I am so happy for you Sudha, that you are able to enjoy Sanaya's earlier shows, while all of us are waiting for her next.

n when she takes up her other hand to her ear... god.. along with Arnav I felt like leaping ahead n hugging her!! anyone would feel like crap seeing them being reason to hurt her like that..

u felt how much it cost her to sacrifice her self respect cz her adoptive family asked for the price for adopting her 😭

I know everyone is looking at complex stories, thrillers, edge of the seat kind of stories, but I was recently reading Anuja Chauhan's Battle for Bittora and it would make for a great TV show. Politics, with a light-hearted lens and with romance. Perfectly entertaining. Strangely enough, just read that Sonam Kapoor is working on a bigscreen adaptation of it. Actually all of Anuja Chauhan's novels are brilliant - interesting woman characters + interesting men + funny + romance + contemporary.
Use one of them, cast good-looking people who can act, put it into a finite series and you will have a winner. Why don't TV programming heads see, what we see? 😛

Hey. Thanks for sharing. I must read this Battle for Bittora now. It sounds very interesting.

I also heard about this Battle for Bittora being made into a movie ... must get hold of the book. I often feel that books lend themselves to TV shows better than movies ... one can explore more nuances in tv shows because they last longer, than in a 2 1/2 - 3 hour movie.

I liked the idea of The Proposal too ... that was a really cute movie. That would make a good limited episodes show ... it can't be stretched too long.

LifeOK is doing a lot of experimentation lately ... but the moment a show does well, the limited episode idea is dropped and it gets stretched like chewing gum (*cough ThP cough* ) .. let's see if they keep to the plan for Ajeeb Dastaan ... and then we can hope to see Sanaya in a series of limited episodes shows there. Indian TV needs to change, fixed episode formats, fixed storylines that don't keep changing with TRP demands ... lots is required if Indian TV is to develop any quality.

Battle for Bittora is actually a funny and fun story. This t would make for a good movie/fixed episode series.

I have read the book ...its good . 😊 A movie is already being made on this starring fawad khan and sonam kapoor .

Anyway 4 days for ITA on tv and we get to see sanaya on the red carpet plus her perormance on stage😊 .

4 days for AVTA in UK ...we will hopefully be getting a live report as two members from our forum ( that I know ...) are attending the event 😊

So if she goes off after the AVTA, then that means she wont attend the ITA in early Nov?The one where she is nominated in two categories...

I read on twitter that she's also performing in the ITAA. But please don't be very ecxited. It was a twitter handle called team Tellywood. I 'm not sure how reliable they are.

I think it was roughly around that time I started noticing just how brilliant she is!! I remember writing wax lyrical about that scene, cz honestly TV doesn't have that good actors usually and to see her pulling off that scene the way she did..
that break in her voice, brings a lump to the viewers who watch it.. n i had tears in my eyes for Khushi..
San was amazing!

I am continuing with the next episodes. She is brilliant with her whole body language & expressions during this forced engagement as she is fighting her feelings for arnav, facing his sarcasm and facing questions from Anjali, nani & Lavanya. Goodness, how come I never knew about Sanaya before? Not surprised she has so many fans here. Glad to be one of the newest
