Arshicsji, I haven't watched this episode, but learned about the senseless twist. It sounds like b-town c-grade masala potboiler. It is a very unfortunate and ill-advised move by cvs to oust desais from the show on its last legs. On what basis they eliminate all the characters around which the life of the leads revolve and bring in new characters and their issues? In fact desais are very much integral to the journey of samud. We don't really expect them to write sensible and original tracks at this stage. But the last few days should be well-presented, fun and engaging. This is the height of idiocy and irresponsibility. Again it proves the lack of intent, incongruity and creative bankruptcy on their part.
The bytes in your inimitable style are awesome. Let me too try in the same style ( kindly bear with me ).
Once upon a time
There was a show
Which was based on a classic novel
Which had a solid love story
Which was finely pre-scripted
And closely followed the original
Where lovers didn't unite
And kumud married the antagonist
But saras never left her side even though pushed away
That paved way for a classic love tragedy
And a soul-stirring emotional roller coaster ride
Yet today, after the digression from original
Samud were united in wedlock
Only to be separated again
Stalked again, abducted again
And on one fine day reunited again
Until the advent of next storyline, villain or vamp.
Once upon a time
The show was offbeat
With a different concept and a brilliant storyline
Saras and kumud were not conventional lovers
But one of a kind soulmates
Their love story was not typical
But exceptional and momentous
The trials and tribulations they faced
For the eternal love they shared
The setting was natural and credible
Ably supported by the wonderful ensemble cast
That were the integral part of their journey
But today, the show is cliched and customary
The approach is ' no-story only tracks&episodes'
The theme is 'the concept of crime and the types of crime'
The setting is too pat and contrived
Saras and kumud no longer epitomise ideal and perfect couple
But typify the run-of-the-mill couple
And their relationship deprived of its sanctity
Their love story always follows the dictates
From loved ones...to the loathed ones...to strangers
And the trials and tribulations they go through
For fulfilling others whims and fancies
The love story gone to the dogs
And the crime story rules supreme
Ensemble now reduced to properties at the backdrop
Good and vital characters shown the door
A new son was born
A 'late' mother was resurrected.
Once upon a time
There was a hero called saras
Who was a complex and multilayered character
He was spiritual, showed great reverence for his 'lost' mom
He was an introvert yet intense
A man of high social conscience and moral standards
A gentleman of complete integrity
A learned, benevolent, solicitous person
A sensible and clear-sighted man
And the driver of samud relationship
Above all, a passionate lover
Yet today, he no longer is a multifaceted character
Typecast as the regular serial hero
Who conveniently forgot his goals and ambitions
Subjected to changes in personality traits
A victim of false circumstances
Portrayed as obtuse, insensitive, foolhardy
And feeble and regressive too
Failed to stand up for his rights and responsibilities
Above all, no more a passionate lover
Only a caring and protective hubby.
Once upon a time
There was a heroine by name kumud
And she was a well-etched, complicated character
She was a cheerful and vibrant personality
She was sober, sensitive and level-headed
Sharp, egoistic yet balanced
A woman of strong will and high self esteem
True masterniji with an exemplary behaviour
Unconditionally loved saras and deeply committed to their relationship
But today, she is a hugely transformed and massacred character
Victim of massive character butchery
No glimpse into her old personality
No new facets explored
A favourite scapegoat of cvs
She is dimwit, blind and self-destroying
Emotionally nails saras
A blatant disregard for his feelings and their relationship
Above all, not romantically inclined
Quite content with the 'char kadam ki doori'.
Thank you ji.
