Wishful thinking but this might be a last minute adjustment may be the starting process of mending the rift and Ragini's redemption by showing something worthwhile!

I was really shocked today.
actually, the girl who played Dolly was a better dancer, if I remember correct,.

wow!!! I am totally impressed by your credentials. Where are you located now?

Lets give Sara/Parul a break. Yes I agree if you are going to show something on classical dancing then you should also provide your actors with the proper training. And the actors themselves should put that effort in. But this is small screen television....they don't even get paid that much. They do justice to their character and thats all. I can dance but I am not trained in classical dance, but if someone had teach me in few days or weeks classical dance, I would learn it very easy and it would come out graceful too(for that song alone...I am not talking about knowing everything about that dance form). But if your not a good dancer to begin with and then try to learn classical on top of that in a few days or even weeks, you will not have that grace in you that quickly, because you don't have the foundation of a good dancer to begin with. I don't believe that Sara/Parul are good dancers. I have watched Parul in Jalak, she didn't impress me much at all. She is very stiff and her movements are very loose and unfinished. And looking at Sara yest, her movements are also loose and unfinished with no rhythm. So, I don't think they are trying to insult any dance form here, I think its just another TRP riser and a basic storyline changer. I think it would have been a better I idea for them if they made it more of a simple dance show then tried to make it classical. But they needed to bring in Guru maa in the show so they made it classical also. So lets not make assumptions on how the girls will preform. They might just very well surprise us. 😊
And please don't take this wrong in anyway....I wanted to learn Kathak all my life, but never got the opportunity, I envy all of you that had the naseeb to learn it. I have great respect for dancers that are trained for years in a particular dance form. I am just giving a basic POV on the situation in the show....sorry if I said anything wrong

In today's episode...they just tried to highlight the contrast between sister's goal and intention to win the competition. Sara and Parul must be practicing behind the scenes and they will give a good performance on the final dance event.

grt discussion..I m not really a kathak dancer..so can't really comment on it..but I think there was a reason why Ragini was not turning around properly or doing the perfect mudras..they tried to show that Ragini's foot was still not fine and she was finding it difficult to take proper turns..mayb thats why she was suppose to dance not in a perfect manner😳
Sadhna again is learning Kathak for the first time..so mayb thats why that perfection was not thre..😳
And again its a small screen..we cannot expect everything to b picture perfect here😆😳
Friends one request plss restrict your discussion about Sadhna and Ragini's dance moves only..don't bring in personal comments about Parul or Sara's dancing skills sinse they r just following the choreographer's steps..so lets stick to the characters and not judge the actors here😳

I agree with most of what you just said....but what I don't agree with is not commenting on Sara/Parul's dance skills. Because in this case its their skills that we are critizing not the actor itself. They need the skills to dance proper, what Sara/Parul's skills are is what Sadhna/Ragini's skills are. So in this case I believe its legitimate to say that they lack the skills and should get proper training. Nevertheless, I agree with you that there is a reason why they are not dancing perfect. If they danced perfect all sudden it would appear unreal and out of character. We should wait till the final dance before making any judgements.

As long as the discussion doesn't go overboard I m fine with it..but in recent times I hv noticed many topics crossing certain limits and turning into a war zone whenever personal comments r made on actor's skills..thats why I asked everyone to stick to character discussions rather than actor discussions..but yes if the actor skills can b discussed in a constructive way I m fine with it👍🏼..make sure the criticism is constructive😳
