True Shruti ! The cautious are always in an advantageous position to handle troubled situations better.( though here it's not been implemented as of now ) .lets hope they show scenes which handle these attacks better .
Ravan's strategies seem to be back firing as he is on the side of Adharma which is closer to his vinaash kaal ( Budhi tho vipareet hi Honi hai !).Like the way sita is shown participating in this dharm yudh through her mantra Jaap which serves as great protector of Ram and his sena. The strength of the charecter is beautifully brought out !Initially though Ravan hardly respected or regarded sita anything beyond a Dasi , ( while he brings her to Lanka) now is all worked up and feels that an acceptance by sita as his ultimate victory !!Liked the way Ram is shown in the precap - the straight challenge to Ravan through the Arrow !Surely a very interesting presentation of the war sequence . Surely , SKR has been doing a wonderful job!

What was the speciality of third day war. It is the day in which Ram has decided to attack. If you look the first two days Ram and Vanar Sena defended. Their plan was to defend. But then what was the problem. Ravan was doing not only direct attack, but indirect attack also. In direct fight Ram's vanar sena emerged successful. Ram killed dhumrakshas and Lakshman along with Sugreev and Hanuman ended Durmukh, Prahastha and Akampana.
But if you look on both occasions Ram's sena suffered due to indirect attack and needed celestial help. When Ram-Lakshman was wounded Garuda had to come, when Vanar sena wounded Lord Shiva had to help. Yes defense is good, but then extreme defense without attack you will always need luck by your side to win the war.
Your sena should be capable of defending the indirect attack also. How is that possible. To understand attack, you have to attack. Or rather you have to act , so that the enemy reacts.
So Ram forms the strategy to attack Lanka. The speech of Ram was too good. I will make a separate post in which he stressed based on dharma and Purusharth war against adharma can be won. We need to understand the stress on Purusharth which includes wealth and power in addition to knowledge. It is very important that when you are fighting adharma you get the purusharth by your side. Lone battle without wealth and power you cannot win. Don't negate them. Then Ram stresses one more point. That their war at all times is sacred and will be fought based on dharma. Once again Ram highlights the principle that if you are on the side of dharma you will never use adharma for attack. It will be used only to defend an adharma attack.
Let us see what Vibishan tells. He tells Lanka is known for its doors and fort. But today Vanar Sena has managed to break a door. Out of 4 doors, one door is broken. Yes an asur comes through it. But the fact remains that one door is opened. See Ram's sena attacked 4 doors, only one door opened. Can it be a defeat. No 1 door opened that means others can also be broken.
Most remarkable thing today is that for the first time Ram pushed Ravan to defense. If you look at MB it happens when Abhimanyu enters Chakravyuha. Kauravas are forced to react, they are forced to defend. If Abhi is not killed they will lose war on 13th he is killed. Next protect Jayadrath, Arjun takes him. They call for night battle. Ghatolkach and power goes. Pushing the enemy into defense mode is the first step towards victory. And Ram started it beautifully
