Aahil began pacing in his cabin as he took occassional glances at his watch. Every second seemed like ages. But he was glad, for it was buying him time to gather his nervous thoughts and keep a rein on his strong emotions before she got here. Aahil knew he had to do this, as bad as it sounded, this was necessary. His intentions were noble, no less, he just had to take this riskier path. Though he had to admit, it was a path he would enjoy. For it would bring her before him without anyone else present to disturb them. Only Aahil knew how much his eyes sought her, every minute, everywhere! He needed her. He just did! When Aahil had asked Rehan to bring Sanam to his office, he knew there was no backing away. It was time for action. Aahil did however, notice the disappointment in Rehan's voice when he mentioned why he wanted Sanam in his office. But little did Rehan know that Aahil had other plans. Nor did he want anyone to know! Not even Sanam herself! Aahil jumped slightly and suddenly felt his throat go dry as he heard a knock on his door.

His looked up and his eyes finally met those that had bewitched him and commanded his day and night! Those eyes that thoroughly enchanted him! Those eyes that once held so much love for him! But right now, he could only see a mix of disappoitment and confusion. Once Sanam walked into the cabin, Rehan looked at Aahil and Sanam quietly before shaking his head and heading back towards the door. Aahil was so captivated by Sanam's presence that he hardly noticed Rehan leaving. The door shut with a thud yet the two people inside didnt even bat an eyelid.

The room was simmering with awkward silence and maybe something more. Awareness crept throughout Aahil's body. This was the same room where, many nights ago, Aahil had locked out Sanam in the balcony, only to have her soaking wet in rain. She had fainted in his arms leaving him with no choice but to hold her warm, slightly feverish body all night. But it was not a terrible feeling at all! She had slept with her head on his shoulder making him feel the strangest emotion that he could not acknowledge then. It was as if a simple touch from her sent electric jolts throughout his body and affected him, not only physically but emotionally as well. The man who had shared various levels of intimacy with so many different women was so affected by the slightest touch from this fiery beauty who despised him. Maybe it was the anger that radiated from her eyes or the determination in her stance that had attracted him so much! Not to mention her strength and natural beauty. At that time he tried to hate her. But soon he realized it was impossible. They were bonded by a strange force where neither could fight their feelings nor prevent themselves from falling in love!

But here they were today, standing in the same place. Everything had changed! The anger in her eyes was now replaced by despair which broke his heart. Instead of hating her, he was devastatingly in love with her. He wanted to make her happy! He had no idea how to make things better. He felt totally lost. So Aahil did what he knew he was best at doing.

"Get me some coffee," he ordered as she looked him in the eye momentarily before walking off. He let out a breath he had no idea he was even holding. This was getting harder every minute.

Sanam took a deep breath as soon as she heard the door close behind her. When Rehan had run up to her in a hurried manner, for one moment she had feared the worst. Her heart was hammering in her chest. But once she saw that instead of fear, there was hesitation in his eyes, she guessed what he wanted to say.

"Sanam woh Aahil bhai..."Rehan had trailed off with slight apprehension in his eyes.

"What is it Rehan?!! Aahil kya?" Sanam had to admit, up until this point she was scared.

Rehan then looked at Seher briefly before looking back at her. "Aahil bhai ne tumhe office bulaya hai."

Sanam easily sensed his discomfort. So now Jallad Jin was using his poor brother to pass messages, she thought. She bit back a smile as Rehan casted his hands arounds searching for the right words to use. Deciding to end his discomfort she had said,

"Woh raat tak kaam karenge aur unhe coffee chahiye. Well I am honored that Nawab Aahil Raza Ibrahim chose me over Latif. I am guessing he rather spent the night in his office in my presence, rather than Latif's. Poor Latif will be so disappointed!"

Sanam amused as Seher burst into a fit of laughter. Rehan looked from one twin to another as if they had three heads each.

"Its ok Rehan. Apne bhai se kehdo. I will be there. After all he does seem to suspect that I will run away." She huffed as some of her anger returned upon repeating his words from her mouth.

Sanam knew Aahil had said that because he was hurt but still those words had angered her a lot. She was letting many things pass, just because he was unaware of it all. She knew he would feel terrible and repent if he knew the teuth. While she didn't want him to suffer, she definitely wanted him to make it up to her. And there were many different unique ways to do that. Sanam smirked inwardly at her own devilish thoughts. She suddenly broke out of her reverie to see her sister's eyes twinkle naughtily.

"So you will be spending the entire night there right?" Sanam narrowed her eyes and shook her head at her twin.

"I am sure he will make me sit on that uncomfortable sofa all night and serve him coffee every few minutes! So dont get too excited. Ab woh hosh main jo hai."

