Just like Lakshya thought that he was betrayed , and did what he did , Sanskaar also thought that Lakshya was behind Kavita's death and to seek revenge , he did what he did.
So we should blame Sanskar's mental state behind his actions . 😕
I was just trying to apply your logic ,I am not justifying Sanskar's actions at all

Not take an impulsive decision and wait for the right time. Especially when your own father is stopping you and asking you to do the same. If Laksh cannot trust Swara or her side of the family, atleast he should have listened to his father and not take a hasty decision.

Oh c'mon. Sanskaar, Swara and Lakshya Ragini are all fictional. it's nothing true. Don' take it sooo seriously.
And what do u want, Sanskaar should be imprisoned all sumthing for his 'hineous' crime.
This is a fiction world. Just enjoy it instead of taking it too much practically.
And the drug that Sanskaar gave doesn't actually exist only... This is not worth fighting man!

Krystal -- can I just applaud you for making such a post? Seriously, amazing 👏👏 You've articulated my exact feelings on this entire debacle!

I've stopped trying to justify Laksh's actions or even support him. But, I also cannot get behind the glorification given to Sanskaar and the subsequent SwaSan pairing. I still think Sanskaar is yet to be redeemed. The drugging thing is HUGE. Not to mention (although this could perhaps be considered a moot point), the entire reason this mess has come about, is because of Sanskaar and his initial support to Ragini.

While he's not an evil character perhaps, I think he still has to be redeemed.

Mind you, this also applies to Ragini. I'm still miffed that nothing came out of the fake rape attempt allegation she put forth. She may be an interesting character, but she has not been redeemed at all. Nor do I expect her to be.

But, again, it's very difficult to have discussions like this because the ball-point people have for crimes varies from character to character and a lot of people tend to dismiss criticism upon their favourite characters by claiming that fictional situations don't matter (which I highly disagree with).

But anyways, WONDERFUL post! 😆

I really have not seen or heard of cases where a girl is married to one brother leaves him to get married to her brother in law who is married to her sister and also is her husband's brother..
No matter both the marriages are forced..
You may say both of them love
each other... I am sure cases Like these may happen... But in Indian Hindu society Marwari, Bengali society where DP claims to be a pillar of they would be laughed at..
I am sure even swara is uncomfortable with this idea shelooks revolted at this idea... Maybe she is not in love with sanskar... She is also no more in love with Laksh... I have always felt her to be unmoved at his pain... She is saying she will forgive Laksh... But first love rarely is your true love... Or every person in this world would have been married to his school mate.

You have asked why sanskar has forgiven for his crime. My simple logic says that punishments are used to change your soul and in this process path is important.
Yes I am talking about redemption path. I am not supporting sanskar's deed but I am his character's fan because the path he used to redeem himself and anyone who is redeemed him or her deeds like he did I am ready to forgive that person.
For laksh I only can say he isn't showing any redemption characteristics to me till now so I am not interested in his character.
Who swara will choose is completely her decision (or i must say cv's decision)and she has forgiven both of them.

Hi Krystal...Yes, I do feel Sanskaar and Swara will get together as Swara will realize she loves him too. And you know what, Sanskaar's love will win over Lakshya's because Sanskaar is not trying to possess Swara, or capture her for himself. He is not even running in this race, the competition is only in Lakshya's mind..

The reason Lakshya will not get Swara, is because he is trying to force his love on her, force her to come back to him. Love cannot be forced, it is not an obligation.

And no, I don't agree with you that Lakshya will be left out in the cold. I'd like to believe, that after he gets over this obsessive harassing behavior he is displaying currently, he will, finally find happiness with someone else. It need not be Ragini. Who ever said that one can find happiness only with one's first love? Isn't that an unrealistic assumption?

Honestly Cogito, if you know the Creatives, they WILL end up shoving Ragini on Lakshya. And I dread that moment.

Yes, he SHOULD not have gotten married to Ragini. But do we take the correct decisions in a disturbed frame of mind? You need to consider that.

That's a matter of perception and outlook. For some people, love and individual choice might be more important than what Society thinks.

Finally someone who sees it like I do. I was wondering what on earth was happening in this forum - with the majority of the people.
Indian relationships are weird. No issue in drugging your brothers fiance, leaving her in a hotel brothel drugged and to be arrested and maligned in front of media, splitting up lovers to satify your twisted need for revenge, jeopardising her life but ahhh you cannot speak behind closed home doors to your brother's wife - even when you know the relationship is a sham. Wah...
My take is if Sanskaar was forgiven for gross negligence and intentionally harming Swara pre- wedding. Laksh can be forgiven for his stupidity in being manipulated by Ragini - esp when Swara is also being fooled and manipulated big time by her sister. Swara talks about Laksh impulsiveness - watch her run to Laksh's aid in tomorrow's episode - faster than Ragini - as though she is the one who loves him the most.😕 Actions and Words need to match and Swara needs to learn this lesson.
She claimed she never loved Laksh for a long time pre wedding and then suddenly with the fake Ragini kidnapping she confessed her love for Laksh. Now when she says she does not want to get back with Laksh - no one is ready to believe her - not even Sanskaar. Case of WOLF WOLF.
The question really is who does Swara really love - Sanskaar or Laksh and the answer is not based on who is the better person - its based on chemistry, and other factors. Swara needs to get out of the house examine her head and move on with her life and stop messing Laksh and Sanskaar's life more than she already has. She does not love Sanskaar but is living with him - fasting for him - all while knowing the marriage is not going to last - thats more yikes than Laksh telling Swara his so - called bhabi he loves her - esp while bhabi herself does not consider the marriage as one that will last. Swara does not want to lie - her whole relationship with Sanskaar is a big fat lie. Swara by stupidly trusting Ragini and imposing her gnaan on the family has single handedly messed up everyone's life. She should have remained at the badi and not come back to Maheshwari house. Her character has become annoying and stupid and preachy. I liked the Laksh Swara pair but am begining to think Laksh is better of with the vile Ragini - she's dangerous but you got to admit razor sharp and intelligent and has all three dancing to her tune - right now she's better than the blind stupid self righteous dual standards stuck up Swara.
I really don't understand. Ragini has all 3 fooled - Swara, Laksh and Sanskaar - Laksh is forced to endure Ragini's crap on account of his love for Swara and yet he is the one also being criticized the most. I feel really sorry for him.
