Shayam goes to see Bhoomi, he tells her that Baisa thinks she is Bhoomi, but what shall I call u Devika or Bhoomika, as you only know who you really are, but now the truth will be out as I am here. Shayam tells her that if you are Devika how can u love Bhoomikas son so much, only a mother can love Krishna as much as you love him. If you are Bhoomika why did u bear injustice and not punish the culprits.
Gunvanti tells Mansen if they have to end up bribing the Court Office, why wait for 11 days and why not do it right now. Mansen tells her they have to wait for the right opportunity. Mansen tells Gunvanti that whenever he meets any1 he can figure out the person, but he has not been able to figure out this man, his strengths and weaknesses. Mansen is worried what if he does not do what they want.
Bhoomi is worried and tells Baisa that what if in the 11 days decision is not in their favor. Baisa tells her she feels Shayam will help them, but Bhoomi tells her now she cant trust anyone. Both are worried about the Parekhs.
Mansen talks to Shish and tells him that the Parekhs should be dealt in such a way that other learn a lesson from it for standing upto Mansen. Shish informs him there is a problem and he should come here himself. Before leaving Mansen instructs Gunvanti that Bhoomi should not be allowed to come near Krishna.
Yuv tells Natasha that he is not comfortable with the court observer, she tells him not to think about it too much and worry himself, as there is always a way. She tells him we should do something that will prove Bhoomi guilty in the eyes of the court observer. Once Bhoomi is proved guilty he will be automatically proved innocent.
Its night. Bhoomi sits near the empty palna trying to feel Krishna. She then hears him cry. Gunvanti is scolding him and telling him to go to sleep and also slaps Krishna, Bhoomi runs and picks up Krishna, and takes him away. Gunvanti follows and stops Bhoomi, and snatches Krishna away. Bhoomi begs Gunvanti to give Krishna to her, Gunvanti tells her she is Devika and not his mother. Baisa tells Gunvanti even you are not his mother. Krishna is crying all the time.
Shayam comes there and Gunvanti complains that they are taking Krishna away from her. He tells Baisa and Bhoomi they cannot come near the child as its courts orders, the child is under his responsibility. Bhoomi keeps begging Gunvanti to Krishna to her for a little while, but Gunvanti leaves with Krishna. Bhoomi cries hugging Baisa and Shayam looks on.
Mansen is angry with Shish as Parekhs have escaped. Mansen takes Shish to the Hospital and find from a ward boy about Duggu, he tells them that yes they are here for treatment. They find out from the doctor that they took the medications and left.
Bhoomi in her room missing Krishna, when Shayam comes there. She tells him what did he get separating mother and son. She asks him how much did KakaSaheb pay him for doing such a thing. He tells her he is just following courts orders. He tells her he understands how he feels. Bhoomi tells him to leave and he says for 11 days he has to stay here.
Shayam tells her he is here to observe, and till its proved she is Bhoomika and Krishna's mother she cannot meet Krishna. Bhoomi tells him she does not want to hear anything about the law as it has stopped her from meeting her kid, Shayam says exactly she cannot meet him, but it has not stopped her kid meeting her.
Shayam tells her that he has been instructed to stop her meeting Krishna, but has not instructed him to stop Krishna meeting her, and if she wants Krishna can come to her.
