Today Adhiraj and Anami were both cute and sweet. Ila played a cunning move by lying to both about the other and easily planted the seed of doubt in Anami's mind. And it makes sense. Anami became friends with Adhiraj and now learns that at that same time he was running another DNA test behind her back. To her it would sound like deceit and so she has a reason to be angry. But it was sweet that Adhiraj tried to apologize. Of course being a bit short-tempered he reacted and left, but went back after Tania explained to him to be a bit more calm. He's improving, like you mentioned.
But at the same time, Anami is slowly getting her way more and more and here she showed her immaturity. Anger is one thing. But the guy got mirch in his eyes. Anyone would be a bit concerned even if they were angry, but she refused to budge. She even slammed the door in his face in anger. It could have hurt him even more.
Ila is an opportunistic. She took a chance in the form of the DNA report and used it. Opportunistic moves will never break apart a well-developed bond. This move of hers will only bring them closer because now there are no secrets left between them. Not only that, but now both will be quicker at reading and understanding each other and knowing if the other is hiding something from them.
I do understand where you're coming from on the fact that Anami might in the future really hurt Adhiraj and close the door on him, but I have a feeling that this won't happen. Initially I could see this happening if Adhiraj was going to use Anami to meet his goal, but the past few weeks has changed my perception. Dheeru and his arguments have led me to understand that Adhiraj is on the side of justice and truth. He would never intentionally use someone or hurt someone to reach his goal. Additionally, if he ever has to choose between prolonged justice and using someone to reach that justice quicker, I have a feeling that he will use the former. Anami may misunderstand him, but this small fight is important to pave the way for the future because the way they reconcile their differences here will set the way for the future.
Dheeru is smarter than anyone gives him credit and not as grey-shaded as the CVs are trying to make us believe. He wants revenge and he is going to fight, but he has a certain "class" to his fighting. He won't ever use the innocent. He will hide his moves, but not make the wrong moves. He'll reveal himself only when the time comes never too early and never too late. Like you said, it will be justice not revenge.
As has been said, nothing is as it seems in Lal Mahal and the same can be said of Kamini. She may appear to be comic, but she isn't. And not only that she has proven that she is just as ruthless as Sudha in this one scene today. She is willing to get Avdhoot married to Tania to be able to get to Dheeru. She doesn't care if she ruins Tania's life as long as she gets the Royal Steels.