Seher chuckled as Rehan gave Sanam a look of utter confusion.

"Um I still dont get it."

"You dont Rehan. Apne itne bhole hai?" Seher teased and Sanam caught Rehan blushing.

Interesting. Very interesting! Sanam thought.

"Anyway if you two are done joking, can we proceed? Sanam let me drop you. Aahil bhai has instructed me to drop you myself."

"Well I guess we cant refuse "His Grace", now can we?" Sanam mocked in good humor and Seher rolled her eyes. Rehan just chuckled and went to start the car.

"Dont be too naughty Sanam." Seher whispered in her ear as she looked left and right and then sneaked into the house. Sanam felt her cheeks burn. This girl said the most atrocious things! She could not believe that was her twin! How were they suppose to get naughty in his office? Sanam felt her heart leap. She admonished herself as a sudden thought crossed her mind. Ya Allah what was wrong with her! They were definitely twins! Sanam shook her head. She could not let Aahil get the upper hand. That way he would not only scatter her thoughts and make her emotional but also manage to get the so called answers she knew he was seeking since the night before. Knowing Aahil, he would have something up his sleeve. From what she witnessed last night and knew from prior experience, Aahil Raza Ibrahim had very interesting ways of getting what he wants. Including the truth! As much as she was dying to let him know everything, revealing her twin could be fatal to their plans. There was no way she could let that witch defeat them! Absolutely not!

Sanam snapped back to present and hurried to get coffee. She knew that the anger her Jallad Jin showed was no longer the same that he used to show before. The first time around they were truly adversaries but this time, they were two lovers trying to fight for their love. But still she rather not face his royal ghussa, for this time she was afraid she would start laughing. He looked absolutely adorable trying to put up an act of anger! It was too cute! Sanam chuckled. Who would have thought she would be so devastatingly in love with her Jallad Jin!

As Aahil finished his pending work, he saw Sanam take a seat on the couch by his desk, where she had once sat so long ago. Aahil could never forget that night. The first time he held her so close to him. The way she had slept peacefully in his arms, drawing him into his most peaceful sleep. He never thought simply holding a woman in his arms while sitting on the awkward couch of his cabin would give him such a blissful night of sleep. He didnt know how he fell asleep but the comfort of having her in his arms was unexplainable.

Aahil had felt as if he had never held a woman before. He was almost scared. Scared that he would hurt her. Or that she would wake up. Softly and gently he had lowered her onto the sofa. Thoroughly consumed with guilt, he took off his coat to cover his small frame, mentally cursing himself for being so careless and cold. She was his responsibility but not once did she feel like a burden. In the dim candle light of his dark cabin, was a woman shivering from cold. He had been in many situations with many women but this was the one time he was left confused. It was at that moment he realized that this woman carried herself with so much dignity, that he was afraid to make a mistake and drop even lower in her eyes. But once he held her, all the fear and confusion was gone. It was as if she belonged there!

But at that time, he did not like the feeling. It was too confusing and dangerous for him! Perhaps thats why he had gone back to being his rude self in the moring. Masking his emotions, he started to blame her and cruelly told her off. She had responded in a equally harsh manmer, pointing out his lack of emotions, calling him heartless and a total Jallad. For the first time words had stung him so bad, as much as he didn't want to admit it at that time. His pride had roared in pain. But it wasn't just that. It was more. Her words had resurfaced feelings of being unwanted and seen as worthless. While no one had understood him, her lack of understanding had the greatest impact. A sharp pain had entered his chest at that point. He had overreacted but at the moment that was all he could do to hold his emotions together. Her words had hurt, real bad. As well as her flinging the coat at his feet, claiming that she had not asked for it. For once he had reached out like a gentleman and had been rejected. But it definitely made him notice Miss. Dhabewaali even more than before! He wanted to make her understand!

Sanam was always tough. He had to admit he was wrong at that time and she didn't hesitate to point that out. Thats what made him admire her the most! The admiration and attraction had then slowly turned into love. Aahil Raza Ibrahim had fallen in love! But it transformed into one crazy roller coaster ride! Leading them to where they were now. Aahil peeked out from his file to see Sanam. The wind blew slightly from the windows making her hair brush against her face, disturbing his view. He had a strong urge to go and move her thick and luscious locks to view her enchanting face. Just as he had that night. When she was unconscious with her head on his shoulder, the urge to brush away the hair that had covered her face made him nearly fist his hands. It was the most alien feeling ever. Yet he was hesitant but finally decided to do it. He had softly brushed away her hair and then settled with her comfortably in his arms.

