Thank You All for your Replies to this SS. I tried to portray Swara as a Strong Character and it has been Well Accepted by All. This Part will Mainly Focus on Some Revelations. Some New Characters will be Introduced. I Hope you Guys Like This Part .
Next Day: At 4am
The Corridor of the MM was silent until a faint sound could be heard. Swara slowly tiptoed to her Room carrying a File in her Hand. Tucking the File under her Shirt, she entered her Room. He was still asleep. Breathing a sigh of relief, she immediately jumped on the Bed locking the Door behind her. Pulling a Blanket over Herself, she slowly removed the File from under her Shirt, that she had received from Bade Papa just a few minutes before which would help her in her Quest. She looked outside her Blanket only to find Sanskar sleeping on the Couch. It was still Dark Outside. Pulling the Blanket over herself, Swara switched on the Flashlight in her Phone and opened the File. The File consisted of the FIR's against Sanskar. There were not many Cases against Sanskar. Most of them were Drunk Driving...Getting caught in Parties...etc. But one such case caught Swara's Attention. It was a Case of Murder. According to the Case Papers, Sanskar was convicted of Murdering Debhasish Roy, who was a Trader. Debhasish Roy's wife Kavitha Roy had accused him. But due to Lack of Evidence, Sanskar had been Granted Freedom and the Case had been Closed as the Defence Lawyer claimed that Debhasish Roy had committed Suicide due to Loss in Business.
Swara pondered over the case. There had to be a Reason for Bade Papa giving her this File. The rest of the Cases were not of much importance. But this Case had some Story to it. It was up to her to find out. 'Kavitha Roy' she didnt Remember when but she had heard this Name somewhere. She tried to Remember where. Then it stuck her. Back to the Days when Sanskar was faking his Love, She and Sanskar had attended a Party where she had heard some of his Friend's teasing him with the Name 'Kavitha' She had even questioned Sanskar at that time in her Possessiveness that who is Kavitha? Sanskar had laughed at her Jealousy and Replied that She was an Old Friend nothing else. Probably, the Kavitha they were referring to was Kavitha Roy. She had to find out because if it was the same Kavitha then she had to find out why had she blamed Sanskar? Swara thought for a minute. Then it struck her Did Sanskar Really Commit the Murder? He had raped her. Can a Rapist be a Murderer too? She quickly glanced at him. He looked so innocent in his sleep. But only she knew his true identity. A Rapist can be a Murderer as Well. But now she had to find out who Kavitha was.
An idea struck her Mind. She could check his Phone. If Kavitha was his Old Friend then he would surely Save her Number. Her eyes searched for his Phone only to find it kept near his Pillow. She slowly moved towards the couch and bent down. He was still asleep, but she had to be careful. She slowly moved her Hand near the Pillow to take his Phone but at the same time he turned towards her. She immediately withdrew her Hand. His eyes were still closed. 'Come On Swara' she said to herself and slowly moved again closer to the Pillow. Her hand was not able to reach the Pillow as she was sitting a bit far. She got more closer to the couch to get his Phone. Her hands reached for the Phone and she caught it. But she was not able to pull it out as the Phone was under his Pillow and His Head was being a Hurdle. She tried to remove it slowly but to no avail. Angrily, she put all her strength to pull the Phone only to Fall on Sanskar. She closed her eyes at the Disaster.
The sudden thud on his Body, made Sanskar come to his Senses, only to find Swara over Him. A Smile appeared up his Lips as he saw their Position. Swara was catching his Shirt tightly, keeping her Eyes shut. He smiled at her innocence. He gently pushed the Strands of her Hair Behind touching her Ear in the Process. The sudden touch made Swara realize her Position and she immediately moved away. "I didn't know you would accept our Relationship so Early" he teased. She shot him an Angry Look. "I didn't accept it. I was just going to the Bathroom and I slipped." She said in her defense and walked to the Bathroom. He saw her Leave at smiled at the precious Moment he had with her.
Swara came out of the Bathroom embarrassed. She saw him sleeping on the Couch. 'Such a Jerk' she taught. Always tries to impose himself on me. "I'm Sorry" She Heard Him Say. She nodded her head and turned to the other side of the Bed. She was highly embarrassed due to her actions. If Sanskar would get any Hint that she was trying to get his Phone that would be the end of her Mission. She had to get his Phone somehow. But she was not in a Position to do it now. Closing her eyes, she tried to sleep.
