Part 2

Anand thinks he'll help shaan by giving him hints as to why khanaks upset

Anand: let me tell you a story it's actually my friends kahani, him and his wife loved each other dearly and he would always claim that nothing will ever pull them apart but one day she left him

Shaan: par kyun? Looking intrigued

Anand: Because one of his friends told him that his wife had been bashing him to all her friends behind his back, saying he was alsi, selfish, and a bad husband. When he confronts her about this she is shocked, and appalled at how he can even think that she could say such things let alone ask if she has. She asks him what do you think? To this her husband gets angry and jumps to the conclusion she must have as she's not denying it, and they get into a row and she leaves.

Anand looks over at shaan to see if he reacts

Shaan; why did she do that?

Anand mutters under his breath is burthal ke saath main kya karoon, hai bagwan mujhe takkat do isko kuch samjane main

Anand: she didn't say any of those things, the friend had made it up because he was always jealous of him and his relationship with his wife

Shaan looks up at anand with a frown and goes into deep thought

Shaan (looking confused): so why didn't she just deny it

Anand: (burthal phir bhi samaj tha nahin) why should she, did he not know his own wife as being incapable of saying such things, was he not aware of her love for him

Shaan stands up and says "Khanak" Anand thinks finally burthal gets it

Shaan: khanak is angry because she thinks I don't believe or trust in her love for me

Anand: And????

Shaan: and what, that's it, and plus because I questioned her in front of my friends

Anand: And????

Shaan: and what? Looking confused as he was sure that this was his only mistakes

Khanak re-enters the house sees anand and smiles then sees shaan to which her smile vanishes- upon seeing this shaan gets upset

Khanak to anand: aapne kuch khaya kya, looked at Shaan from the corner of her eyes as if she was questioning him.

Anand: No, I thought we could all eat together and winked at shaan to which shaan smirks

Khanak: Arey nahin, mujhe pata hai shaantanu ko hamare saath khane mein pirablem hogi. woh apni gadi mein hi kha leinge.

Shaan looks annoyed

Shaan: nahin Khanak...mujhe RV mein akele dar lagta hai...Kya main tum logon ke saath kha sakta hoon? Please?

Khanak: Par mujhe aapke saath nahin khana...waise bhi aap ko mere saath kyu khana hai? mere pe itna bharosa thodi na karte hein aap

Shaan looks hurt and leaves- khanak has tears in her eyes

Anand looks at khanak and says ' arey o pushpa yeah kya kiya usko bahar bej diya, main manta hoon woh burthal hain par woh saachi main tumse pyar karta hai, aur usko uski galti ka ehsaas hai (in his head thinking not fully but he'll get there)

Khanak looks surprised, and thinks oh so shaantanu must of told him

Khanak: nahin, nahin, unke bilkul bhi ehsaas nahi hai. na hi unhone mera bharosa thoda hai par unhone mere apmaan kiya hai aur woh bhi appne doston ke saamne. Pata nahi maine unn par itna bharosa kyu kiya. Sunny ki baat kyu nahin maani jab woh mujhe kehta tha ke mujhe Shaantanu ko bata dena chahiye. lekin mein bhi kitni pagal thi, maine unnko itna mahaan samjha. main samajhti thi ke woh hamare rishtey ko bohat ehmiyat dete hain, bohat kadar karte hein. Lekin nahin, main ghalat thi. Woh toh rishto ek khel ki tarah samajhte hein. unki ankhon mein rishton ki koi ehmiyaat nahi hai. Pyar kiya par nibhana nahin aata unko, rishto ki ehmiat nahi samajhte. she falls to the floor and breaks down, she cries her heart out all the emotions which have built up inside of her over the past couple of days.

Anand places a hand on khanaks shoulder and says " pushpa rootey nahin, tum dekhna shaan khud apni galti ki ehsaas hoga aur phir khabhi tere dil ko tais nahin pohchaiga- yeh mera vaada hai tumse" and with this he leaves in search of shaan

Khanak looks out into the village and sees a little girl playing with a rattle and she has a FB

Shaan and khanak are waiting in line for the cinema for the film 3 idiots as khanak loved amir khan and kareena in the film was gujrati. In the line a baby drops her rattle from the pram and starts crying, as the mother was busy in purchasing the tickets shaan picked the rattle up and returned it to the child continued to cry a lot more animated now

Khanak: tsk tsk tsk...shaantanu yeh aapne kya kiya?

Shaan: Kya kiya maine?

Khanak: Aapne iss bache ko rula diya, dekhein woh kaise roh rahi hai aapki shakal dekh ke. Bechari...

Shaan: ha ha acha joke mar le te ho tum

The childs mother notices her baby crying and asks shaan to pick the baby up as her hands were full and she still needed to pay for the tickets, to this shaan flat out refused and looked at khanak in a I'm not carrying no smelly child.

