Will Meghna help karan recover from his health issue&build confide

As we know Meghna got to know about the karan truth and there is also an article I've come a crossed and also posted the same that karan is trying to distance himself from naina and he starts shouting at her for small small things, I feel meghna will notice that and she will recollect all the incidents happened after marriage and karan activities towards her and naina and will realize karan goodness and yes meghna will sure get angry initially but this time she will react positively bcoz already she made a mistake with kunal accident case, not now again she will turn as Nairan protector and I also wish that naina shares everything about sandhya with meghna and meghna's support for karan will also bring lots of change in himself and he will also feel how the people around him care and trust him more and sandhya will do something which lead her to show original face come in front of chauhan family. I like both meghnal and nairan but seeing the same things again and again is getting bored instead meghnal can also to be part of acting more matured in handling situations as a elder sibilings but its in cv's hand and as a concept wise there are good becoz even I feel bored by always looking Nairan are behaving more matured than meghnal. Yes I also agree that the ESS is different from other serials instead of having more enemies at same time or rangeela story or sas bahu drama ah enough of all those concepts and I wish our ESS always stays more more away from these kinds of stories.

Meghna should concentrate on her own marriage and Meghna & Naina together should find ways to break Sandhya's hold on the family and find proofs to expose her infront of everyone

I totally agree with you! I think it would be great for Meghna and Kunal to help Karan. Of course Naina is there but Karan needs to build relationships with everyone. His Dadu, Mother, Bhai and Bhabi. Due to the illness he hasn't been able to connect with any of them. So if everyone helps that'd be great. You mentioned that as the elders siblings Kunal and Meghna have he right to do so.
