The drama is dragged, but romance is rushed...and I am pulling my hair out 😆Having said that, I still love RR 😳 heck I always will. But I think the writers and PH need some clarity in their work and the direction they wish to take for the serial.

Couldn't agree with you more, especially @ bold. The problem the cvs seem to be having is their need to show Rudra as the infallible hero ... hence they compromise all the other characters. The first is okay, the second is where the story-telling suffers greatly and that's where the disconnect arises. A few of the scenes you mentioned above ... Mala pining for her son in private, ... Paro's need for a family pushing her to make Rudra accept his mom ... if they had shown any of these scenes even a tenth of the time they showed Rudra's emotions, the tracks would have flowed better.

Paro's widowhood will not be questioned, neither will Rudra's actions on the battlefront ... because they will paint Rudra as less than perfect. So very honestly, I don't have too many expectations from this track ... from the last few episodes, that seems to be the way they're going ... two men fighting over a woman, whose only role is to be protected ... today especially reinforced it for me.

Bold- if this is the way the story goes, I don't know how long I can sustain my interest in this show, already Mala's constant superlative praise of her son is getting cringeworthy. Is he flawed or perfect? Has Rudra now turned into the whitest character on the show? And what a waste of such a talented cast who can bring various dimensions to the show.

Ah, yes. I noticed that as well but I generally pass on this because it is a daily show. You can't be perfect if you aren't aiming for perfection all the time. Admittedly I was hoping for a lot more when the show started but now that I know the average caliber the episodes come in at I let these things slid.
.
That isn't to say they should continue to use body doubles. 😡

I think looking "cute" is not the issue for Vishal as much as it is the way they are presenting the revenge that this character is supposed to possess. I contend that every performer can be made to be the character if they are only supporting cast such that their faults are not factors. This has not be done yet for the villain from the CVs.
.
I too would be in wait and watch mode but these last three episodes really has me on the edge of stopping for good.

rushed, rushed, rushed!!!

I actually felt they thought these episodes out, which is more of the reason why I felt it was rather pedantic, if anything. Rushed episodes are were they make bloopers but the story itself holds its progression and manages to engage the viewers in what could come next. For me, I am a disengaged viewer that has little hope from what I am watching.

I don't think so characters is changing . But yeah everyone can give their own opinion .
Just what I like our villain is too cute and sweet . Track is going quite interesting and i hope some fans come back . Today i liked all that filming system . It is really awesome job . 👍🏼

Out of curiosity, what aspect of the lead pair do you find has remained consistent so far that you are able to maintain a connection with the characters? I understand the way they are taking the content of the show but what they are showing is not resonating with me and that could range from pacing to script. 🤔 At least now I know that these changes are working for some and not for others.

So, now with a quick peace between son and mother they have moved to next track. One has to wait to see how this track is handled by writers and creatives. If it boils down to two good-looking, muscular men trying to get back at each other constantly, can't say how long the makers can sustain the attention of viewers. However, if all the principal characters are developed and given space and the dynamics of relations are shown changing gradually with this new threat to the Ranawats, it would be interesting.

Like with the Tejawat, Laila, Mala tracks, it depends how the CVs execute the story. With proper weightage to all characters, gradual development of story and balanced, sensible screenplay interest can be generated. Concept wise I can see several positives, another loop of Varun's death getting a closure, Paro's widowhood questioned, consequences for Rudra's uncontrolled anger at battlefield where he killed all witnesses even after the threat to border was neutralized, his and Paro's reexamination of their relationship, Mala and Dilsher's support to them, Mythali and Samrat getting close to Parud in turn getting their support in tackling Mohini, Mohini jeopardizing her own security in her pride and anger, Sunehri realising her folly of trusting a stranger (growth from a kid, to a mature young lady). So, the possibilities are many if the CVs don't continue with their one sided story telling. One remains in hope that this show will get more interesting and get more appreciation.

Well, they managed to disenfranchise one viewer with this so far and I will go ahead and attribute this to the editing department for stretching the wrong scenes, in my opinion. It does feel like two men going at each other for the sake of one women rather than a witness.
.
Possibilities are always there but the execution of it has to be there for it to carry any weight, otherwise it is just another lost opportunity. Nevertheless, it is good to see that hope remains in seeing what is in store for this track. I am starting to see a lot of grey opinions of the development so far and you manage to capture the opinion of the tricky balance the makers seem to already be in.

I really have no comment here other than to say I really like reading your opinions, and a few other members. @bold: agree, and also partly the reason why I made this post to see where the opinions stand.

The past 3 episodes have been a bit disjointed and not streamlined...feels like CVs are looking for anchors. Other than the checking out of the new character's face and the reason for the change in haveli I feel I wouldn't have missed much had I skipped these three.
Sigh, JDJ is definitely the haddi in the PaRud romance kabab!

McDimples seems like a good actor and I am optimistic that there will be clarity and focus in the unfolding of this track (unlike the rushed Rudra-Mala fiasco). 😛
