they didn't develop his character enough for a fair comparison Soup.
Neither is he a good son to his Father, or a great Nephew to his adoring Phupho.
Only a Son who misses his Ammi a lot.

@bold. See this is what I object to. Why is this said? Because "Jannat" is someone else's wife. But that's *NOT* the biggest wrong or issue here. If she were single, it would all be okay? (Though, yeah that's the thought that had and has been expressed many a times). Yet by focusing on just that aspect his actions are again and again not looked at for what they are.

He should find love later, preferably with a woman who is not lied to by him and with him because she's she's been deceived into thinking she's his wife.

He keeps getting passes no one else has ever gotten, and he's doing something worse than any of them have done (aside from outright villains I mean).

As per me love is definitely not related to how long or how much we know about a person we love but how far we can go for your loved ones' happiness..

And coming to your topic, first love is mostly impulsive and in some cases it can become true love also. We can love anybody that is upto us but issues arise when we expect the same from the other side too..

Rehaan fell in love with Sanam her true self though Sanam being unaware of the same.He fell in love with her innocent and pure self. But real test for his love was when Sanam got married to Aahil.Though a bit selfish in the beginning which is acceptable in any love, he let her go to Aahil when he realised that her happiness was with Aahil..So Rehaan's love was selfless..

Coming to Shaad, he too fell in love with the innocent and pure self of Sanam but definitely without knowing her trueself. As I said earlier, we can fall in love with anyone and under any circumstances. But we dont yet know Sanam is his first love or not...where as it was for Rehaan.

And as for comparison we have to wait to know how far can Shaad go for Sanam's happiness ...

Rehaan's love was selfless but we have to wait to see how Shaad reacts when Sanam is back to herself..whether his love will turn selfish or selfless..though now it seems selfish as he wants to keep her for herself by giving Sanam a fake identity and stopping hunt for her real identity. But I guess begore concluding we can wait for some more time...because cvs had tried to show Rehaan selfish in between by making him want Sanam to come back to him..but things changed..

Since the post was mainly about Rehaan and Shaad's love for Sanam , I have tried not to drag other characters to the discussion

Thanx, Sarita.

Yes CVs had shown Rehaan jealous and...he felt Sanam was grabbed away from him...But the fact is, Sanam always belonged with only one person.

As time goes on, we all evolve.😳

Let us see how Shaad...and may be even Ahil evolves through this horrible experience!😭

Mic,

😳 U know how I feel about Pak dramas...so no problem.😊

KK,

The biggest issue for me is that SHE IS SOMEONE ELSE'S WIFE And he knows that...if not wife...someone's very dear sweetheart.

If she aws a random single girl with no romantic ties in her past, it wouldn't matter much. Because HE IS COMPLICATING HER LIFE...

HER LIFE!

^^ He has no right to do what he's doing to a single girl's life either. Married or single, it is the same to me.
A married woman's life is still HER life, so is a single woman's life, her LIFE. If you are saying a single woman can have the option to forgive him and accept him--then so does a married woman, can say I found better fate has led me to this...etc etc.

Example. Some years back, I It is quite old. There was a story of some lost men or prisoners (not due to a crime but unfortunate and mistakenly crossing of border I think) released. One of those men's wives had married again because he was presumed dead.

Newspapers carried pictures of her greeting him with a tearful and emotional embrace. When the question of her marriage came up, I believe she from the start said she would remain in her current marriage.

She reacted to her circumstances, he was presumed dead, maybe declared dead, don't know. Is she obliged to go back to the first husband?

(By the way, this was in India.)

Same way, there is nothing to say a married woman cannot react to her circumstances with Shaad in the same way you would excuse a single woman to react. If circumstances make it okay for a single woman to accept her circumstances and allow him to be her husband, so can the married woman do the same thing...accept and choose this life which circumstances have conspired to live a married life with another man.

Of course the difference here is, that in the real life situation, where neither the woman's second husband was lying, deceiving and committing fraud--and the woman woman married the second time of her own choice.

Shaad's actions are not hinged on the female being married. In fact, I find it quite sexist, to be honest. A violation of a woman is still a violation of a woman. A woman being single does not make it any less worse or any less a violation. A woman is also still an individual and has the right to make decisions and choices regarding the marriage and her married life. What Shaad is doing is wrong no matter what--and married status is only another factor which goes into it, but not the main factor. A married woman may have a husband who is also suffering, but a single girl (unless she has no family) has a family who suffers. A single girl also has family that will be affected and be outraged and would not approve afterwards if she chooses to stay with a man who did this to her.

Her non-single status factors in because that is another aspect Shaad knew, but chose to ignore and not bother with. But it is not the main factor.

The way he's behaving, what he's doing--every complaint I and others have made still stands regarding him, married or single woman.

I saw some random episodes of this one on Zee's Zindagi, which airs mostly Pak serials few months back. From the production value,it seems new, may be couple of yeras old. it got too melancholic for my taste & i quit .
QH just insults it's audience in all possible ways period.😃
IDNK when they'll realise QH viewers have different expectations than Sasuaral or Saathiya viewers. No point in trying to make this show something it can never be.