In her unconscious state, she had kept on moving closer. The farther he would push her away, the more she would come back to him, closer than ever. It was irony at its best! After that, whenever he had tried to push her away, she ended up closer until he could deny it no longer. She had finally understood him, or so he thought? She made those terrible feelings and nightmares go away. Within a small amount of time, Sanam had given him so much happiness and shared so much of his pain. She had made him feel loved and cared for! She made him feel special! Only to make it vanish in that one single moment. The moment he discovered her betrayal. Aahil tried to remind himself why he was doing this. Tonight, he would end this pain. He would find out the truth behind her betrayal.

Suddenly Aahil got up, knowing he could stall this no longer. He grabbed a couple of files from his desk. "I have a meeting outside," he spoke as Sanam turned to face him. She looked at him quizzically.

"At this time?"

"Yes! Why? Have you set a rule that meetings must be held at a certain time?" Sanam rolled her eyes at that and Aahil had to admit she looked adorable doing so.

"Then lets go? Your coming with me." He saw her give a look of utter confusion. Did she not trust him?

"Agar aap chahte hai toh phir main chalungi," she finally said and relief washed over him.

"Tumne pehli bhi saath chalna ka waada todh chuki ho. Tumne kaha tha ke mujhe chorke kabhi nahi jaogi. Kher woh sab zaroori nahi. Main neche ghadi start kar raha hoon, tum woh green file lekar aao. My hands are full so--

"Mulazim hoon main, aapko safai dene ki zaroorat nahi." She responded with a hint of sarcasm that gave Aahil some hope that she was still his Sanam.

"Ok then lets go." He turned around and smiled wickedly while a confused Sanam grabbed the file and followed him.

Aahil looked at Sanam as he drove to their intended destination. She did not speak a word but silently kept staring out the window. Did his words hurt her? He had not meant to sound so harsh but somehow could not stop himself. He wanted her to know how much she hurt him! Aahil contemplated apologizing but knew that once he would apologize, she would start asking about the meeting. The truth was obviously that there was no meeting. What would he tell her? He stole a glance at Sanam hoping she would not look his way. If she did, she would know he was up to something. She always knows! Somehow! He could not afford to let that happen! Aahil swallowed hard. He could not believe that he was nervous! He was ARI! But this time the girl with him was not just any girl! She was his Begum Jaan... Sanam Aahil Raza Ibrahim!

As Sanam stared out the window, she suddenly realized that they were going in a quite unfaimilar direction. It was almost as if they were drifting away from the crowd in the city of Bhopal. She straightened up and took a closer look. Sanam had not been to too many places in Bhopal but she knew enough to be able go tell that most of the five star hotels and posh places were not in the same direction they were moving in.

"Yeh meeting kaunse hotel mein hain?" She finally asked unable to contain her curiosity.

"You will see once we get there."

His nonchalence was disconcerting. Was he up to something? Up until they were in the office, everything seemed fine but suddenly Sanam was a bit suspicous. She glanced at Aahil who had his eyes firmly on the road, as if he was in deep concentration. As far as she knew him, he was not such disciplined driver who would not dare look away from the road. She knew all about his rash driving habits when she had first stayed at Ibrahim Mansions. Latif had given her almost every vital information she needed about his "Laad Saab" along with extended commentary on his good habits, caring nature and deliciously looks. Sanam had rolled her eyes at that. Yes she found him hot, but his so called "heart of gold" made humph in disbelief. It wasn't until much later that she saw what a wonderful person he was. She had chastised herself for her ill thoughts of him. He was truly a genuine person. Latif had managed to see through his tough facade while most had failed. Of course Latif used to have a crush on Aahil, the key word was "use to" and no longer did. Her level of curiosity had reached even higher with his lack of a proper reply. Sanam cleared her thoat. She knew she had Aahil's attention because she saw him swallow hard.

"At least yeh toh bataiye ke hum ja kaha ja rahe hai? All I see are trees and a long winding path. Jitna main janti hoon, saare restuarant aur hotels toh hum peeche chor aaye. They are in the opposite direction! Aahil whats going on." She saw his jaw tighten. So he wanted her to stay silent and not question? But she had every right to. This was frustrating! Where were they going?

"The meeting needs to be held in a special place. It was a request. Its best we just follow through with it. Anything else Sanam?" She could tell he clearly wanted the end the conversation there. Fine! I wont ask, she thought. So she just rolled her eyes and crossed her arms across her chest. She leaned back and looked back out of the window. She had to admit, the sight was getting more and more breathtaking. Gone were the buildings, lights and stores. The sky was dark but clear, aside from the stars and Sanam could make with rows of heavy trees on the sides of the road. The night looked calm and enchanting, almost like a dream. Of course if the man next to her wasn't in such a foul mood, it would have been perfect! Sanam smiled as she felt the fresh air seep through the crack of the open window. She inhaled it in softly. If felt just right. As they kept on going Sanam gasped softly making Aahil look in her direction.

