I'm really fascinated by the story you're unfolding with such dexterity in this SS. And what I loved most was the characterization. You've got a way of delineating the plot---very crisp while at the same time being descriptive.

The difference in world views between SwaSan---the Mr Perfect Sanskaar Maheshwari and the Ms Loves to be Imperfect Swara Gadodia, was so well done. Can one say, she is imperfectly perfect, and he is perfectly imperfect? 😉 😃

The hint you gave of Swara's painful past, was very intriguing. She's had to leave her parents, to get away from something which happened. Wonder that was? Both Shomi and Shekar sound like very grounded, supportive parents here, and the pain of their temporary parting was palpable.

Swara may feel that perfection is an unrealistic, even unrequired ideal. After all, as she says, there is so much beauty in little imperfections. But she seems to be a most wonderful person, with a lovely, giving, compassionate heart. No wonder Sanskaar was so captivated by her artlessly beautiful smile and glowing eyes! Her beauty within shines through, na?

And Sanskaar---what a wonderful way you've described him! Dressed in Armani suits and Gucci shoes, sporting Aviator shades, driving a BMW. Knight in Shining Armani!! 😉 😃

But the material trappings apart, I loved the way you've described his nature. He may be a high flier, academically and career/ business wise, a go getter and an achiever, but he is well grounded, not vainglorious or narcissistic. And despite being born with a silver spoon in his mouth, he does want to earn his place at the high table; work hard as an intern under a manager he knows to be capable, and work his way up.

That's true dedication and modesty there---when he shows regard for others' contributions and achievements. None of the "Do you know who my Dad is" crap. 😊

As I'd mentioned in our PM exchange, one of the aspects I most liked was how you showed Sanskaar's professional ethics and dedication. We seldom get to see much of that in the serial (nor have we got to see Swara's passion for music in a long, long time, come to that!) So it was really refreshing to get a perspective of Sanskaar's work life balance, in this Fic.

The way you described their first meeting was awesome---Swara literally bowling him over? Hitting Sanskaar for a 6? 😆 😳 Liked the subtle sense of attraction that played out between them---how they were impressed by small things about each other---Sanskaar with Swara's caring nature, her warmth around the kids and her genuine distress about having caused him pain. I guess, with ladies fawning over him because of his background and wealth and doing their best to impress him, Swara must have been such a refreshing and lovely change! 😉 He certainly noticed her lovely eyes and smile a lot 😉

For her part, Swara was impressed by Sanskaar's grounded and modest ways, his obvious wealth not having turned him into a spoilt brat. And she finds him cute! 😃 Ah well, who doesn't? 😉

Sanskaar's awkwardness at being asked by the Padre to take his shirt off so he could check him for bruises, was fun. 😃 He was kind of embarrassed doing so in front of the "pretty girl". 😉 Thankfully Father Benedict understood and took pity on him! Swara contemplating Salman Khan's shirtlessness was 😆 😆

Another aspect I loved was the deft way you've described Sanskaar's equations with his parents. He seems to adore Annapurna---he can be himself around her, share all his thoughts and feelings, his achievements as well as doubts.

With his Dad, it is more of a formal relationship. DP undoubtedly loves his son, but that love comes also with a lot of expectations. He is proud of his son no doubt, but really does demand a level of perfection from him. Sanskaar is driven and committed innately, but also because he has this deep resolve to make sure he wins his father's approval.

Somehow I have a feeling DP isn't going to approve at all of Swara as a match for his son. He may have well planned his alliance with a daughter of some other rich marwari business family? 😕 Ah well--that's your story to tell, and I am waiting for it to unfold so very eagerly.

You said you will be on a short holiday soon as you've not been keeping too well? Wish you a speedy recovery to full health, dear. And enjoy your vacation, wherever you're going.

hi...it is a beautifully written tightly gripping story
I love the contrast you have shown between sanskar and swara , and their contradictions on the feasibility of the concept of perfection...simply amazing!
sanskar' s lavish yet grounded, perspicacious yet sympathetic and almost perfect characterization is charmingly fascinating
would anxiously wait for the further parts
