Has the new IF been updated for desktop/laptop viewers?

'Cause I find everything has changed.

ANYWAY.

I like it and both dislike it.

It's just more fluid/fast now I think. But I don't know if it's just my screen but I find it that I have to scroll down more than I did in the old version?