Same Day: At 7am
Swara woke up to a sound of hustle- bustle. Opening her eyes, she saw Sanskar was preparing to go for a Morning Walk. She got up from the Bed to see that it was 7 in the Morning. She adjusted herself to go to the Washroom. Seeing Swara awake, Sanskar said "I'm Sorry to Wake you. It's actually my Habit to go for a Morning Walk. You can sleep it's okay." Swara got down from the Bed. "No it's okay" she said and went to the Washroom. Sighing , Sanskar left for his Morning Walk.
Swara returned from the Washroom. She scanned the Room to find Sanskar missing. She smiled widely and locked the Door. Her eyes searched the Room only to find his Phone kept on the Side Table. She ran for the Phone and took it. Opening the Phone, she started searching for the name Kavitha in his Contacts but there was none. 'If she was his old friend why wasn't her number there' she thought. She went through his old pictures. There was a Group Photo of all the Students in a Picture probably when Sanskar was in College. She scanned through all the Faces while comparing them with the Case Papers Bade Papa had given her. There she found it Kavitha Roy! A girl who looked quite decent. So she was right the girl his Friends were talking about was the same girl who blamed Sanskar for Murdering her Husband. Kavitha surely had some big connection with Sanskar. She had to find it out now. This is the Reason why Bade Papa had given her this Task. She locked the phone and kept it in its position as she heard Footsteps coming near the Room.
Sanskar entered the Room only to find Swara getting Ready. He couldn't stop admiring how Beautiful she looked. If he and Swara would be Married in Different Conditions, he would run to her and Take her in his Arms. But he had to give her time. Hopefully, one day she would accept him. But one thing is for sure he will never Force Her. Forcing himself to take his eyes off his Beautiful Wife, he went to the Bathroom.
Swara was getting Ready when she heard a knock on the Door, only to find Uttara. "Good Morning Bhabhi" Uttara greeted her. Swara smiled at her greeting her back. Uttara then accompanied Swara downstairs, chatting with her on the way. Swara immediately bonded with Uttara. Reaching down, Swara greeted all the Maheshwaris. After the Aarti, the Ladies dragged Swara to the Kitchen for the Rasoi Rasam. Swara was able to carry out all the rituals properly, thanks to Dadi who had forced her to Learn All This. Swara then joined the others on the Dining Table for Breakfast. Uttara dragged Swara to sit with her. Later, Sanskar joined the Family for Breakfast. It felt a bit awkward for Swara and the Maheshwaris due to the sudden changes. But then The Men started discussing about Business. Swara heard Adarsh and Laksh discussing about 'The Sethwanis' their arch rivals in Business. Sanskar too got involved in their Conversation. The way Sanskar spoke about 'Karan Sethwani' the Son of the Sethwanis clearly indicated towards his Hatred for them especially Karan. Swara glanced at Uttara who was sitting beside her. Her Face had suddenly been gripped by Sadness. 'Was it because of what Sanskar said' thought Swara. As a coincidence Uttara received a Call. Swara caught a glance of her Phone as the Caller ID displayed the Name Karan. Uttara quickly excused herself and left. After Breakfast, Sanskar had been ordered by AP to take Swara to her Maayka for the Pag-Phere Rasam. He had obliged.
There had been a moment of Awkwardness between the Gadodias and Sanskar. Ragini had met Swara and taken her inside making sure to avoid Sanskar as much as possible. Sanskar had told Swara he would pick her up at Night. Taking Swara to her Room, Ragini asked "Swara, Tell me the Truth, did he do anything Last Night?" Swara was shocked at this sudden question. "No Ragini He didn't." She said. Ragini had sighed in Relief. She had continued asking Swara various questions and Swara had answered them. A part of Swara's Heart wanted to tell Ragini the Truth. But it would be too risky. Moreover, she had received clear instructions from Bade Papa to not do so. After a brief talk with Ragini, Swara had said that she wanted to Rest for sometime. Ragini had agreed knowing that Swara wanted some time to herself and had left. Swara instantly locked the Door and got ready to implement her Plan. This was the Best Time to meet Kavitha. She had already received details about Kavitha's Residence thanks to her Lawyer Friends. She slowly moved out of her Room through the Window and Left the Baadi through the Back Door. It was time for some Revelations.
Same Day: Kavitha's House
Swara's POV
So here I am outside her House to meet her. I ring the doorbell. After a few minutes, the Door opens revealing Kavitha. She looks at me giving a shocked expression. "Swara Maheshwari, What are you doing Here?" She asks. She knows Me. "I'm here to meet Kavitha Roy" I reply confidently. "Not at All. No one from the Enemy Family are allowed inside." She says sternly. "Please.." I beg "I can help you. I just want to know about your husband Debhasish Roy." She stares at me with disbelief, then allows me in.
