I loved this part to bits!!!
And I am really happy that I can like Ragini, feel sorry for her, empathise with her! And I'm glad you brought out the fact that no one is innocent. Honestly, along with pre-memory loss ragini, I blame Dadi and Shekhar the most when it comes to what she has done! (But if I begin talking about that then this will become an essay :P)
I can't wait to see how you proceed with Swasan's story!!!
Keep updating!

I absolutely love this FF and I love how you preseve the personalities of the characters! I continue to love the Ragini in this and you make me long for that day in the future when Ragini will be redeemed and made positive.
Lakshya is going to come to regret his actions and I can foresee a very long and hard road ahead of him to gain forgiveness! I hope he will not make his situation worse in the next chapters!I loved how Swara referred to the bedroom as 'their' room and I am very eagerly looking forward to see how they will deal with their sleeping arrangements what their decision of giving their marriage a chance. I am hoping for a mischievous and flirty Sanskaar who is pulling Swara's leg!I am eagerly awaiting the next update and continue soon, please.

Part 7
Ragini peeked into The Man in Blue's room to make sure the coast was clear. She spotted her suitcases sitting in a corner of the room near a door which she assumed led to the bathroom.
She debated whether to go inside and claim the bags herself or to find someone else and inform them of the servant's mistake in delivering the bags here instead of where she was actually in residence.
She didn't want to inconvenience anyone or get anyone into any kind of trouble. She entered the room cautiously and made a quick dash for her suitcases.
Her luck had been incredibly rotten recently, and continued in said rotten fashion as just as she had reached the center of the room, the bathroom door opened to reveal her husband. Ragini squeaked in surprise and stumbled over her feet, catching herself before she went crashing into him.
Oh hell.
Ragini gulped as she watched his face morph from surprise to disbelief to anger.
"The court ordered us to stay together Ragini-Ji, it doesn't mean you stick to me like glue." He huffed, obviously irritated by her presence.
"I-I'm not. I wasn't..." Ragini tried to defend herself but felt her voice fading away in the face of his glare.
"Oh? You weren't?" He asked in a menacingly sarcastic tone. "Then pray tell, what exactly were you doing? What is your perfectly innocent excuse this time? Did it require you to be here right at this precise moment?" He crossed his arms in wait and Ragini obviously misunderstood this gesture because she opened her mouth to explain. But before she could utter a sound he held up a hand to silence her. "I have heard a lifetime of excuses and lies from you already Ragini and I am done with it. I have to tolerate you for another 6 months in my life before I am free of you. Is it too much to ask of you to keep your distance? Is it too much to ask that you stay away from the room when I am in here? Or is it absolutely necessary for you to show me your face at every opportunity you find?"
Ragini lowered her gaze to her hands that were nervously twisting the end of her braid. "Please stop" She whispered.
Lakshya did stop his tirade, but more in surprise at her request than in actual respect of her wish.
"You misunderstand me." She continued to explain, but was cut off. "No, Ragini. I misunderstood you before. Now I understand you just fine. Don't think for a moment that this drama will fool me. You may have Swara back on your side but I can see right through you."
There was a knock at the door. "Ragini bahu." A voice called and Ragini turned to find the elderly servant that had mis-delivered her bags. "Badi Malkin just corrected me about the rooms. Sorry bahu, I will bring your bags right over."
"It's okay Kaka. Can I help you?" She offered the elderly servant, but he waved away her assistance and dragged her bags away.
Ragini turned back to her husband but itched to be away from his looming presence in this place. "I am staying in the guest room. I will try and stay out of your way." With that quick promise she hastened out of the room not turning back even once to observe the obvious bafflement of the Man in Blue.
When Swara entered her room Sanskaar was pacing by the sofa and speaking on the phone with someone.
From the moment she entered she felt his eyes following her every move.
This wasn't anything new, really. Sanskaar watched her all the time and she would often turn to find his eyes on her. Today however, things felt different. The heat of his gaze was causing her stomach to flutter nervously. She moved here and there within the room, fixing this and straightening that and she felt like her hands were fumbling clumsily over everything.
She went up to the dresser to apply some hand lotion and their eyes met in the mirror. She inexplicably felt a flush pass under her skin and quickly looked down to focus on her task.
