And you can't blame the old Ramayan for not showing enough "chemistry" between Ram and Sita, b/c they did not have enough money to stretch the serial more than 78 episodes. Do you know how much money goes into every single episode? It's a reeeaaallly tough job to make a mythological, b/c the costumes, clothing, and the set are not cheap, and the equipment and resources are not either. It's a really great thing that this new Ramayan can afford to do all this, b/c I know how much hard work goes into taking a mythological vs. a soap opera, but the old Ramayan was taken in 1987 or 1988! Come on guys, it's really really unfair to say that everything about this Ramayan is better b/c the older one didn't have as much "chemistry" or as good "sets", costumes, etcetera!😡 I appreciate the hard work the older Ramayan (with the extremely limited resources it had) put in, b/c unlike this Ramayan, the songs in the older one were original and thought of completely by them! 90% of the tunes in this Ramayan were copied from the older one, and lots of the lines were taken directly from them!

Basically, what I'm saying is that this Ramayan is over 200 episodes, so can show the love between Ram and Sita more, but the other one had only 78 episodes, so they concentrated on the main parts of the Ramayan. What could they do? Is it their fault?

Maybe if people stop criticizing the older Ramayan, this Ramayan will also get less criticism. After all, it's tit for tat.

If the Sagars had made a Mahabharat, I think Debina as Draupadi would have been awesome, because the agressiveness, anger, and strength she shows fits Draupadi's role more than Sita's (which was supposed to be more soft natured).

Think about it guys: Debina as Draupadi and Gurmeet as Arjuna. Wouldn't that be awesome???😛

As for Arjun, I think Shatrughan's actor would be better suited for that role, with Gurmeet playing Krishna and Ankit, with his fury, playing Bhima. Vibhishan's actor could be Yudhisthir, Bharat's actor could be Karna, and Zulfein playing Duryodhan.

Durga this is a poll. we r asked who is our fav n why. let everybody express their opinion as u did. Its natural that all membr wont vote Deepika or debina. someone will like deepika someone debina. everyone has their reasons for that. let everyone express their opinion.

Just a simple observation:

Stating that one prefers Debina to Dipika is not necessarily a criticism of Dipika, even though there may be reasons given.

Similarly, stating that one prefers Dipika to Debina isn't necessarily slamming the latter actress, much less undermining this show.

I know that most people here are groupies of either Sita or both, but nonetheless, no need to take the preference over your preference so personally.

In other words, no need to get so upset.
