its better to stay quiet and just fulfill ones duty, rather than establishing something to people who has vowed not to understand and establish their own (mis)understandings correct...Alekh and Ragini can think anything possible in the world, except the right thing...

@red : What is there for Alekh to understand ? How can Sadhana explain anything to Alekh ? OK..she was "Majboor". Whatever be the circumstances...can any married woman sign the divorce papers....NO. Whatever be the reason for signing the papers...it can't be above her marriage. From Alekh's POV, no amount of explanation can deny the fact that she did sign the papers in her full senses.
Alekh is a very simple guy....he can't behave like Ranveer within few months of his recovery. He is completely shattered after seeing the divorce papers and thinking that Sadhana doesn't love him. I dont see any logic behind Sadhana's actions this time.

I agree to your POV about Alekh's reconvery and Sadhna signing papers, but under no circumstance can I digest that he agreed to marry Mallika....also why he couldn't spend a little time to listen to Sadhna's explanation...

till today, he acted a complete stranger to Sadhna ..pls remember Sadhna did come to ask Alekh when Vasu drove her out, and Alekh did not understand her...Sadhna still fought with Mamaji saying that Alekh was majboor...so once why Alekh cannot listen to Sadhna, esp when she was pleading to Alekh to listen to her...

I agree that she signed it for both sides, her sister and Mamijii, but if she doesn't do it, people will call her selfish, which she is not...........

This is because he is Alekh not Sadhana. He has a big EGO... he is hurt, confused, angry and frustrated. He is not able to handle the rejection and Vasu is taking full advantage of his mental state.

My main point is that Sadhna did NOT have to sign divorce papers, and she signed for the stupidest reason as well. For Indians, marriage is one of the most sacred bonds ever, and whetever her reason or logic, she broke it for a reason that is highly illogical and hard to justify.

I don't think those papers were real, divorce papers to her! For her it was an agreement. She had to sign a bunch of papers to get back life to her mami ji. She felt Alekh would understand her anyway and so that signature wouldn't count...she was not divorcing Alekh!!