The mother pleads with shaan when khanak says she will and carries the baby, the baby stops crying and starts to play with khanaks earing, the mother goes back to the ticket vendor

Khanak: kitna piyaari hai

Shaan: nahin tho (khanak frowns)

The baby then starts pulling at khanaks earing really hard to which khanak screams out " shaantanu mujhe bachao" he first starts laughing and says " nahin nahin yeh tho bacha ki pyaar hain" but seeing khanak seriously distressed and in pain he pulls the baby away, as he holds the baby she starts bowling her eyes out and just as the mother is about to take her away the baby pees on shaan and starts giggling

Shaan's face turns red in anger "chiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii"- khanak starts laughing to which he gets more angry the mother quickly takes the baby away and apologises

Shaan: haason maat, khanak I'm serious I'm really not in the mood lets go home I have to have a shower

Khanak: main toh nahi hans rahi, lets out a snigger, chaliye, lets out another to what shaan gets more annoyed

At home after shaans had his shower

Khanak: lagta hai baby ko aap ache lage, aapko bahoot acha laga isliye usko susuu aaya and burst out laughing

At first shaan clenches his fist out of anger then he sees her radiant smile and forgets his anger and is lost in her beautiful laugh and the way her eyes sparkle and glisten when she laughs. He hears a noise from outside and snaps out of it

Shaan: I hate babies

Khanak: but I love them, don't you want any? (Par mujhe toh bohat pasand hein, aapko babies nahin chahiye kya?)

Shaan is first disgusted by the idea and then thinks having a tiny khanak running around will be amazing and then he smirks at this as he remembers what action is required in order for a baby to exist

Shaan smirks and says: saach main mujhe chahiye na, mujhe abhi chaihiye aur baache ki liye woh karna bahoot zaroori hain

Khanak: woh kya?

Shaan: wohi Khanak?

Khanak walks to the closet: wohi kya Shaantanu?

Shaan: Wohi Khanak joh ek pati aur patni ke beech hota hai...

Khanak turns around and looks at him confused: Shaadi?

Khanak goes to the closet and gets her night gown out so they can sleep. Shaan follows her.

Shaan: Arre yaar woh joh Shaadi ke baad hota hai, joh...he tries to explain it to her with his hand motions and his expressions of desperation.

Khanak looks confusedly at him: Kya shaantanu? mujhe kuch samajh mein nahi aa raha...aap pyaar ki baat kar rahe hein? woh toh har ek ko hota hai toh usse bachon se kya lena dena. Aap bhi na shaantanu...bilkul bhurtal hain. pata nahi kya kya bolte rehte hain mujhe toh kuch samajh nahi aata.

Shaan looks annoyed, he grabs hold of her shoulders and turn her around: Khanak main hum dono ke pyaar ke baad wali baat ke beech ki baat kar raha hoon. Joh Suhaag raat walle din hota hai.

Khanak is still confused: Aapka matlab kamre ki sajawat? Arre Shaantanu ab ussmein bache kya kareinge?

Shaan wants to bang his head as he turns the other way in annoyance. He gets an idea and turns back to her. he has a naughty smile playing, he moves closer to her, while she moves back. He takes another step closer to her and she moves a step back. she suddenly hits the wall and all this while she didn't break the eye contact with Shaan, who was holding her in his magic. She stares at him and his eyes trying to reciprocate the emotions in his eyes. She finally gets the meaning and gives a shy smile.

Khanak (pretends): Mujhe nahi pata aap kya baat kar rahe hein. Mujhe jaane dijiye.

She tries to run away but Shaan blocks her way. he stares at her with the same passion. he stares at her lips. He brings his hand forward to put away the strand that was caressing the cheeks. he wanted to be the one to kiss those cheeks and not her hair. He touches her cheeks, she feels sensations but not once she breaks the contact. She gulps down the air forming in her throat.

Shaan brings his face closer to her. cups her face, kiss her head. She closes her eyes and feels the sensation. Shaan's lips linger there longer than usual. he pulls back and looks at her, demands her to open the eyes and look into his. when she does that, he continues with his moves. He brings his lips closer to her eyes, "Mujhe" kiss the left eye. Goes to the other one "Tum" kiss the right eye. "Chahiye" Kiss the lips.

Khanak equally responds to the kiss. This kiss was slow, as Shaan kissed her fully on the lips. He eased her out, he stroked her lips to part so he could deepen the kiss. His hands brought her closer by placing them behind her neck and adjusting her angle. He probed more for Khanak to open her lips so he could deepen it more with his tongue exploring her mouth. Khanak gave in to her demands and moaned. Shaan deepened their kiss and they were at it for a while till neither could breath. Shaan broke it apart and rested his head on hers. She was blushing like crazy and looked down. now she fully understood what Shaan was demanding her.

Shaan: lifts her head up by placing his finger gently under her chin and signals towards the bed "toh chale practice karne main"

Khanak: daat and puts her head back down

Shaan scoops her up in his arm and places her on the bed without breaking eye contact and places one hand on her thigh and leans the rest of his body on top of her…………

Khanak is brought back to the present when she hears the mother of the girl in the street shouting at her for walking away,

Khanak: shaantanu mein bhi aapke pass, aapke bahon mein laut jaana chahti hoon par pehle aap aapki galti maan jaaye (sighs) then gets up to prepare dinner
