still a singing contest, that's what would have happened. But this show is
a personality contest, a fashion parade, a beauty contest - in fact about
anything except music. Vinit has a nice voice, but he can't really sing all
that well.

Man! he was 10 lakh votes behind Debu in the last round. Debu's fans
have not time for panga - they spend their time voting Debu while you
guys keep filling IF pages for Vinit. Go ahead make it to 4000 pages -

Of course there are 400 pages of Vinit postings -- they are mostly teeny
boppers who write things like "Vinit is soooooo cute" "Vinit rocks" and
"________ sucks" and "Vinit is da best"

I am sorry but this is the majority of his fanbase. I think that Chandu's
fans will consider voting for Debo simply because of the classical trianing
edge and the fact that he is a better singer!

ARe u kidding?? Debo is the most listenable artist left on that stage.

He has a fantastic voice, and his performances are improving by the episode.

Vinit might be adequate for HR's mindless highly doctored copycat tracks,
but not for much else.

I would never spend 20 paise on a Vinit album although I might be
persuaded to lend him 20 bucks to go get some singing lessons...
