Rare2005ji i agree with what you intend to say but you are not driving your point across straight.. Next time dont give topics like these... the crowd psyche has some preconceived notions and would react based on this!!! Its a matter of perception you see... The visibility of topics is much higher than visibility of the contents.. like somebody said "Let HR and AS rot in hell" on some other forum.. i am not sure if moderators come across these things at all!!

That is what I was trying to say, I am never a Vinit fan and a big time HR hater.

i respect your views, sinhaji.

but in this case the moderator IS wrong. and should accept that. the mods are not above crticism. they do not have right to close topics without giving out reason.

Here I support you rare, they should give the reason then we would not be discussing these things here.

sorry rare-ji - u type too fast for me. :)

Okay, i saw your post - and i guess you have a debatable point. Although, if
you were posting the same topic multiple times, I can also see the mod's
point. Nevertheless, I don't think that you've suffeered some grevious harm.
You make it sound like you've been oppressed by the mods here or
something! Certainly, these posts do not prove bias on Jem's part.

Also, Jem did invite you to pm her with your complaints in that 2nd link. So,
it's not like she's been completely unfair or unheeding to you.She is here
right now asking you for your suggestions. Why don't you just give your
suggestions to her now 😊 . Do you expect every minor injustice you might
feel in life to be set right? Come on - grow up!

I can put one example how a moderator or observer should be. When I was appearing for my board exam, my uncle refuse to set the examination paper just because I was appearing in the same exam.Moderator should be impartial.

I agree.

One suggestion from me, remove the slogan "Greatest Himeshji fan" in your profile. It is nice you are Himeshji fan but just do not show it in open because you are a moderator of this big forum, where thousand of people visit.

jem, if you still want to use that quote -- greatest fan blah blah....open a new account which does not say moderator and post all your personal feelings there. be strictly professional about your job as a moderator.

do you think following is a good reason?

Guys come on haven't we all discussed HR-Vinit too much????????????????????????????

& FYI topics on Debo & ID will also be closed.

Jem

i opened the second topic because the first topic was closed without reason. i did send jem4srk PM about this and each time she dodged the question. iif jem4srk allows, i will copy/paste the PM contents here.
