Ashi n Vrinda are sitting in their room and talking...
They both laugh at sum joke..
Ashi:Ha ha ha...U noe matey..Tum meri woh sister ho jo Bhaggu mujhe dena bhool gaye..
V:Tum bhi mere liye sheetal se kam important nahin ho ashi...and waise bhi..abhi tum aisa keh rahi ho...agar main real mein tumhari sister hoti toh u wud have hated me!!!Juat like tia...
Ashi:Oh no ways matey!!Me n Hate u??Impossible!!N tia is a different case...Hum dono mein kuch bhi common nahin hai...Hum dono ek circuit ke do wires ke jaise hain..agar humein jod dogi toh electric shock lag jaayega!!!
V:Lekin ashi...jab tak tum try nahin karogi tumhe pata kaise chalega??
Ashi:Try??Matey itne dino se main peacefully rehne ki koshish hi toh kar rahi hoon!!But yeh timbo??man!!Har baat mein tia yeh tia woh..tia ki angels..ti ka make up...Can u believe it woh itni dumb hai..maine usse kahaan ki humare school grounds ke paas wala peepal tree ek special tree hai...n agar uske Mud face pe lagao toh ull never get pimples again..n u noe wat??Usne Pure 3 hrs tak baithke woh mud scrape karke apne face pe lagayi!!!Ha ha ha!!{Rolls with laughter!!}

V:Cum on ashi...thats not fair...Tumne kabhi really tia ko jaane ki koshish nahin ki hai..Ab dekho..Uv aur tum bhi kitna ladte the...But ab project ke liye ek saath kaam kar rahe ho na...
Ashi:Hmm...ya..but...
V:Cant u try the same thing with tia??Think about it ashi...
Ashi:OK!Ok..ok..Hold it there matey...Tumhare Pravachan ka time samaat ho gaya hai and mera us cyco ke saath project pe kaam karne ka time aa gaya hai!! C u later vrindeshwari!!!
n she jumps off the bed puts on her sneakers and rushes next door...

Next door in the boys room all the boys..the 6 sharing the room are coincidently in the room at the same time...
Ashi barges in thru the door...
Ashi:Woah!!Yahaan pe koi exhibition lagi hai kya??
She poked sid in the chest..Hmm..too skinny...She ruffled Varuns hair...umm...too simple...She turned around to face ranveer..Oops..already booked!!!n then she went to Uv...looked at him from top to toe and said to ranveer..Iska kya daam hai bro??And she gave him a very wicked wink..
Ranny:Ha ha ha ashi..aap bhi na...
Sid:Uv dude..hum sab canteen jaa rahe hain..suna hai wahaan sab hot chicks party kar rahi hain...U wanna cum??
Ashi:Du-uh sid!!Dikh nahin raha yahaan pe sale ho rahi hai??tum jaao aur apni cstomer..i mean meher ko dhoondho k??Bye!!
All the guys leave..ashi turns around to talk to uv but ia interupted again as Tia walks in thru the door...
Ranny looks at her n tia feels all shy...Flute in background...
Tia:Hi guyz..umm..Ranveer...tia soch rahi thi ki....kya hum project pe work kar sakte hain??Abhi?Woh..tia ke paas abhi free time hai isliye...
Ranny:Sure tia...
Ranny takes tias hand n they sit opposite each other...lost in each others eyes...
Ashi:Hey Bhaggu!!Yeh dono yahaan baith gaye toh hum dono kahaan jaayenge!!!
Uv:oh man..forget them ashi..hum dono shed mein chalte hain...
Ashi:Ya lets go...Guyz...guyz!!!Hum jaa rahe hain!!
But ranny n tia are too busy lost in each others eyes to notice these two!!!
Uv:Oh man..Hopeless!!!
And they both leave....

