I have no idea about the other Mytho forums Mina, after watching Balika Vadhu for some time, then stopped watching any serials, but with an occasional obligatory commitment, there I've written a few OS and expressed appreciation for a few serials. 😊 After a long time started watching this RK serial. Whenever I'll get time, want to see the Mahabharath Forum, since long I want to read about Draupadi there , how people felt like watching her dragged so wildly in a cruel way up to the royal court so violently.

Definitely will try to share with all my friends whatever less I knew about Radha Krishna in this thread.🤗 Love you for your kind help Mina.❤️

A mother is a walking miracle, a talking epic, a swaying sky and a tiny smile on every kid’s face!!smiley42

If evolution really works, how come mothers only have two hands?!! All mothers are working mothers. Most mothers are instinctive philosophers. I always wonder who is getting more pleasure from this rocking, the baby or the mother?smiley27

Of all the types of love, a mother's love is the strongest. ... a mother's love is unconditional and eternal. When we say that nature is wise, one of the things that we refer to is the bond between mothers and their children. A mother's instinct to protect her offspring begins from the moment she knows she is pregnant.smiley32

Happy Mother's Day to all the Radha Krishna Forum members.🤗

Let's take a trip down the memory lane and try to understand how even our gods gave supreme respect and love to their mothers.

The divine relationship between Yashoda and Shri Krishna is a vibrant example of how even a foster mother is revered more than God's birth mother Devki. Although Yashoda was Krishna's foster mom, their relationship is much cherished. It was Devki who bore the lord, but Yashoda will always be remembered as Shri Krishna's loving mother!

In the initial stage of his life, Krishna interacted with two important women in entirely two different ways. For his maa Yashoda he was a tender innocent mischevious kid, and for his friend and lover Radha, he was a lover boy who loves to be associated with her all the time —two women who entered Krishna’s life in different ways but fell in love with him and became his devotees. – his mother Yashodha, and Radha.

And what to say about Putana , the assassin who came to kill him ultimately succumbed to the motherly instinct instantaneously the moment she took the divine kid into her hands to feed him poison, fed him her love , her past life's wish as King Bali's daughter, who wanted to feed Vaman with her motherly love , but in the next moment itself , felt like killing Him with revenge because he deceived her father!

Mata Parvati's relationship with the kids is something which can be looked upon, she is Jaganmata to the entire Universe! It is believed that Goddess Parvati created Ganesha on her own, therefore she has loved her child immensely, so much so that when Shiva in his temper severed his head, it was Maa Parvati who got angry and asked the lord to bring back her son to life, no matter what. At that moment the entire celestial world saw her anger and sorrow with fear and fright! It was a mother's victory over God and fate!! Such is the power of a mother's love!😊❤️

A story related to Radha and Krishna's marriage :)

One day Nanda took Krishna and went to Bhandiravana, one of the twelve forests of Vrindavana, where the cows were allowed to graze and drink water from a pond there. Embracing his son Nanda sat beneath a tree. At that time heavy rain started to fall and the wind became very strong. The entire area became dark and the clouds thundered loudly. In that downpour Nanda wondered how can he reach home safely!! And Krishna began to cry, sticking tightly to his baba.

Exactly at that moment Radha came there to see Krishna. She was exceptionally beautiful and was dressed and decorated to perfection. Nanda was surprised to see how Radha illuminated all directions. Nanda bowed before Radha and said, I have heard about you from the great sage, Garga Muni. I know that you are the incarnation of the original goddess of fortune. My dear lady, accept my son as your lover thus fulfilling his desire. After enjoying with him, kindly return him to me.

Radha sweetly smiled and said to Nanda, You have met me as a result of pious acts performed throughtout innumerable lifetimes. You know the truth of Krishna and Me but kindly do not disclose this to anyone. This is a most confidential understanding. Before returning to Vraja you can ask of me any benediction - whatever your heart desires. Nand Maharaj said, Let me just remain devoted to the feet of You both. My only wish is that I meet you again in Goloka. Radha gave assurance to Nanda that he will meet her in Goloka after relinquishing his present body. Thereafter, Radha, who was grown up, took the child Krishna on her lap and departed. On her way, Radhe saw a beautiful rasa-mandala filled with all kinds of objects of enjoyment and decorated very beautifully. Sleeping within was a youth having a dark complexion appearing more attractive than millions of gods of love. The Kaustubha jewel decorated his chest. As Radhe gazed at this youth she suddenly realized that the child she was carrying was missing. She then understood that both were the same. Then as Radha continued gazing upon this youth, He returned her glance. At this, She became immersed in the longing to be embraced by Him.

Krishna then said, my dear Radhe, can you remember what happened earlier in Goloka? Whatever I promised at that time, I will now fulfill. My Dear Radhe, you are dearer to me than life itself. Indeed, there is no real difference between Us. As a potter could not make a vessel without Clay, I could not create the manifested material and spiritual creations and pastimes without You. Come here and embrace me. When I am alone people call me Krishna, but when i am with You, they call me Shri Krishna because you are my Shri. The forms of all the women of the earth are modeled after You. After saying this, Krishna reclined on the bed of flowers. Radhe then said, I remember all that had transpired in Goloka. Whatever I am, it is simply due to the grace of Your Lotus Feet. Now, pls place your Lotus feet upon me. My heart is burning due to separation from You. Whenever I gaze at your Lotus Feet I do not feel like seeing any other part of your body.

Hearing this Kanha said, rest assured that the time for fulfilling your desire has come. At that moment, Brahma appeared with his four head holding a strand of beads and a kamandalu. He offered his obeisances to Krishna and then to Radha. Brahma ji then said, I had long ago performed austerities at Puskara. When Krishna appeared before me asking me to accept a benediction, I requested that I might have the darsana of Your Lotus feet. Thus it is only by the grace of Lord Krishna that I have come here to see Your Lotus feet today. Saying this, Brahma bowed down at Shri Radha's lotus feet. Radha then requested Brahma to accept a benediction from her and so he requested that She bestow upon him unalloyed devotion for Her Lotus feet.

Brahma then ignited a sacrificial fire between the two. He then performed the marriage of Radha and Krishna, he himself performing the duty of the father, giving away the bride. Radha and Krishna circled the sacrificial fire 7 times, after which Radha placed a garland of parijata flowers wround Krishna's neck. In return Kanha placed a beautiful garland around Her neck. At the conclusion of the marriage ceremony, the demigods showered flowers upon the couple while the Gandharvas sang. Krishna then dismissed Brahma and spend amorous pastimes within that rasa-mandala. At the end of their love play, when Radha was about to decorate the body of Krishna, He suddenly shed his youth and became a small child again. Being disturbed in mind, Radhe searched here and there for the youth Krishna. Finally she cried out to Krishna, O Lord of the illusory energy, why are you joking with your unalloyed devotee like this?? After saying this she began to cry. A voice from the sky then said, Radhe, why are you crying? Know for certain that You will daily enjoy pastimes with Me in this rasa-mandala. For now, pls take me to maiya Yadhoda. Hearing this, Radhe became calm and took Krishna back home. Thereafter although Radha appeared busy with her household dutied during the day, every night She went to the rasa-mandala and enjoyed pastimes with her Krishna.
