Actor Nargis Fakhri recently made her first public appearance with husband Tony Beig, weeks after reports of their secret wedding in California surfaced. The couple attended an event at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre in Mumbai, drawing attention as they posed together on the red carpet with filmmaker Farah Khan.

In a video from the evening, Farah was heard playfully telling Tony, “Come stand with your wife,” as they posed for photographs. The moment quickly went viral online, adding more weight to reports that the Rockstar actor had tied the knot in a quiet ceremony earlier this year.

A Private Ceremony In California

According to a report in the Times of India, the wedding took place at a luxury hotel in California in February. The event was attended only by family members and a few close friends. A source told the publication, “Both Nargis and Tony ensured that nobody clicked pictures of the two from the wedding. It was an extremely private function.”

Images believed to be from the celebrations later appeared on Reddit. One photo showed a white multi-tiered cake decorated with floral designs and the words “Happy Marriage” along with the couple’s initials, NF and TB. Another picture revealed a welcome placard featuring the names “Nargis and Toby.”

After the ceremony, reports suggested the newlyweds travelled to Switzerland for their honeymoon. Both Nargis and Tony shared pictures from the same resort pool on Instagram, leading fans to connect the dots.

Who Is Tony Beig?

Tony Beig, who is of Kashmiri origin, is a US-based entrepreneur and investor. He is best known as the Chairman of the Dioz Group, a company he founded in 2006 that oversees several businesses, including Alanic, Oasis Apparel and 8Health.

Born in 1984, Tony grew up partly in India before moving abroad. He completed his MBA in Business, Management and Marketing from Victoria University in Melbourne, Australia. He began his career with Alanic International, an activewear and apparel brand that supplies across the US. Over the years, he expanded his ventures while keeping a relatively low media profile.

Tony’s family also has strong professional roots. His father, Shakeel Ahmad Beig, is a well-known politician who earlier served as the Deputy Inspector General of Jammu and Kashmir. His brother Johnny Beig works in television production.

Reports suggest that Nargis and Tony have been together since 2022. The two were frequently spotted at private gatherings and vacations, though they chose not to openly speak about their relationship.
