but my topic that discussed fairness of moderators was closed within minutes of the initial post. there was nothing improper in there.

You are right contents was not vulgar, but title was similar to the title of some topic on other forum. you put only for adults, I know what was your intention, it was just showing it is not for Vinit fans. but general use for this word "Only for Adult" is different in Indian culture. Just try to understand it. Do not take literature meaning but see the practical meaning of this word. I support Jem for closing topic with this kind of title.

I reiterate, she isn't unfair. agar aap jaiza lenge, to she's closed many threads bashing Debo too. Why do Vinit-HR threads appear to be closed in huge numbers? Simply because there are TOO many of them. By moderating, they are making your stay on the forum easy. Try moderating. I've moderated a Biological Science forum for an year nearly and I know just how tough it was when the goddamned Intelligent Design v/s Evolution debate came up, or when the Stem cells ethics issue came up. I closed many ID threads...simply because they were inane and without substace....just bashing evolution. They knew i was a hardened evolutionist. Still, no one questioned. Why are we questioning Jemdi then?

adwarakanath, jem4srk may have been fair to you. but she is not fair with me. there was reason given whtsoever fo closing the topic discussed fairness of moderators that did not use any proper language, the topic was closed without any reason within minutes of initial post. i still have not gotten a reason for it.

on the other hand there was a post by you ("call for senior members") to take out cudgels on the members that question jem4srk's judgment. is the mod above crticism? if he/she is what's wrong with the people supporting itelligent design without questioning religious scriptures? (for the record i do not support ID)

[btw, i do enjoy your analytical posts, although don't agree with all of your analysis. but that's what is called respecting othefr person's views even when you don't agree with them]