Later in the day ashi n Uv are cumin out of the shed...
Uv:Not bad...humara project kaafi accha jaa raha hai..abhi tak...
Ashi:Ya!Thankfully hum fight kam n kaam zyadaa kar rahe hain...
Uv:Ya...wierd lagta hai....I mean hum jabtak acche se lad na le tab tak...din ka mazaa nahin aata..
Ashi:Ha ha...true...jab tak main tumhe Fake he man n Cyco na bula loon till then my day doesnt end!!
Uv:Ya rite whacko...So...Howz it goin..with sam??
Ashi:Sam!!(Surprised that Uv was askin about sam)umm..ya..just... (Lets out a sigh)K i cant lie...Its hopeless!!!Usko toh pata bhi nahin hai that im interested!!!Mera brain toh curd ban gaya hai soch soch ke...
Uv gave a small smile but dint say anything..
Ashi Continued:I mean how slow can he be??Maybe...maybe im not trying hard enough..Maybe mujhe..mujhe uski taarif karni chahiye...(She tries practicing)Sam..wow sam..ur so..so.......AArGHH!!!No..I think mujhe uske music ki taareef karne chahiye...Sam..Ur so good!!Tum kitna accha guitar bajate ho....kya tum mujhe guitar bajana sikhaonge???Oh no..but mujhe toh guitar bajane aata hai...toh...wat then??(Ponders over her own question)I know!!!Main ek baar Mama ke saath unki shoot pe gayi thi...wahaan woh log ek scene shoot kar rahe the..usmein hero heroin ko Dafli bajana sikhata hai!!!Thats what im gonna do too!!!!
Uv had been listening to ashi all this while with a small smile on his face but at the dafli idea he suddenly exclaimed:Woah!!Ashi!!!For gods sake!!Dafli??Totally filmy and a bad idea...
They had walked upto the front stairs of maurya..the ones where uv had got that supposed luv note from ashi n had given her that oh so adorable look!!!....
Ashi:But uv!!Main aur kya..
Uv stopped in his tracks and turned around to face ashi..
Uv:Ashi!Tumhe kisi dafli..ya..kisi guitar ko excuse bana ne ki zaroorat nahin hai!!I mean..agar tum really SAm mein intrersted ho and if u want him to like u then tumhe pretend karne ki zaroorat nahin hai...(He holds her by the shoulders)Ashi tum special ho..ur different...yahaan koi aur ladki nahin hai jismein tum jaisi baat hai...Agar koi tumhe genuinely like kare toh it shud b becoz of wat u are..who u are...not what uve become...Tumhe apne aapko change karne ki zaroorat nahin hai ashi..tum jaisi ho bilkul perfect ho...for me he thought in his mind but dint say it aloud....He gave her one long look let go of her and walked away....
Ashi was totally stunned at what he said...she watched his back...following him with her eyes till she could not c him anymore....
Hey Bhaggu!she thought...There he goes walking away with his trademark stagger...fueling the confusion of feelings already goin on in her head...What does he know what it was like to Anvesha Bannerji ray..the brat!!
"Uh oh..thats timbo style!Ashi!!!Get a hold of urself!!!"she scolded herself and walked away still thinking about what uv had said...

YEah Sur! Awesome rocking part! I loved the cicuit ki do wires waali line! Seriously, that's the line of the day for me! Damn good! And the face pe mud lagaane waala idea... LMAO! Yaar yeh sab tried and tested formulas toh nahi hain? I mean, tumhaare own personal trial and errors? 😛 kidding!

