big singers in singing superstar were being hugged by everybody. even, one lifted a girl and did marriage on the stage. another hugged badly and was not liked by parents of girl.
It is natural to hug either big or small.

Jay is family member here.
Only strangers are not allowed to touch in all over the world.
In western countries, nobody object like honest28 pointed out.
There are some situations e.g. if stranger repeatedly touch anybody,
then, it is unfair.
The feeling is very important. Jay is nice.
poojagpt131 is right.

honest28 should not misguide while saying something about child abuse in western countries. Read the articles what is child abuse.
The topic child abuse first starts from parents who can not harass
their own children.
