You had valid points because some charecters look better in our fantasies when it comes to reality we humans are flawed , faulty and selfish. We can't be selfless souls otherwise people would start worshipping us,start making us wear garlands & maybe someday they will build our ditto photocopies idols 😆😆.

And she is right, Mauli is shown as a selfless nice character with lot of flaws but There is no depth to Ishaan's character other than him being a "good human".

This is where the writers fail.

That being said, I still will choose Ishaan over any other character any day.

Mauli - Ishaan should end up together. I can never forgive Kunal for leaving mauli
