On X (formerly Twitter), Gauahar wrote, “I like how baseer is not afraid to take a stand and voice his opinion when he has to. I like his play.” The actress appeared to refer to the moment when Baseer defended Nehal Chudasama after Malti Chahar commented on her dressing. Her words quickly went viral, drawing mixed reactions from fans.

He explained, “Whatever conversation happened between Amaal, Zeeshan, and me was out of pure aggression. In the flow of emotions, we said things that were baseless and unnecessary. Whatever I knew was through a third person, and some things were miscommunicated. Now, I have better clarity and want to put an end to it.”