"Why are you here Mrs. Swara Sanskar Maheshwari? Let me guess, the new entrant in the Maheshwari Clan. If I'm not wrong you got Married Yesterday right? What brings you here? Trying to defend your new Husband I suppose." She says. "No Kavitha, my Mission is not to defend but destroy my Husband. I'm here to find some answers." I reply back. She stares at me in Awe. "Why should I believe you?" She asks. I smile back at her. Taking a deep breath, I narrate my entire story to her. After I finish, she continues to stare at me her Mouth wide open. "So this is the Reason for this Early Marriage. I did know something was up when I heard the sudden news of Sanskar's Marriage." She says "So basically, you want to avenge Sanskar. But let me tell you one thing Swara it is not Easy. I have been trying to Avenge him since 5 years yet Every Time I try I fail." Tears started streaming down her Face. "What did Sanskar do to you." I asked. Wiping her tears she replied "He killed my Husband."
I stared at her in Awe. "What did he Really? Why?" I asked still not able to digest this Fact. Kavitha stopped sobbing and started her Narration "Me and Sanskar were in the same college. We became close friends and Fell in Love. That was the worst mistake of my Life - to fall in Love With Him. Sanskar was a Flirt. He would Flirt with all the other girls. But if I would even talk to other guys, he would get possessive. When my Parents got to know about his Habits they told me to Leave Him. I did. But he was not able to handle it. He started threatening me. At that time, my Parents decided to get me Married to Debhasish Roy. I agreed for the Marriage. Eventually, I fell in Love with Debhasish and we got Married. But Sanskar couldn't see my Happiness and started threatening me and Debhasish. He couldn't accept the fact that I had left him for my Husband. He wanted to destroy us. He started bothering Debhasish's business by blackmailing the suppliers. We started suffering huge loses in Business. Debhasish started becoming depressed but he didn't lose his Hope and continued to fight against Sanskar. But know one wanted to help us as they couldn't go against the Great Maheshwaris. One day, Sanskar entered our House forcefully and Started beating Debhasish Horribly. I tried stopping him but to no avail. After beating him up severely, he Left. I rushed my Husband to the Hospital but he Had Died." Kavitha couldn't control her sobs. There was silence for a long time. I kept my hand on her shoulder offering support. She composed herself and continued "I filed a case against Sanskar but due to the Great Power of the Maheshwaris, all the Proofs against Sanskar were stolen. He was easily released. My husband was declared Mentally ill in Court and the Case was declared a Suicide." She paused for a minute and then continued "I wanted to avenge Sanskar always but never did I get the chance. He is the reason for my Destroyed Life just like yours Swara. I will surely help you in your mission to avenge Sanskar. I'm with you Swara." I wasn't alone now, I had Kavitha with me. I hugged her. "Thank You soo much Kavitha" I said.
Breaking the Hug, Kavitha said "I think it's time to give the Maheshwaris a taste of their own Medicine." I shook my head in approval. "But how will we do that" I asked. She smiled wickedly. "Just the way they got you Married to your Rapist, imagine their Daughter getting Married to her Rapist." I looked surprised. "U mean Uttara Maheshwari?" I questioned. She nodded. Uttara! No she is not at Fault. I can't punish her for Sanskar's deeds. "No Kavitha. Not Uttara. She is a good soul.." I said in defence. She looked at me in disbelief. "Swara Relax, we won't Harm Uttara. I promise you that." She said "The Maheshwaris are responsible for your condition. Let's just make them feel what your Parents went through when U Married Sanskar. Don't you think they deserve that?" My thoughts went back to My Baba and Maa, how helpless they were. They couldn't even Look me in the Eye. Even after I had returned, they had kept their Distance. Kavitha was Right, the Maheshwaris deserved a similar situation. "I will be a Part of this" I said.
"Now you're talking" she exclaimed happily. "But how will we do this?" I asked "I mean someone to play with Uttara, we need someone right?" Kavitha let out a giggle. "I already told you Swara, I have been planning to Avenge Sanskar since 5 years. I have a very good support system. Do you know Karan Sethwani?" She asked. I remembered that Name from Today when Sanskar was talking about him. "Yes, Karan Sethwani: the son of the Sethwanis who are the arch rivals of Maheshwaris." I said. She continued giggling. "For your information, Karan Sethwani is my Childhood Friend who is helping me against Sanskar and He is the Crush cum Best Friend of your Sister-in-Law Uttara." I stood shocked. Now I knew why Uttara had become Sad at the Dining Table when Sanskar had bad-mouthed about Karan and when Karan had called Uttara, she had ran away to talk to him. It all made sense now. Poor Uttara has no idea Karan is playing with her just like Sanskar played with me.
