Host should keep their distance and act proper-professional...I was shocked to see all kids were brought down by those bodyguards?
Bhai kyon??? I bet Barnali and Rimsha might have felt uncomfortable...Even Nitin-Salman might have felt uncomfortable..
I have a five yrs young GD and I know she is not comfortable hugging outside of family...Usually kids know when something they dont like and that vibe should be read by an adult and not get into their ora..

i agree with the poster's points.. JS is not a good host.. it is horrible to watch him.. on top of that, how he behaves with kids, too much acting with no reality in it..and children are so serious in their defeats and this guy takes advantage to show to the world how caring he is.. as far as hugging kids etc is concerned their parents should raise an objection to ZEE on this issue or at least discuss with Alka so that it can be avoided..

I think that it is better that there is no physical contact between the host and the children - no matter their age. Zee is the guardian here until these children leave the program and I would be uncomfortable with anybody touching my children as well.

Even if the parents are OK with it, it is better than Zee keeps things formal. They can have counselors work with the kids off camera to help them deal with the stress and console them if they lost.

The point about the bodyguards holding young girls/boys in close embrace was particularly sensitive. Zee needs to draw the line at promoting someone else's movie themselves. These children are being misused.

V ... I bet if Jay was a host in the Western world, he'd keep his distance 😆, but in India I think parents are naive and put their full trust into mentors, hosts and authorities of the show. Sometimes it's a bit scary to see these parents are being so naive.

I so agree this! Consoling can be done by the host on the stage through emphathatic words and a gentle pat on the back. After the show they can give full attention to the kids and take care of them and console them. Their parents will also be around. I have been watching this show since it started and used to enjoy the professional feel of their format when Sonu Nigam was around. ZEE has to take note that this is a children's show and many parents watch this show. Some may have no problem with this but some may. Why not just keep a neutral format?

I THINK THAT PERSON SAYING THIS, SHE INDIRECTLY ATTACKING A GOOD HUMAN BEING WHO JUST TRYING TO SUPPORT CHILDREN WITH HUG, I CAN'T IMAGINE A LADY CAN THINK AS BAD AS THIS. PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR MENTALITY.

sandeep and sweetishaan I salute you for defending Jay Soni hes the most ssweetest person in the whole show he always supports the kids and never thinks himself big enough not to laugh or joke with them. The amount of jokes done with him he always takes it sportingly..and when the children are crying not hugging and giving them the emotional support wud be the highest form of indifference..if the judges can hug and Alka ji can hug Jai is like a brother to them they always consider him as someone who helps the out. Jai Soni u rock!!
