Anyone remember:

Din dhal jaye haaaye!
Raat na jaye....tu to na aye teri yaad sataaaye.

Can't remember the picturisation...but what melody!

Any one remember the song:

Yeh Parbaton key dairey....yeh shaam ka Dhuaa

I do not remember the film and the sequence but I like the lyrics...
"Zara si zulf khol do...hawa mein itr ghol do"...
Oooof kya khayal hai!

Vaasna. MD Chitragupt. Another song from the film I liked was "Main sadke jaoon, more sainya tum aao yeh kaho..."

It is from Guide, Dev Anand has been sent away from Waheeda's room (If i remember correctly ) and he sits below, with a bottle of alchohol, drinking to abandon... and singing....

Din Dhal jaaye, raat na jaaye...
Tuu toh naa aaye, teri yaad saathaye....

The interlude music is so beautiful here

Pyaar mein jinke, sab jag choda, aur hue badnaam......
unke haathon, haal hua yeh, baithe hain dil ko thaam,....
apne kabhi they, ab hain parayeee...
din dhaal jaaye haai, raat na jaaye,
.......

Aisi hi rimjim, aisi suhani puhare,... aisi hi thi barsaat,
khud se judaa aur, jag se paraye, hum donon they saath.....
phir se woh saawan ab kyun naa aaye...
din dhal jaaye, haai, raat na jaaye.....

Thank you Gheeuntakghaati,

Another of my favourite romatic songs is the song from The Great Gambler, Zeenat Aman and Amitabh Bachan on the gandola, singing away the beautiful song.....

"Do lafzon ki dil kahani, yaa hai mohabat, ya hai jawani...."

"Dil ki baathon ka matlab na poocho,
Kuch aur humse bas ab na poocho"

"Yeh kashti wala, kya gaa raha thaa
koi isse bhi yaad aa raha thaa...
Kisse purani, yaadein purani,
yaa hai mobahaat ya hai jawaani"

Guys guys guys...remember this ?

Yeh Dil...na hota bechara
Qadam na hote awara....

A swave Dev Anand (for once walking like a homo sepian) with his golf cap and a fishing-rod with a jhuthi machchli hanging from it and Tanuja and heer cronies in a car....poetry on celluloid ? possibly.

How about this one?

"Lag ja gale se..." Woh Kaun Thi - Madan Mohan

Manojkumar & Sadhana on the beach, moon-light. Dont remember much details except Sadhan's beautiful face.

Another one from the same film was "Jo hamne daastan apni sunaayi..Aap kyon roye..." so touching, so painful..
