Yes this was an enjoyable song. But I think he did a song with a similar situation with Zeenat Aman in some other movie.

Has anyone seen "tu chanda mai chaandni" in Reshma aur Shera? I love this song and its picturisation too. It's set in a desert. Waheeda carries food for Sunil Dutt and gives it lovingly. There is real chemistry between these two. Waheeda looks like a typical Rajasthani with heavy kaajal in her eyes. Sunil Dutt has a big moustache.

We were discussing "tere bina zindagi se koi shikwa to nahi" on this thread sometime back. Loved that one more than this song, actually.BTW will some one explain what is meant by

Believe this Qawwali has been used by IS Johar in 5-rifles (you never heard of this film? you have'nt missed much)...But the lyrics are superb....basically this is a non-filmi qawwalli....:

Chadhta Suraj Dheere dheere dhalta hai dhal jayega...

Further the qawalli goes:
Kal jo tann key chal tey they apni shano-shauqat par