What was wrong with her? Why was she acting like this? Just this afternoon she was having a proper conversation with him. They had smiled and laughed together then, but now she felt like she wouldn't be able to string two words together.
She heard him end his conversation and hang up the phone. Watching him from under her lashes in the mirror revealed that he now leant back against the wardrobe and watched her with a smile. She stayed at the dresser, determinedly facing away from him and rubbing lotion into her skin and trying to pull herself together.
This was Sanskaar, her best friend and confidante who stood with her through thick and thin. She was being absolutely silly in her embarrassment but she couldn't help it. She was feeling this incredible shyness which she couldn't explain.
Swara desperately tried to trample down a blush as she turned to face her husband.
"So Madam, is everything up to code?" His gaze swept the room, stopping deliberately at all the places she had made minor modifications.
She too looked around at the meticulous perfection that was his... their room. She felt even sillier for her previous awkward roaming, but recognized the teasing tone in his voice. "It will have to do." She stated with mock haughtiness. "But now that I am back, I will keep it in ship shape."
Sanskaar's smile softened. "I am glad you're back Swara."
Whatever teasing response she had prepared died suddenly on her lips at the face of his utter honesty. "I am glad to be back." She whispered in admission. "I didn't realize how much I would miss this place until I was back at the Baadi."
"This old place has missed you more." He stated in utter seriousness. Her insides fluttered crazily and she started to fiddle with her mangalsutra, just for something to do.
They both stood looking at each other for a moment, a long moment, separated only by a space of a few steps.
"Go on a date with me." Sanskaar sated suddenly.
Swara's brow furrowed in confusion. "A date?"
Sanskaar's smiled turned teasing again. "Yes Swara. You see, when a man and a woman want to spend some time alone, they..."
Swara flushed in embarrassment and cut him off. "I know what a date is!" She huffed, making him chuckle. "I meant, why?"
"So we can talk."
"We can talk here."
Swara was about to suggest making some coffee and sitting in the sun room when the servant stopped by their room and asked them to head downstairs for dinner.
Sanskaar's following triumphant look was adorable. "Need I say more? Dinner tomorrow? I will send a car for you at 7."
Swara nodded her agreement.
Ragini sat at the edge of the bed her fingers curled tightly over the covers.
She had been summoned downstairs to dinner but was terrified of being down there in the shark tank. All those people would be there, he would be there. She really didn't want to cause another scene.
Her stomach was rolling violently in nervousness. Maybe she could plead a headache and avoid the dining table until tomorrow morning? But how exactly would she plead this headache? She would have to go down there for that too.
She looked up to see Swara at the door. She looked concerned. "Are you feeling alright?"
Maybe this was her moment, but she knew she was a terrible liar. The older girl would just see right through her. "I don't want to go downstairs Swara." She confessed quietly. "No one wants me there."
"That's not true. A lot of people want you there, including me." She pulled her arm until Ragini was standing. "You need to have dinner. Let's go."
Ragini held her sister's wrist to stop her. "Please Swara. They all hate me. I can't go down there."
Swara turned and clasped her hand tightly. "Mein tumhare saath hoon Ragini, aur jab tak mein tumhare saath hoon, koi thmhe kuch nahi kahega."
Ragini hugged her sister before she could turn away, clinging onto her like a child. She felt Swara patting her hair soothingly. "Come on now. Everyone must be waiting. Everything will be fine." She assured.
Despite her sister's words of comfort and silent support, the dread refused to leave Ragini. Especially when, as the sisters descended the stairs, the whole dining room went absolutely quiet. Swara led her to a chair beside Parineeta Bhabhi and took a seat herself on her other side beside Sanskaar. The Man in Blue was at the other end of the table and far enough away so that she could actually breathe.
Ragini was extremely conscious of the looks she was receiving from everyone, including bother mothers-in-law sitting across from them, but Swara paid no heed to any of it. She maintained a constant stream of chatter and frequently included her as well as other family members in the conversation. She also hovered over her like a mother hen and kept a sharp eye on her plate.
It filled Ragini's heart with so much love for her sister. It reminded her once again how lucky she was to have her. After a whole lifetime of being the only child, constantly under the scrutiny of the elders in her traditional and conservative family, she finally had the sibling, the friend and confidante she had always desired.
If 6 months was all that she had with her sister before she had to return to Baba's house, then she would milk these 6 months and relish every moment that she got with Swara.
