Second thing himesh was nominated for best music Director for Aksar,Maine pyaar Kyon Kiya and Aap ka Surror

so that means even classes have loved those albums.

Now regarding Kulvinder Kally and Himesh

As I said earlier That SEL has used Pretty Women song in the movie kal ho na ho will you call that also a lift. What about Ek Hasina thi song in Karzzzz will you call that also a lift.

If Yes then why? and if No then Why?

Think ten times to these question and then I will answer all your doubt.

None of the above mentioned songs have anything appealing in them.Infact I wouldnt even listen to them, twice. Many people listen to himesh's songs. may be "these many people" are a teeny weeny fraction of music lovers, perhaps the teeny boppers who like anything and everything that has fast beats ??? Quality can never be justified by quantity.... so what if many have heard it... There may be a million or more who havent heard or would ever want to hear !!!!

This entire controversy I feel ...is to draw attention to Himmy and the movie karzz.... Himmy thrives on controversy...negative most of the time...so long it fetches attention, and offcourse TRP/viewership , T series ka reputation to sab jaante hain. Tell me, this whole thing is between Kelly and Tseries, then why on earth would he sue Sameer ji and Himmy....why not sue T series directly ?

The recreator.😆 (cant get over this new face of lifting).... why not credit the song, and lyrics to the originals... why bring his name there as the recreator...? This whole exchange will definitely draw public attention and fetch viewers attention and as soon as the movie hits the screens and public curiosity has been fed, this case too would fade out as a compromised case between the two and all lived happily everafter...Log attention ke liye kya kya karte hain.... 😕

No I did not misread .... read the highlighted part....... telling that they are all best in their own terms itself is putting them on the same pedestal 😉.....I agree ARR SEL and Kailash Kher can be placed in the same pedestal...but himmy too best in his own terms.....???? 😳

Himmy however, has good marketing skills and knows how to encash a controversy to the fullest to aid him.... but that is not musical na... so how can they be put in the same pedestal...?😳

Well..well well.... doesn't this quote say volumes ????😛 Ek haseena thi has been credited, but where is the mention of Kelly song ???? How come the recreator forgot that????😆 People are worried about the legal expenditure...haha... the amount of money that they will generate from the controversy can easily handle many such legal cases....now a thought to ponder is ... is there really a sach much ka legal case or one got filed just to create a sensation?😆

Yes Himeshji creates a lot of noise and is pretty good in creating attention. HImeshji's songs are like country and westerns. It is rather addictive as the music just sinks in easily. Not everyone likes country and westerns though. Still I cannot help not listening to them a few times a day. I also listen to other Pritamji Hits etc. but get tired of them very easily and look for someone to give my CDs to.

Some people (Kally) have the tendency to show a houlier than thou attitude. The fact remains that the song in question is never composed or written by Kally.

If people feel that himesh has lifted the song (which is not the case) and Kally has been wronged then why not even one person is saying that Kally has lifted the song and not even mentioned the original composer.

If you all are so concerned and are crying foul then where does that same feeling go with regards to the original composition. In your enthusiasm to put down HR, you are saying that he has wronged Kally and so on.. but the fact which everyone is just side stepping is that the song is NEVER COMPOSED OR WRITTEN by Kally. so how does he get the credit ?????

Ms.Anuradha you are vociforously demanding that HR should give credit to Kally ?? for what ? For a song which was never his composition in the first place.

I am also surprised that in this section, people are very passionate about music but are oblivious to the fact as to how the music industry runs ???

The music company is holding the rights to the song, the composer has re-arranged the song for them and not taken credit as the original composer of the song, It then is upto the company to decide what they want to print on the CD and whom they want to give credit to.

I do not see where is it HR fault and in what way. In my personal opinion sometime people get so single minded about criticising a person that they can only see negative in him.

I am sorry but I am not making a personal comment against anyone, this is very common and is with everyone, me included. There are things which i am so negative about that I cant see anything positive in them.

But on the bright side atleast this topic is interesting and is having a good sensible debate.

I think hatred from some person or a dislike for certain things is quite common and is not anybody's fautl. Humans are made that way, not so perfect. For creation to progress and things to happen there must be attraction and repulsion ( Ying and Yang). The Creator likes some drama and tasmasha too. HImeshji too is no different and after keeping quiet for a while will have some scheme again. I am sure he will change his looks etc for 2009.😆

In a nutshell, kally, Himmy and Tseries - sab mile huye hain.... all they are interested in is creating a controversy and hype on the issue just to get some extra attention and hopefully some viewership. 😆
