CHAPTER-3

Next day Ragini stepped out of her house to go to the college. After few moments, she saw Sanskaar lying on the floor whimpering with pain. She saw that Sanskaar was injured. She hurried towards Sanskaar. She sat next to Sanskaar and said "Sanskaar kya hua? Tumhe itni chot kaise lagi?" Sanskaar opened his eyes and said "wo main ja raha tha tabhi ek car se mera accident ho gaya". "Main abhi 2-3 logon ko bulakar lati hoon taki unki help se main tumhe hospital lekar ja sakoon", Ragini replied. She ran away to gather peoples. When she returned she saw that Sanskaar was not there. She said 'sorry' to the peoples and began to wonder where Sanskaar gone.

She was lost in her own thoughts when she heard someone laughing. She turned and saw that it was Sanskaar. She hurried towards him and said "Sanskaar tum thik ho? To wo sab kya tha?" "Ek prank tha tum par" Sanskaar replied. "Aur wo chot?" Ragini questioned him. " wo to tomato ketchup tha" Sanskaar replied. " to yeh majak tha?" Ragini questioned him again. " haan, ab apni bachpan ki dost se itna majak to kar sakta hoon na" Sanskaar replied. " No way" Ragini replied and began to walk away from him in anger.

Sanskaar hurried towards her and stopped her abruptly. Then he offered a bouquet of white roses to Ragini and said "Ye phool, hamari ladai ko khatam karne ke liye". Ragini accepted the bouquet of flower silently. When she began to walk she was stopped by Sanskaar again. Sanskaar offered her a bouquet of yellow roses and said " ye hamari dosti ki nayi shuruat ke liye". Ragini smiled at Sanskaar and accepted the flowers. Ragini said " To tumhe hamara bachpan yaad hai. Mujhe laga ki tum sab bhool gaye isiliye main tumse baat nahi kar rahi thi." "Ab to pata chal gaya na ki main nahi bhoola ki hum bachpan ke dost hain", Sanskaar replied. They both began to laugh.

After few moments, Sanskaar said " chalo sath main college chalte hain." Ragini questioned him again " college sath main? Tumhari car se jayenge?". Sanskaar replied " nahi aaj hum plane main college jayenge." Ragini said " kya?". Sanskaar replied " idiot jab mere pass car hai to hum car se hi college jayenge na." Sanskaar smiled at her foolishness.

Sanskaar was driving the car as usual very fast. Ragini got scared. He looked at her and said " sorry main to bhool gaya tha ki tumhe high speed se dar lagta hai." Then he lowered the speed of the car.

They both entered in the college together and all the peoples were staring at them. Sanskaar realized that and said "tum iss waqt college main uss ladke ke sath chal rahi ho jo kisi ladki se baat nahi karta. Issiliye log tumhe dhyaan se dekh rahe hain." Ragini smiled at him and then they both joined Sanskaar's friends. Sanskaar introduced his friends to Ragini. Then Laksh and Swara also joined them. Laksh questioned Ragini "Ragz tumne aane main itni der kyun kardi?". Ragini replied " Laksh main dadi maa ke sath mandir gayi thi isiliye der ho gayi." Sanskaar was surprised to hear this but he did not say anything.