@KK and Soup:
True love requires honesty and sacrifice. Two things that Shaad has NOT demonstrated to date. He has fallen in love with his own "creation" as Simran said. Jinnat is not a REAL person, even he knows that. Jannat is the name HE gave her. He knows very well she probably has another name and another life. Even a MAN! A family. But now he cares NOTHING for any of that, in his selfish need to fulfill his delusion and keep this girl trapped with him!

So no matter who tries to romantisize or whitewash what he is doing, this is a criminal act. Stealing someone's rights and identity from them for one's OWN selfish purposes. Shaad deserves to be punished and badly. Everything this girl is currently facing is thanks to HIM and his selfishness!

Like Sarita said, true love is measured from what you are willing to do for the "Happiness" of the other person! Not YOURSELF! Here he is only thinking about his happiness, and not her well-being! If he thinks keeping her "trapped" with lies is for HER benefit then he is even more deluded than I first thought! I just want her to know the truth, as watching her become more and more exploited daily, is very tough to watch. So is watching him be so familiar with her and freely touching her, knowing he has NO right to do so, coz he is lying to her! He really has NO shame this guy!

I hope the makers show some "Responsibility" and start dealing with this issue for what it really IS, and stop trying to turn it into some "Melodrama". I agree with KK, her marital status is NOT the issue. Her being married in her true life only makes things MORE complicated. But if she were single, still being lied to and kept in someone's house as their wife is no LESS of violation. It still is, and very offensive too!

Rehaan vs Shad- as usual I arrive late... when everything I wanted to say has already been said, in better words off course.

I wouldn't compare the 2 coz Rehan fell for a real girl and Shad has fallen for a non-existing entity..
the fact that Shaad's non existing entity is actually a different person in flesh and blood and feelings only complicates it.
Rehaan was a lot more grounded, realistic person. Infact more that Aahil, Seher and perhaps his only competition to realism was with Sanam... they were both very grounded.
I had my issues with regards to his dishonesty towards Aahil- where he did not warn him against his ammi's manilpulations. But Aahil still had a proper functioning brain, eyes and heart to make decisions, etc. So we can assume Rehan turned a little selfish and decided to let Aahil fend for himself against Ammi's chaals..
Huh.. I can't believe how I deviate from topic.. disgusting.🤢.
So , would Rehaan have taken chances if before meeting Seher, Sahil had divorced?..Absolutely.
But he would do that for a real person..
In terms of unrequited love also these 2 guys cannot be compared. Shaad's creation is actually reciprocating his love... He touches her, hugs her, ... in fact if he were to make love to her, she would...
But then that woman even with the soul of Sanam will be still not Sanam...
Unlike most, my issue with Shad is less about romancing another man's wife, but romancing someone not in senses.
It is almost like a gali ka goonda taking advantage of a knocked out girl...
With Rehan, I never said "How dare you...?"
With Shad it will always be " How dare you touch a woman out of her senses...? " Sanam has shown no confusion regarding marriage authenticity. Which means he sleeps there on that same bed and has been doing for quite some time... His actions are becoming creepier by the day.
Do we recall how Haya used to cringe at slightest touch from Faiz? If Sanam were in her sense she would do the same.
I might have connected to this guy if he had come clean.. and Jannat after trying hard to recall, could not and decided to move on with this guy... free will is the underlying requirement.
So right now, Rehan cannot be compared to Shaad... by even long shot... Rehan was white, then a light shade of grey and then again white.
Shad can be either a criminal or an unhinged bloke.. either ways not good enough for Sanam. even as a rejected Aashique. I don't want to spoil her queue- Juhi😆

@Minie2308:
Yes, it is not Shaad romancing another man's wife which offends me more! What offends me is that he is romancing a women who like you said is "Out of senses". I also said some weeks back that if "gentlemen" where like this, then what are "Gali ka gunda's" like? Because this is the same thing. He is "Chance Maring" with a girl who is DELUDED!

What he is doing is disgusting and cheap! But funny enough, there is more issue with Vamp Sanam 2 trying to seduce Aahil, who is technically her husband, than this man keeping a perfect stranger "trapped" with him and sleeping on the same bed with her! THAT is not "low standard" but Sanam2 is? LOL

It doesn't matter how much of a low act this man is doing, as long as he looks good, then "shipping" his cheap actions of conning a deluded women into sharing his room and bed should be celebrated, and more wishes made for further violation of this hapless individual! Someone tried to tell me the other day that QH2 and QH3 "connection" is third class! (Even though this was always an extension of the previous story minus Tanveer, which the makers made VERY clear at the start of this, But it appears this obvious fact is "outside the comprehension" of some!). I agreed with this person that QH3 IS 3rd class, because of Shaad-Jannat. LOL

Mandy- Shad is worse than the worst villain here... He is actively trying and succeeding to seduce a knocked out woman who does not know the right from wrong. Now who in the world does not know the right from wrong?- a child. Jannat is this trusting , emotional child who does not know the pied piper will throw her down the hill.

Atleast Sanam 2 is not a pedophile. Coz each of her victims have independent thought process- they get to decide even if manipulated by her.
Infact Shad is doing to Jannat what Tanveer did to little Aahil...
I don't think he understands love-this Shad.
