If I like someone or something, I'm not allowed to express that? 😕 I would understand if Jem had something really OFFENSIVE in her profile, but this is something so simple - Greatest Himeshji Fan.

What's the big deal? And how does this affect her professionalism?

Tell me something: In cricket, when an umpire is selected, he may be a Hindu, Muslim or Christian or any other religion. Often when you say someone's name, you can guess their religion.

Does that mean that you should not say the umpire's name? Instead call them by number like Kaidi # 420?

Does announcing an umpire's name or nationality affect their professionalism?

Ok, maybe my example is a bit far-fetched, but I hope you get the point I'm making here.

Anyway, that's all I have to say on this topic.

Goodbye and regards,

T.

See T bhai, cricket umpiring is entirely different thing, In match there is competition between two team but here is no team here . For you guys of this forum there is only one team and that is this forum. You guys are like a coach of a team not like umpire. You guys belong to everybody in this forum not like somebody belong to one group. That was my point to put forward. I know you guys are doing wonderful work but it was just my suggestion.

Rare-ji - I'm beginning to think maybe you are right about mods being
partial. That other thread you objected to is still up. No one's bothered to
lock it despite multiple reports on my part.

and guess what - it isn't anti-HR... 😲

the moderator should never ever close a topic without any explnation especially when the topic discusses their fairness.

I agree and respect what you say. This forum is all about voicing opinion. But does voicing opinion means abusing? Maybe you don't like someone you can say definitely say it. But atleast we expect you'll voice it in a proper way. Not just using abusive words. Those are the topics which finally gets closed. Because when one member abuses it finally tuns into a chain and later it leads to members abusing each other.

And you say HR topics are mainly closed because mods are biased but I tell you this is happening because you all are bashing him more. And the bashing goes to such a limit that finally we have close them. You all don't just abuse him but start abusing members too personally. Thats the reason why HR topics are getting closed more. But if I remember we have even closed topics of AS and ID bashing. We have closed topics where Hemchandra was being abused with respect to his family and origin.

So please no use starting these topics. As long as you all keep the decorum of the forum, try to follow some basic rules of the forum when posting a message you'll find all's peacefull.

Chalo koi to samjha meri baat ko😆😆😆

Warna mujhe to yaha par koi HR fan koi Hem fan aur ID fan keh kar biased kehte aa rahae hai. You all have now really made me confused as to whoose fan I am really.

But Please this is my request don't targer Jem individually. It's tough job moderating this section. And she is doing it. You'll all realise what she does if the section is left free for just few days. I am sure many would just leave........

And you said it, they do not get paid for it and still work so hard and have to deal with members who can't stop posting such topics.

nobody is crazy to criticize somebody when they dont need to. People do have the right to ask a question if they feel that the moderators have been unfair. There are lots of people who choose to be quiet and suffer the harrassment. Its only the brave and the patient ones who come forward. However, when people do have queries than it is a moderators job to clarify.

BTW even rare2005 is not criticizing the moderator. He/she is only asking why his thread was closed. When people write in this forum, they are voicing their opinion. If it has nothing vulgar, cheap or instigatory material in int, nobody has the right to close that thread. If it does not go in line with the moderators personal feelings, that's her problem. She needs to be professional about this whole affair instead of closing threads at her own whim and fancy.

See this forum is to discuss SRGMP and not Jem. If anyone had problem with her or any other mod. why not send a PM and get everything cleared. That is the best and proper way. Direct attack on admn. in topics here is not in keeping good spirit. It's always better to talk directly. My experience says beter talk directly to the person with whom you are having problems and solve it. Comming out publicly can never solve them.

Having read all the comments here it seems that I am only being attacked because of my opinion: I support HR.

Firstly, I am a member, then a moderator. I do have the right to my opinion.

As for locking topics, rare, it seems you have taken it very badly that I closed both your topics, hence have launched this direct attack on me.

As per your request, "proper" reasons will be given for locking topics in the future. You cannot stop us from locking topics: we need to keep this forum clean & we will.

Thanks to all who have supported me. Specially mdroy....your hug has been accepted 😳

Topic is being closed now: rare please PM me if you still have any further issues.

Jem
