There was a show
Which was progressive
Which did not propagate any superstitions
Where Kumud sundari did not offer milk to Shivji
But instead to the poor people
Yet today that show is focused
On every TRP trick of religious superstitions
Lamps going out, glass breaking and falling
Omens, poojas to ward off omens etc etc etc
Once upon a time
There was a show
Which promised to be a love story
Of Saras and Kumud
With their relationship
As the core of the story
Yet today that story
Is about anything but their love
It's about how they are ready to dump each other
To oblige others around them
Once upon a time
There was a show
Which promised to have a story
That was of two people perfect yet flawed
And a story that had a gentle flow
And a structure and sequence
But today it is just a random stringing of events
That have nothing to do with each other
Nor with the life of Saras and Kumud
Once upon a time
There was a show
That promised romance
That was magical and enchanting
Yet today
There is no romance, no magic and no enchantment
There is murder, arson, kidnapping, detective tracks,
The drivers of Saras and Kumud's love story are not their personalities
Or the events of their life
They are strangers who suddenly cross their path
randomly and embroil Saras and Kumud in situations
That are forced and unreal
Once again a big big big let down
What promised to be a sweet romantic getaway
Again turned out to be another meddle-into-none-of-my-business track
Romance which began and ended in the blink of an eye
And now it's another fight, rescue, blah blah blah
Totally utterly disgusting Bakwas
Is this how the show is going to end?
