Mauli knows Ishaan for 3 years and didn't fall in love with him, but like we know that if she chooses him, she won't be unwilling, she will love him because she is a tv character and that's what they will show, similarly they won't show Kunal cheating on her again...

Mishti once told Mauli ( after the swimming pool incident)that "Moma you told me that you are going to marry POpsi. You told me to call him popsi". that explains all.
Mauli had a feelings for Ishan. Although it was not "marriage " may be or "60-70%" marriage may be. So you can't say she never had feelings for him. She has feelings. Even when Ishan told he will wait for her and give her as much as space she wants...she smiled. She looked happy. I think she loves him. But scared to accept it.
Just like she outburst after finding out the truth of Kunan...may be later she would explain the whole truth to Kunal and accept Ishan.
Maunal is a ridiculous lovestory ...which may look pretty with Aditi and Shakti ...or else disgusting.
