We have seen this in the past as well.. Himesh/T-Series has always seen doing publicity just before any of their albums are released.. May it be Ashaji controversy, or anyother - everytime before his albums are released, there is some controversy or the other that strikes.. I hope you will agree that Ashaji does not require any publicity stunt...

FYI - I am not against Himesh.. I am just trying to make my point against plagiarism.. Now just answer me this question - T series could have easily gone ahead with the name of Kally as the music director.. I have heard both the songs and I dont see anything being re-created over here.. Not only the song, but also the lyrics has been taken for the song.. So, why was Sameer given the credit for the song?? Isn't it unethical?? Well, the music industry rules in itself should be redefined.. Give the credit to the original music composer and also the lyricist.. Well, if the music directors want, they can easily give the credit to the original composer..

Now coming to proving that this is all publicity stunt.. When you, a comman man can know that music company owns the rights for the song - im sure even Kally, a musician will definitely know about this rule.. Right?? So, if he had any doubts then he should have contacted T-Series for clarification and not sue a case on Himesh and Sameer... I think this is what anyone would follow... We all know what happens in the industry for publicity...

Now coming to even Reema's comments on this is publicity for Kally and not Himesh - We know Himesh comes up with some or the other publicity stunt for himself.. Its not publicity for SRGMP as they have their own publicity stunts with their extreme Himesh touched drama 😉 If Kally had sued a case against Himesh and T-Series didn't require the publicity they would have easily sorted the case with Kally rather than coming up in the media... It could have easily solved in 4 rooms and not in the news channels covering up this as the hot news... 😉

So, that proves its the publicity..

Now if it is lifted or not - Himesh talked about all the songs in that article.. He mentioned about 7 other songs so what would he have lost if he had mentioned about this original song composer?? Well, why would he?? He has lifted it - so why does he need to mention about the lift??

I asked the same question when the controversy happened... When the music got released long back, then how come Ashaji didn't know about it while this song was all over on the television and radio?? So now that proves that it was all for publicity stunt... People forgot the song, they needed to be reminded.. How can that happen?? This is the only way to do it...
