I have been noticing for quite some time now that certain members are after Jem. How would you feel if somebody does that to you or attacks you like that? You wouldn't like it, na?

Even if Jem is a Himesh fan, she isn't based at all! You have no idea how much she works and how much she has to do in the SRGMP forum.

She is doing an awesome job..try to be a mod for only one single day in a forum like this and you'll see how hard it is!!

And for God's sake..stop attacking Jem like this! I think it's enough!

I hope some members think about it...

guys, the main topic is getting sidelined. moderators should/do not have any right to close topic wiythout giving proper reason.

In my opinion, proper reasons were given every time. But I guess that wasn't enough for you...why don't you simply stop to criticize mods only? Why is it so difficult to see all the positive things they do?

tumhari_khushi, the moderators are volunteers that do not get paid. this does not give them right to decide which topics get discussed on this forum and which do not. they do not have right to close the topics without giving proper reason.

proper reasons were not given they closed my topics. they didn't use any improper language. they just questioned jem4srk's fairness.

if you are pained so much by reading my posts, please do not read them.

i don't know where you get the impression that jem4srk is fair/doing hetr job. all i know is my two topics questioing her fairness were closed without giving out proper reason.

if you don't like these posts, don't read them. the topic is clear from the title. you don't have to open it.

Rare bhai - I think you are missing point completely and arguing just because your thread was closed. The "paid/unpaid" thing was a totally different explanation.

The title "moderator" gives them the *Right* to close the topic if they *think* that the topic breaks the code of conduct . It's not mandatory for them to put up a poll asking "To close or not to close".

Jaaneman and if you don't like the way the mods work, simply don't visit this forum. But please!! stop to criticize the mods.

And you said it, they do not get paid for it and still work so hard and have to deal with members who can't stop posting such topics.
