I am happy Kunal wasn't blaming Mauli today. In fact, he praised her. He said he hurt her a lot. He said she's an amazing human being, and was praising her quite a bit... in his eyes, it showed that somewhere he thinks he's not worthy of her.

^ Yes, I agree. Kunal's plan to bring Mehek (if it is his plan, like we're assuming) will backfire, and he's going to probably get trapped and realize he's actually in love with her...