Chapter 21
"Ashi??Ashi!!"He said as he snapped his fingers in front of her...
"Uh..wat..ahh..ya...Ya..hi..."she said as she looked up at him...
Sam stood in front of her in a lemon yellow shirt tucked into his trademark faded jeans with a pair of sandals...He looked absolutely yummy with a faint fruity smell that came from his cologne...His slightly disheveled hair fell on his eyes and he pushed it away with his hand...as he did it ashi caught sight of his bracelet and her mind wandered to someone else having the same one...
Sam looked at ashi as she stared at his bracelet....
Sam:Ashi??umm...u like it??
Ashi:umm..no..i mean..ya..actually sumone else i noe also has sumthing similar..so...
Sam:Yeh?(pointin to the bracelet.)Its pure leather...aur yeh do buckels dekh rahi ho??theyr copper..and very classy...
But ashi wasnt paying much attention..shed already heard all about the bracelet from sumone else...sumone who owned it as well..and sumone she wondered why she was thinking bout when she had sam in front of her...
Ashi:Umm..sam??Chalein??
Sam:Ya sure!!!
Sam,as promised earlier,was taking ashi to the market to get her guitar repaired...
They reached the music shop and sam gave ashis guitar to the man there...
Sales man:Sir..this will take some time...aap ek kaam kijiye...2 hrs ke baad aajaiye...
Sam looks at ashi:Well..ok..Chalo ashi hum dono ghum ke aate hain..then vll pick up the guitar and return to maurya..k?
Ashi:Gr8!!!
As they walked out of the music shop ashi felt surprised at this chance opportunity shed got to spend time with sam...
They walked a few steps from the shop and noticed a small park there...
There was a jungle gym and lots of other slides on which many kids were playing..
Sam:Hey isnt that cute??Lets take a look.. and he walks over to the park..
Ashi goes and stnads beside him...just letting her eyes wander over everything...when she sees a lil boy chasing a girl..he chases her and finally catches up with her to pull her hair making her squeal in pain...
Her mind wanders back to the time when she and uv had jumped over the gates of a park and spent some beautiful moments together...She remembered how shed confided in uv as to how she feared that it was infatuation which made uv think it was love...and how hed convinced her that she was all that he needed..not his memory of her...
She suddenly snapped out of her trance..surprised that she was again thinking bout him...She looked over to see sam looking at her with a small smile on his gorgeous face...
Ashi:What??
Sam(Smiles):Kuch nahin..what say we get some coffe??
Ashi:Ok...
She and sam walk over to a coffee shop and sit down at a table and place an order...
Sam:So ashi..aur batao...Tumhe music mein kabse interest aaya??
Ashi:Umm..cant say specifically...mujhe music sunna humeshe se pasand tha...just dint know i could play or create music myself!Jab maurya mein aayi toh tab maine realise kiya ki music humesha se meri life ka ek important part raha hai...Phir remix form hua..Uv ne mujhe guitar bajana sikhaya..bas...tabse there was no looking back...ab music hi meri life hai...
Sam:Hmm..thats very nice...Music is a very important and powerful art form...im glad to know ki tumhe uski samajh aur uske power ki understanding hai..music ko samajhna easy nahin hai..and u are indeed very talented to have achieved it...
Ashi:K now u tell me...aapko music ne kaise inspire kiya??
Sam:Mujhe??You know jab main chota tha..mera ek neighbour tha jo goonga tha..lekin woh flute bahut acchi tarah se play karta tha...Us flute ke notes woh har cheez bayaan kar paate tha jo uske dil mein thi...us flute ki awaaz uske dil ki awaaz ban gayi thi...chahe khushi ho..sadness ho..surprise anger apprehension pain...har ek emotion ke liye uske paas koi dhun..koi tune hoti....It amazed me to think ki music is capable of doing so much..expressing so much...I would envy that man..ki uskayeh inborn talent tha..jo woh music se itna familiar tha..use koi formal training nahin mili thi...phir bhi woh music ke around itna comfortable tha...It made me want to learn music..to create magic with it...
Ashi:Wow..thats so amazing....Aap kitne lucky ho ki aapko itni acchi inspiration mili...
Sam:Aisi baat nahin hai ashi..inspiration sabke paas hoti hai..bas use pehchaanna padta hai....Woh inspiration kuch bhi ho sakta hai..koi insaan..uska talent..ek feeling..ek emotion..kuch bhi...
U noe jitne bhi gr8 musicians hai na..inhone humesha apne music mein jaan dalne ke liye ek hi emotion ka sahraa liya hai..n that is love...
Ashi love is the strongest feeling the heart has...Its the best feeling on earth...Pyaar hota chupke se hai...lekin it is so over powering and overwhelming ki pata bhi nahin chalta aur humare sari duniya pyaar mein samaa jaati hai....Chahe u acknowledge it or not..but love is something that will always find a way...
Ashi:Aapko kabhi saccha pyaar hua hai??
Sam:Umm..not yet,,but i know ki jis din woh mujhe mil jaayegi ill b the luckiest man on earth!!
Ashi sips the last of her coffee and ponders over sams words...a thought keeps popping up in her mind as she recalls everyword of his...every word brings forth a memory with some one...fishing it out of a collection which she had stored in the deep dark corner of her heart and vowed never to let them loose..
Sam n she leave to go to the guitar shop....
As they r walking back...Ashis mind is churning..she was thinking..all the thoughts she had tried to avoid almost forever had seemed to have come out right away and were haunting here..all at the same time...Would she ever be able to figure out what was it that her heart was telling her??Or was it that she was too scared and petrified to acknowledge it??


Thats it for this chapter ppl..Hope u guyz like it..Its wierd coz im gettin inspired to write all serious stuff...But it potrays AY in a different light alltogether!!Hope u guyz like it....All suggestions and criticism is welcome😛

Welcome to the club. Yep. Main bhi eik musician hoon. 6 years ki age se maine hindi classical singing mein training ki hai and still am, aur main 6 instruments play kar sakti hoon. Apne songs khud likhti hoon aur compose bhi karti hoon. Tum kya karti ho? Singing? Playing instruments? What?
