I think your piece on Ragini was my favorite out of your OS series, because you rose to the challenge of analyzing her character so magnificently. You showed the dangerously obsessive way her mind functions, and it was kinda scary for a bit. 😊 And you know what? I actually felt a sneaking, unwilling sense of pity for her, despite really not wanting to! Oh, I want her to be thoroughly exposed and defeated by Swara--Sanskaar all right, but somehow I want her to work her way out of this delusion afflicting her, and perhaps, be able find her own happiness later. (Much later!! 😊).

Your piece on Sanskaar, of course was a masterly portrayal of a very complex personality. You made him seem very real, a person like all of us, a blend of positives and negatives.

Oh thanks again...but i did not mean that you did not know why you liked ragini os better...i meant that i myself liked that piece best of my three os on rags, swara and sanskaar...and I dont know why😆😆...bcoz personally i seriously think ragini should be slapped to her senses. but anyway...as a writer i had to write the only way her character made sense.😳 and i realised why i liked that work best was probably the same reason as you gave me...that i felt some pity on her while writing it...although I did not want to.😕

Oh my god! How did I miss this one? I'm stupefied for the umpteenth time now. I don't know how you manage to be so exceptionally brilliant with the psyche of the character everytime. The chess...the ruthless game...the castle... its only purpose is to protect but at the same time, itself has to be protected. Amazing analogies. And the ending few lines simply took my breath away...

Brilliant piece 'mate'! 😊 Loved the analogy. And loved how you described Swara the Knight and Sanskar the Castle. They will always be close and next to each other.❤️
Although castling is bit of a concern here, where the rook(Sanskar) and king(Laksh) kind of exchange places!😕 Hope the knight saves our rookie!😉

The grand-master knows the chess game and board like the back of his/her hand. Manipulation systemically is the name of the game. Winning is the core but being regal in the win is of utmost importance...
Beautiful analogy of the chess pieces to collaborate with the characters. Equating Sanskaar with the castle, master piece.

Thank you for posting this beautiful write-up
