^^Hmm..I didn't know about that since I never watched it from the beginning..
Sadhna said that 15days mein seekh jaaongi so I thought she was new to it..Anywhoo,if they claim they are trained dancers then they ought to be proving that..That requires some work on the part of actors but, they(The actors) aren't trained so we cannot expect them to do very greatly or something which is why I said, they should have stuck to the 'Bollywood' style of dancing.
And according to me Dancing needs a 'Daily practice'..It's like Music and me being a Piano player knows what is the importance of daily practice..One loses touch if they don't do their lessons daily. That's my POV.
In dance, I know if someone learns it, one cannot forget the movements of hands and legs, one can get low on the pace without practice and thus run short of breath. In the way one stretches out the hand, is evident whether the person knows something about dance. These are shot in bits and pieces, so should not be a problem as for continuous performance.
Daily practice is definitely needed if one is performing live for one or two hours on stage.
Bollywood dance also needs graceful movements, not just do anything...
may be we are going round and round on this...I just hoped that teh girls were given some simple and graceful steps and they had practiced for a month, then the Mahotsav would have been definitely more enjoyable
