We respect and listen to all member's opinion, proof is this thread, which is been dragged for no reason, but it is still open.

I agree, that my words maybe harsh, and I apologize for that. But tell me one thing, why do mods have to request and give explanation everytime?? I have not posted anything in this section, but I am aware of what is happening here. Mods are targeted for no reason. their fun is made into serious issues until it is a good tasteless kichri. Iron said, mods are human, then why aren't they treated like one??

sorry for answering for adi... but a person cannot change in 7-8 months of time... a person builds himself frm day 1... then how do u think a person has changed in these months... or maybe you can just think, its what you feel, and its the actual thing thats going on...

But I want to know what is the issue on this thread?? Is it rehashing of old issues..... if so, after the survey, we said we are working on it, so give time to see the change.

Priya - I have tried discussing this on PM before. But Minnie told me to simply 'drop the Mohini issue', and Mohini will not be brought back.

PM never helps because I feel the Mods don't take the issue unless the issue is brought out in the open. That's my opinion.

As for the rehashing of the Mohini issue, Adi brought it up, and I am responding.

This issue on this thread is the honesty of the Dev Team. The Mohini incident is an example of that - and is inherently related.

You trust Manju jain, jadoogar and kavita. We trust our eyes, we trust every member of this forum. We have seen all the posts.

The same post which you are speaking abut where mohini made comments on Bhaskars parents was seen by ME, with my own eyes.

Becuase of the nature of attack, that post got edited out. Unless the three of them were reading the post as it got posted and before it was edited, they wont know about it.

If you have witnesses who say they did not see it, and you believe them, we have witnesses who saw it and who believe them to be true.

It is a question of trust.

thanx for those words.... Actually it is the first time that shady's any post is trashed and that to with those words so it was obvious he would be hurt..... U have every right to close the topics which u feel have problems....

The Dev Team answer on Mohini issue will remain the same - She will not be brought up.

If she felt so strongly about the issue, there are other ways of making her point felt. But writing about someone's parents, and then so vilely is not something which is condoneable.

On the issue of HONESTY of the DEV TEAM, well Shady, u tell us what HONEST answers you want? We can talk on that.

But at the same time, will you bear in mind that what HONEST answers you seek, may not be reality and when we speak with you HONESTLY and backed by reality, you may not necessarily agree with it, but that does not in itself make the answer DISHONEST.

When we spoke on the HR issue, you did confirm that you may even see our POV. Can I request you that I will take every effort to answer you in the same manner, with the same honesty, on all issues possible, excluding MOHINI.

Shady you want appology from MsBB for calling you post as false. What about you now calling me a liar. WILL YOU APPOLOGISE NOW WHEN MsBB has done???

There have been many more attack mind you personal ones too on Priya and Me. Will all those members come forward and appologise on them???

Iron Bhi you yourself have attacked three members will you appologse to them???

Priya - you believe a few people, and I believe a few people. So we're divided here.

The bottom line is - there is doubt on the issue. Because there is NO physical proof.

You are members as much as us. You're not higher than us. Your trust doesn't mean more than my trust.

So there is a doubt between members. And who should the benefit of doubt go to? The defendant. The person who has most at stake - Mohini. Bhaskar will not lose anything if Mohini is unbanned. Mohini will lose her account.

I don't know Indian Law, but in the US - you have to prove someone's crime beyond any reasonable doubt'.

The Dev Team has not been able to do that.

Priya ji, are you saying things were written on open forum? she did say something comparing god with parents but not abusive.

Dekho mujhe to shady ne poocha sach sach bata diya meine as I was there whole time, mere liye to sabhi pyare hain, par jo dekha woh bataya shady ko & I had the copy of the posts before they were trashed.
