If the mod says I am closing the thread because u have done a crime.... it is attack on the person's integrity but the mod has not apologised yet... how much is that fair....

Is it that only members are responsible for harsh language and mods can do anything????

Do you really know what does underdog means?

Underdog = One at a disadvantage and expected to lose

Debojit : Always had the edge through the contest. He always got the maximum number of votes. He WON the contest. So I wont call him an Underdog.

Himesh : Well he already so popular and most of his songs are on Top 10.

Very well said Iron Bhai. You just need to get in touch with me through PM. And I will show you who all got scot free. Who all were shown favouritism by me time to time. And I am sorry for that too..... I actually shouldn't have done that.


A fool proof system so that they can notget banned on basis of PM or for just not being favorate of the mods.
Members make a mistake..they appolize and get warning and get banned,but should be open with reasoning.

Just on the basis of PM members don't get banned. Reasoning is also done before a member gets banned.

Whatdo Mods want

Right to ban and bash left and right.Mods make mistake then they crib, they are members too and human being so can make mistake but have ego to appolozise and easily close issue..donot care if hurts any member or members.
Look after their friends and encourage them so that a group can bash peopel and they come at the end like typical Indian police

Mod are actually the only ones this time round who have appologised too many times. But what about the abusive posts against the mods that were made in different threads past few days. Some were too bad actually. Any repentation from them yet??? (Keep Jaadoo Bhai out of this)

WHat does Vijay wants

All Green with least expense.......Mods/Dev team is hardly any expense. Who does not love free bies. So as long as he has green he will not care. Expectation and commitment changes when you pay some one vs you can get work done for nothing..so lets Mod do what they want

Sorry to say but I am tempted to take this as personal attack on Vijay Iron Bhai.


Problem...not realizing volunteer work has responsibility too.I am a active community volunteer and have some volunteers work for me too, but it is discilined as I hate sloppy work. Any volunteer who is not committed and does not take responsibilty, is not a true volunteer.

Same here. Even I detest sloppy work. So we all try to be as much active as possible. Try to give as much as possible to this forum.
