Manasvi asks Keshav the reason for Bhoomi's unhappy face and expression. He replies that it is due to her worries of leaving the house.Manasvi is not convinced.
The engagement takes place. Bhoomi slips the ring on Vajesan's finger all the while looking at Arjun, who is teasing her.
Shefali congragulates Arjun on getting the finance. Bhoomi is before the mirror, having thoughts of herself being engaged to Arjun and removes the ring put on by Vajesan. Keshav and Vasudev come in. Vasudev is worried.
Mansen gives a costly necklace to Vasudev for presenting to Bhoomi. When asked by Mama, he says as Vishakha (for whom he had bought from Dubai)did not like the jewellery, he gave it.
They discuss about the probability of Arjun's getting finance and arrive at a conclusion that only Goenka's and Khandelwal's are capable of financing such a huge amount. Since both companies financing Arjun is not possible, they have to be friends with the new company.
Vajesan comes to pick up Bhoomi for taking her out. Vasudev (😡) comes and gives the necklace to Bhoomi saying that it was given to her by Mansen.
Arjun is wondering about the generosity of kakasaheb. Bhoomi is relunctant to wear the same. Vajesan puts it on her. His eyes are full of evilness and greed when he sees the necklace. Arjun asks him to take Bhoomi out for a Pizza and gives him some money, which he accepts gleefully(Besharam Kahinka!).
On their day out, he asks Bhoomi about Arjun's family members, while having some evil thoughts in his mind. He considers Bhoomi to be his "Sone Ka Anda dene wala Murga"!!😆
Arjun is taunted by Yuvraj and he replies that he has the capability to stand against the Goenka Group.
