Radha Krishn- EDT & The Epic based Doubts/ Discussions - Page 9

Since we are heading towards the bhavya proposal i want to share the small story about why and how kanha married radha with universe and yamuna being the witness :)

So one day kanha was sitting on his maiya's lap. He was just 9 years old. He had been told that if he marries someone beautiful then he will become more fairer. He was thinking about this and so he told his maiya, "Maiya i want to get married like baba married you". Yashoda was taken aback for a min and then she laughed. She said, "Kanha you are too young to get married so wait for now." He said NO, i want to get married now. Yashoda tried to laugh it off or make him understand but our kanha was adament. She said, ok go and ask who wants to marry you first. then we will see!!

Kanha jumped from her lap and ran to yamuna as he knew the gopis woudl have come there and especially Radha. Radha was the most beautiful amongst all the gopis so he thought to himself I will ask her to marry me :)

He waited till the gopis left and he caught Radha's hand asking her to wait. Radha was 13 years old. And Radha already knew Kanha's leelas. They had met just twice before this, but she had known who is he the min she saw him. She stopped and looked at him and started smiling. Kanha said, "Radhe, i want to get married today." She smiled and said, "that is good indeed, who is the lucky girl?" She still had that smile on her face. Kanha looked at her and said as if you dont know. Ok, "I want to get married to you Radhe today so that i also will become more fairer" Radha laughed out and said then "Lord i know very well why you want to get married but really it is not necessary" "I am very happy spending few moments with you". But that day the lord was adamant and he just did not listen. He feigned annoyance :). Radha finally gave up and said OK, "as you wish .. I am ready". Lord Krishna then called upon the moon, the universe, and mother Yamuna and married his Radhe and gave her that immense pleasure of the sense of calling Krishna as hers for that moment :)

After that he rushed back to his home and sat on his maiya's lap again and said to Yashoda - "maiya i married Radha today". Yashoda again burst out in laughter and the lord also laughed but his was of pure joy!!

When I saw Krishna today –

His smile was one of happiness growing, much like a spring flower opens. I could see how it came from deep inside to light his eyes and spread into every part of him. When He smiles, it is more than a mere facial expression!! I heard it in his voice, in the choice of his words and the way he relaxed, the way he looked at her. How can I say it simply beautiful? ItwasDivine, just like a celestial shower over a full bloomed Spring garden, like a star-studded sky’s reflection on the gently flowing River Yamuna! In one word, his smile was like that floral path where Radha and Krishna walked back and forth while sharing their inner feelings with slipping emotions, inexplicable, but visible to both to move further into their just beginning romantic journey!

And then he gave her a smile that just seems so genuinely sweet with just the right touch of shyness that unexpected warmth rushes through Him!! ----

The smooth flow of love ... just like --

On that special evening, the rising moon reached its fullness with a resplendent glow while it’s rays lit up that floral orchard as night-blooming lotus flowers began to unfold. Nature was decorated itself profusely with delicate star-like jasmine flowers, resembling the flowing dark hair of goddesses adorned with flower blossoms! So rapturous was this setting that the Supreme Lord himself, as Krishna, the eternally alluring lover boy of that Barsana Rani, was compelled to play captivating music on his flute. Moved by this beauteous scene, Krishna was inspired towards love wanted to disclose his inner feelings! Though wanted to express it to her, hesitant to do so because of her hurry to move forward on that separate path, she was at present unable to understand where that path will lead her! But the God knows, stunned and stranded there for a while!!

Today it was a very good episode, many answers there for our questions which we are asking since long!

Krishna expressed his love to his Radha in many ways , through the divine dance, and then alluring her to a far off place where their niche waiting for them since long! The swing and the floral path were the perfect settings for the romantic overtures, the exchange of love glances, the subtle way of expressing the eagerness to stay there away from all others for long, everything defined their eternal bonding in a beautiful way.

Kans and his unnecessary shouts were the only deterrents in today's otherwise a splendid episode. Devaki and her smile reminded me of the Bahubali fame Anushka's smile and words ' My son will come' .

The separate paths are indicating something else other than the happy events.

In most of the Mytho forums, we always had, "Doubts & Discussions", thread, where all the queries, stories, info, was shared by members. Those threads were treasures. It was missing in RK forum. Now with renewed enthusiasm, hope this thread turns in to a treasure too. 😊
