Yes dear Even I am saying that Ek hasina thi is the only original track borrowed from original karzzzz.

Soniyeje tere naal song is not there in old karz

This interview was regarding Ek hasina thi so he only mention about Ek hasina thi song . He has not mention about any other song.

If you belive himesh is guilty so stick on you opinion.The most imporant thing is decision of the court. Since as himesh said he is only a singer of the song and song is not composed by him .In court it will T Series VS Kally.

I dont care whether Himesh is guilty or not...but I have a tough time believing he is innocent,..😆

This case will never see the light of legal proceedings. In India, legal proceedings I believe take decades to get solved. I am sure as soon as the movie is relased and the purpose of this controversy is met , this case will become a HISTORY....

Well I don't know how much time it will take because sometimes such cases are solved easily with negotiation between the parties. Main thing that I was trying to point out was that according to the people himesh has lifted the song. As per himesh song has not been composed by him so there is no case of lifting . This song was given him by T series.

This case will depend on the papers(copy rights document signed between T sereies and Kally)which is held by T series and the various clauses mention in those papers.

There is another copy rights paper which is held by kally given him by the original composer of this song and due to this paper the entire conterversy is generated. If kally was the original composer and he has signed an album with T series than T series becomes the owner of the song and all this conterversy has not been there.

This is happening because people are taking comments out of context. If someone asks HR as to how many of the original songs of Karz have been retained in the new Karzz, he has said that except the Ek Haseena Thi number, rest SEVEN are his compositions.

Obviously the interview was about the music of the original Karz & original Ek Haseena thi number, why would he then bring another song in the picture.

I dont know why is it so difficult to understand this, if the question is about apples the answer cannot be about oranges. No one has asked him about Kally's song or how many songs he has composed. The question was that how many songs have been retained from the original Karz.

Firstly he has said that SEVEN, if there was any malice, he would have not said 7. Plus in todays age where you have the likes of Pritam, Anu Mallik etc just ripping off songs and passing on as their own. Here is someone who is not claiming to have composed the song and is honestly saying that he was just ask to re-arrange the song. Nor does it mention in the CD that HR is the composer and so noe He is at fault ???

BTW, not one member who is accusing HR in this thread has answered my question as to how can they say that HR should give credit to KALLY when the song is neither written or composed by him and why none of you gentle souls is mentioning that Kally has not given credit to the original composer anywhere and now is trying to claim his share of the pie from T-series. Please answer that first.

The music company is holding the rights to the song, the composer has re-arranged the song for them and not taken credit as the original composer of the song, It then is upto the company to decide what they want to print on the CD and whom they want to give credit to.

I do not see where is it HR fault and in what way. In my personal opinion sometime people get so single minded about criticising a person that they can only see negative in him.

I am sorry but I am not making a personal comment against anyone, this is very common and is with everyone, me included. There are things which i am so negative about that I cant see anything positive in them.

But on the bright side atleast this topic is interesting and is having a good sensible debate.

Even I feel that sometimes people just need an excuse to point fingers at HR because of their personal dislike. But really he has nothing to do with this case as it is all between Bhushan Kumar and Kally. I am not a Himesh fan or anything. Sure I like some of his compositions and don't hate him, but I'm not his fan. In fact I actually make fun of him a lot and have done so many times on this forum too. But in this case I just feel very sorry for him that everyone is blaming him without considering the full story...just because he's HR.😆
