Secondly, Adultery is a crime & that makes Kunal a criminal. Both Rajdeep & Kunal are criminals in separate crimes. Rajdeep- domestic violence & abuse (marital rape isn't a crime in India yet.)

Kunal- adultery

And that makes both of these men criminals in the eyes of law & society. Consensual affair of KuNan doesn't excuse Kunal from being a criminal.