"Don't be so shocked Swara. The only way to hurt the Maheshwaris is Uttara. U have to give them the pain they gave you." Kavitha said. I nodded my head gently. "So Karan is helping us." I said. "Yes he is" she replied "I will surely await his reaction when he gets to know Swara Sanskar Maheshwari was here." "Okay" I said "So what's the plan?" Kavitha eyes glittered at the mention of the Plan. "The plan is quite simple. Tomorrow is Karan's Birthday and he is doing it in his Farmhouse. Obviously he will call Uttara. Once Uttara reaches there I will drug her and put her in Karan's Room. The next morning, Uttara will find herself next to Karan. She will think that Karan has raped her and will surely tell her dear Family. Once the Maheshwari Drama is over, Karan's Family will ask Uttara to get Married to Karan. Just like the Maheshwaris did to you and Finally Uttara and Karan will be Married. The Maheshwaris will face the same situation just as you did Swara." Kavitha completed. "Why do we make Karan and Uttara Married? I mean what is Uttara's fault in all this?" I asked. Kavitha smiled brightly. "Swara, I'm just doing this to make The Maheshwaris realize their Mistake. Like I told you Uttara Loves Karan and Karan too Loves Her. Once they are Married, Karan will confess his Feelings to Uttara and will also tell her that he didn't touch her that Night. Once Uttara realizes the Truth, she will Accept Karan wholeheartedly. Swara, u only tell me they both Love Each Other and Deserve to Get Married but thanks to your Husband, they can't Marry. We are just uniting 2 Lovers while Making the Maheshwaris realize their Guilt. U tell me Swara what Wrong am I doing?" She said. Kavitha was right if Uttara and Karan Loved Each Other then they shouldn't be separated. "What do I have to do in this?" I asked. " Her wicked grin was back. "U need to only do 2 things.
1. U need to get Uttara tomorrow to Karan's Farmhouse because as far as I know the Maheshwaris will never allow her to go and
2. U need to delete a File from Sanskar's Phone which has some Fake Footage against Karan. Sanskar will not allow Uttara to Marry Karan because of that File. Once u delete it, everything will be Fine."
I listened to her with complete interest. "Okay Kavitha, I'll do these 2 works. But Karan..." She didn't let me complete. "Don't Worry about Karan, I will speak to him and for your support I'll make him call you and speak to you. " I nodded in Approval. "I hope everything goes as planned." She says. "It will" I say "I better leave now, Sanskar can come any minute to pick me from Baadi. I should Leave."
Kavitha hugs me while going. After a brief Hug, I Leave. 'U are not Alone Swara' I say to myself 'U have got another Partner to rely on now' I smile Happily. All the Best, Sanskar you will shortly get the biggest shock of your Life.
At Night: 7pm
I had returned to the Baadi after my conversation with Kavitha. Making sure to not cause much Noise, I went in through the Back door and carefully climbed my way back to my Room. Thankfully, it was empty. Sighing a relief, I entered my Room. Sanskar had not Arrived yet. Thank God. Suddenly a voice behind me, made me jump in shock. "Where were you?" I heard a familiar sound. Turning myself I looked at Him. Yes! He was there standing in front of me, his Hands crossed. "Do you realize since how long I have been trying to distract your Family?" He asked sternly. "Sans..Sanskar I...had gone...to...the...Park" I said keeping my Head Down as I dared not to Look up at Him. Suddenly I heard him Laughing. He was laughing at me. "Look at your Face, it seems u have seen a Ghost. U could have told me Swara that u wanted to sit alone for some time, I would make some better excuses in front of your Parents." He said continuously giggling. I shot him an Angry Look. "Okay. Sorry" He said "But can I tell you one thing." He said and came closer to me, I instantly moved back till my Body hit the Wall. Smirking, he came closer to me and whispered in my Ear "It's good to see the Old Rebellious Swara Back." And Moved Away. "I'm not a Rebel" I shouted. Looking towards me He said "Says the Girl who just Left her Room through the Window. It reminds me of the Days when you would come and meet me just like this by escaping through the Window. Thank God! You are Back. I thought I would never see that Swara again." I pushed him away from me. "Those Days are gone Mr.Maheshwari. Just because I agreed to give a chance to this Marriage doesn't mean I forgot what you did." I said and walked away from him. Opening the Door of my Room, I left while I could hear Footsteps following me.
