard. She took out some old clothes. She them opened a large suitcase and took out a black shawl. Just then Lakshya came out of the wash room.

"Ragini!" he yelled and snatched the shawl from her hand and threw it away.

"How many times will I tell you, not to wear anything black?" he fumed in anger.

Ragini panicked with his behavior. She couldn't understand how to react. Tears started searching way from her eyes to come out.

"Will you dare to speak now? What were you doing with that thing?" he almost yelled again.

"Lakshya, I was...!"

"You, What?"

"Relax!" she yelled back with tears in eyes. "You know I can never go against you. So just calm down! I was not going to use it. I was taking out all the old clothes to donate in the old age home!"

Lakshya sighed.

Flashback

Kolkata 2014

It was a bright Sunday morning. And a couple was walking hand in hand near a mall.

"How more will you shop?" The boy said. .

"Come on. We just came. We still need to get you new cloths." Replied the girl.

His hazel brown eyes blinked, his hair shined and his lips turned to a smiling curve.. He's none other than Lakshya...

Her deep brown eyes sparkled and the wind made her hair flow. With her rosy cheeks, stood a smiling Ragini.

They kept walking and they reached a dress section.

"Let's go there!" Ragini said excitedly.

Laksh looked at her with a tired face and just nodded his head.

They went inside and Ragini kept showing him dresses and he used to say: No

Ragini got irritated and showed him a black dress and she looked like an angle. Lakshya was lost in her.

"Amazing!!!" was the only word that escaped his mouth.

Ragini blushed.

"Is it final?" She asked slowly.

"Wear that in our next date!" Lakshya winked.

She blushed hard.

"Okay!" she whispered.

They finished their shopping and went to the foods corner.

Laksh and Ragini were having food. When a piece of rice was on her lips and he slowly came forward.

As he came forward Ragini's eyes got bigger his hazel eyes met her deep brown eyes.

"Kya kar rahe ho, Lakshya?" she said slowly.

"Apni girlfriend ko..." he began as he came more closer.

Ragini got even more tensed.

"Girlfriend ko?"

Laksh took out that piece of rice and laughed out loud.

"I was taking out the piece of rice."

"You scared me, Laksh!" she said with widening her eyes.

Laksh couldn't stop laughing

"Tumhari shakal dekhni chahiye thi, Ragini!" he laughed more.

Ragini pouted.

"Very Funny aab chalo!" she dragged him.

Then they both went out. They reached Ragini's home. They came out of the car.

"Thank you for the treat!" Ragini smiled.

Laksh hugged her.

"You're always welcome My jaan."

She hugged back.

"Take care." Laksh said cupping her face.

Ragini nodded and he kissed her forehead.

"Come inside, Sanskaar is also in!" she offered.

"I have to leave, or that devil will eat me up!" he acted.

"Dare you call her that!" she warned.

Laksh joined his hands and waved a good bye.

Ragini smiled at him when he left.

Inside Ragini's house

A guy was sitting on the sofa and was working. Ragini immediately went and jumped on the sofa and hugged him from behind.

"I am back!"

He smiled at her cuteness.

"Welcome back! Hey, how was your date?" he asked

Ragini got up and said "TREAT and not DATE Mr Sanskaar Kapoor!"

Sanskaar looked at her a look as if he knew everything: "Really?"

"Come on Sanskaar, you are my brother! Jo sochna hai soch lo. Mai to sone ja rahi hoon! I am too tired." She left to her room.

Sanskaar shook his head on her.

Lakshya's house.

Laksh came home and a girl was sitting watching the TV.

Lakshya took the remote from her hand.

"Abhi tak soi nahi? Devil!" he teased.

The girl got up.

"Tujhme manners hai ya nahi? Jakar Ragini se seekh kitni sweet hai!" she taunted.

" Swara, chill!" he said casually. Tu jaa kar Sanskaar se seekh!"

"Shut up! You monkey!"

They both kept arguing and eventually went to sleep.

In a dark lane Ragini was moving heather and thither in the same black dress they purchased today. Just then someone came in a black veil and stabbed her.

"Raaggginiii..." Lakshya screamed. He got up sweating. He was dreaming. He screamed again and Swara came from the other room and was shocked to see his condition. She tried to calm him but he didn't listen.

Lakshya couldn't say anything he just got up and ran out and started the car. Swara went running behind him and followed him in another car. Laksh was rash driving. And Swara was following him. They reached Ragini's home. Laksh just Ran out of the car and started banging the door. Sanskaar opened the door and was shocked to see Laksh in this state.

"Lakshya...?" he was cut by him.

"Where is Ragini??" he asked holding his shoulder.

"In her room..." Sanskaar replied confused.

Laksh ran up to her room. Just then Swara came.

"What's happening?" Sanskaar asked her.

Swara had tears.

"I don't know!! She whispered.

Sanskaar calmed her down and both ran up.

Lakshya banged open the door and Ragini immediately jerked up. He came running towards her. He was not in his senses.

"Ragini, you are fine? You are ,ok? Nothing happened to you right?" he had a flood of questions.

"I am alright, Lakshya. What happened?" she asked getting up.

Laksh was behaving like a maniac. He was going on asking Ragini if she is okay. Ragini wasn't understanding what was happening, tears were rolling down her eyes. Laksh opened her cupboard and took out the new black dress. He tore it. Ragini jerked.

"What happened to you, Lakshya?" she asked.

But he just keened to tear the dress in pieces.

"Lakshya!" she yelled.

She was crying looking at his state. Swara and Sanskaar tried to calm him down but in vain. Ragini immediately hugged him and he closed his eyes and hugged her back they hugged each other even more tightly!
