Khanak was amazed at how the actors survived the plane crash. She blushed when Shantanu started to tickle her and tease her when Cameron Diaz's character, June was wearing a bikni.

" Kya tum mere liye pehn hogi?,"( Will you ever wear that for me?)

"Kabhie nahin Shantanu," Khanak yelled.

He started to tickle her, she yelped a few times and nudged him away.

" Stop it Shantanu! Ada aur Mummyji kya sochenge?" ( What will Dad and Mom think?)

"Khanak they will just think I am making you laugh. Let's watch the movie. Party pooper!," he hissed.

Khanak laughed. The train scene has them both amazed and they both agreed Khanak could handle that bad guy by herself.

"Mujhe aap ko bachna parta," she exclaimed. ( I would have had to save you)

"Maybe. I would be cooler than Tom Cruise though, come on admit it!"

She clasped his hand.

"Of course you would be. Mera pati sab se alag hai," Khanak declared.

Later on the part came on where June has been given the truth spell. Khanak tried to turn away so Shantanu would not see her blushing. He grabbed her hand and squeezed it.

The chase scene they both adored it and the ending left both of them with a nice smile on their faces.

Khanak put aside the popcorn bowl and turned towards Shantanu. She stopped him from getting up.

"Kya hua Khanak?"

" You know if I had drank the truth spell, what I would do now?"

Shantanu smiled brightly.

"Why don't you show me?," he hissed.

She smiled as she leaned forward to kiss him.

Tuesday morning dawned. Khusbhoo and Khanak headed out early to buy better footwear so they could hopefully learn how to play cricket. Khusbhoo was not too fond of playing but Khanak was excited to learn and was hoping to someday be better than Shantanu at it.

They were just coming out of the Reebook outlet when they almost bumped into Rahul.

He was obviously very hung over.

" Mr. Khanna aap yahaan bhi aagaye?," Khanak said with distain.

" Oh Khanak tum, dekho I am really sorry. I shouldn't have made that MMS," Rahul stated.

"Khanak just leave him alone. He already ruined your life once before," Khushboo stated.

Khanak did not wish him any harm despite what he had done to her. He had nearly ruined her marriage for good. However now things are all right.

" Bhabhi, I am not like this man at all. He knows how to take revenge and insult relationships. I will make sure he gets home, then I will meet you at home," Khanak stated.

" Nahin Khanak, main bhi tere saath chalti hoon. I don't trust this man," Khuhboo declared.

The two women helped him into the car. They headed over to his house. The butler answered the door. Khushboo politely but firmly told him to take Rahul inside.

" How disgusting he is!," Khushboo declared.

Khanak was angry. Today would have been better if they had not met Rahul.

"Khanak chalo yahaan se. He's at home and we have better things to be doing," Khushboo said as she led her to her seat.

On the way home, Khanak promised herself that she would not let this ruin the day for herself and her family. They were all going to have fun together after so long.

Khushboo complained about meeting Rahul when they reached home. Shantanu took Khanak aside.

" Kya tum theek toh ho Khanak. Jo bhi Rahul ne kiya tha.." he trailed off.

" Forget him! Let me show the shoes Khushboo Bhabhi helped me pick out," Khanak stated.

Shantanu smiled as she explained they were well padded so she could run after bad guys and play sports.

He was in for further shock when she emerged later from their bedroom wearing a white t-shirt that hugged her slender frame and the casual pants that showed the shape of her thin but strong legs.

Upon reaching the club the Khandlewal men were challenged to a cricket match by one of Sunil's old colleagues. They formed two teams with others who were interested in playing.

" Khanak we have to go play this match but after this I will teach you how to play," Shanatanu promised.

" Koi baat nahin Shantanu. All the best! Jeet ke aana," she said with a sweet smile.

Shantanu smiled back at her and blew her a flying kiss. Madhvi and Khusbhoo teased her about it as they all settled down to cheer their men on.

They won the game, then Sunil, Akshay and Shantanu took turns showing their wives how to hold the bat. Khushboo had an attendant take pictures of all of them. She kept stopping to freshen up her make up.

Khanak giggled when Shantanu leaned close to her and whispered jokes in her ear.

Madhvi and Sunil had a blast and felt like newlyweds again. Khushboo almost knocked Akshay down a few times but they also enjoyed themselves.

At night after everyone was settled in their rooms Shantanu went into the bedroom was surprised to find Khanak missing.

He paced around and checked the kitchen .She was not there.

He decided to check the poolside before totally freaking out. He stopped short to hear noises coming from the pool area. He smiled knowlingly and kneeled down on the side of the pool as he watched his wife swim laps.

"Khanak mujhe ne pata tha ki tum itni acchi swimming kar leti ho," Shantanu quipped.

She stopped swimming and looked up at him.

" Aap yahaan?"

" Aur kahaan hota? Wahaan tum wahaan main bhi," Shantanu declared. ( Where else would I be? Wherever you are I will be there too)

She shook her head and went on to swim another lap.

" I think tomorrow we will have good news. You seem to be feeling better already," he said.

She started to climb out of the pool.

She was wearing a bathing suit but had tied an old dupatta at her waist so it would cover more.

" I was going to sneak into the washroom while you were busy with something," she quipped.

Shantanu smiled as he moved closer to her an tucked a strand of hair behind her ear.

" Tum bauth sexy lagri ho," he quipped..

She blushed and tried to back away.

He grabbed her by the waist.

" You are getting yourself wet Shantanu," she said.

He stepped back and pulled her to sit by the pool.

" Aap zaara towel leker aana. I don't want to drip water all over the house," she stated.

" Theek hai main abhi aata hoon," he said.

Shantanu returned with a towel and wrapped it around Khanak. They sat by the pool side. They talked for awhile about the business, the factory in Dhulwadi and their plans for a long vacation once things settled down.

They later walked together hand in hand towards their room. After Khanak changed she snuggled under the blankets and then Shantanu laid down beside her. The couple went to sleep hoping all would be well tomorrow.

The next morning Khanak did the puja and prayed with all her might.

" Main ab Shantanu se door nahin jaana jati. Please humhe juda mat karna Thakurji," she prayed.

She felt a hand on her shoulder. She turned to see her husband.

She smiled slightly at him.

" Sub kuch theek hi hoga Khanak," he stated firmly.

She nodded trying not to get emotional. They had already eaten with the rest of the family. They had all been pleasant and tried to help her not worry too much. She was lucky to have such a great family.

They walked hand in hand into the clinic. Anyone seeing them would be awed at how strong they were trying to be for the other. Anyone could sense these two loved each other very deeply.

The doctor asked them to be seated.

Shantanu noticed Khanak breathing heavier in anxiety. He squeezed her hand in assurance.

" Khanak's results for leukemia are negative. She just needs to come in for a regular check up every year and take care of herself. She should be fine after finishing the medication dosage I prescribed for her," the doctor stated.

" Thank-you doctor!," the couple exclaimed together.

Later on they headed back towards the car.

" Now we must get everything settled then we can plan our trip!," Khanak declared with glee.

Shantanu leaned over and pinched her cheek.

" I am so happy today Khanak. Tum bilkul theek ho," Shantanu stated.

Khanak smiled back at him. They decided to go share the news with their family and then Shantanu would go back to work.