"The moon is out. You can see it clearly and those stars twinkling. How beautiful! I used to sit outside for hours with Haya staring into the dark night sky. Its always gorgeous! Wow Aahil, these clients are lucky! Regardless of where it is they have called the meeting, its a beautiful night and the ambience outside is perfect. They will defintely enjoy it." Sanam smiled as he nodded slowly.

"I hope so. Hopefully the night turns out exactly as planned." Sanam nodded trying to assure herself that he was only talking about some boring business meeting, where files and projects will be discussed, quotations will be given and some refreshments will be served. Nothing more. Maybe thats what he was nervous about? Shayad yeh clients thode difficult types ke hain? Sanam convinced herself. Yes, that sounded right. No wonder he asked her to come along!

The rest of the drive went by in silence. But sitting with Aahil in a car surrounded by such peace, made her want to cherish the moment. Having him so close and alone to herself gave butterflies in her stomach. She didn't want the drive to end. Although it wasnt exactly how she had imagined a long drive, any moment with her Jallad Jin was perfect!

As the car halted to a stop, Aahil silently prayed that things would work out just fine. But he knew it was time to be bombarded with questions. Hence, he maintained a cool composure.

"I thought you said you had a meeting? But this place looks deserted? There is no one here!'" Sanam exclaimed. He said nothing but simply stepped out of the car.

As he walked to her side and opened the door, she gathered the ends of her dupatta and stepped out of the car. For a moment she closed her eyes and reveled in the cool air. Aahil watched her with fascination. She looked like a fairy from heaven. He was brought back to earth when she opened her eyes. He took her hand and led her up the steps of the isolated cottage before she could protest.

Aahil had bought this property a year back from a friend who had it built but never stayed in it, since he moved abroad a few months after. For some reason it had fascinated Aahil. Rehan had laughed saying that it was not Aahil's type, but for some reason he had felt attached to it. He never had the chance to visit the place as often as he wanted to. Designed keeping modern architecture in mind, the cottage still had a vintage touch to it. It was a few hours away from the city yet gave the feeling of belonging to the countryside or a large estate. In the front was a garden, now hidden in the dark night. The garden was full of flowers which always reminded of his deceased mother. The cottage had a homely feel that the mansion lacked. It was encompassed with peace and tranquility, surrounded by trees and nature, it was beautiful. But he was glad Sanam could not really notice its beauty in the dark, for the surprise he had planned awaited inside.

Aahil unlocked the door and led a confused Sanam inside. He let go of her hand to lock the door softly behind them and turned on the lights. As she was taking in the sight before her, Aahil leaned close to her ear. "I do have a meeting. With Mrs. Sanam Aahil Raza Ibrahim," he said huskily.

He felt Sanam shiver slightly. He had no idea if that made things easier or more difficult for him. He tried to keep his mind off of any movement her body made. He definitely knew of other ways he could make her shiver.

Instead Aahil turned her around and looked her in the eye. He was met with the same fire that had captivated him from the very begining. "You tricked me Aahil. There is no meeting here! Its not fair!" She said with so much anger that even Aahil was taken aback. It was almost as if he had done something to cause her trouble.

"Fair? So me simply bringing you out somewhere is not fair but you leaving the day of our nikah is?" As much as Aahil tried to keep the sarcasm out of his voice, it was seeping back in. If she could be angry then he could be as well!

"I know why you have brought me here. Having Rehan drop me to the office, asking for coffee, and reading those files was all just a ruse. So this was your grand plan Nawab Aahil Raza Ibrahim?" She walked towards the center of the room as she spoke and turned around to face him. Sanam looked at him fiercely.

"Maybe it was. Is there anything wrong with wanting to spend time with you?" He said trying not to grit his teeth. He walked up to her.

"How could you do this Aahil!" Sanam said with frustration clearly visible in her voice. Aahil felt upset. She disregarded everything he had done. Not once did she look at the decorations nor the roses. He had everything specially selected as per her favorites. The color red that was present throughout the entire room was only because she liked it. But Sanam was too busy chiding him for a simple lie to notice. Aahil knew there was only one way to stop her. Tell her the truth.

"Shh... Your still my wife Sanam. All I am asking for is some time, from you. I had all this arranged for you. Just so we could talk, without anyone interfering. I felt that there was so much to clear between us, so much to ask and so much to share. I am not asking---"

"Aahil please! First you got drunk last night and now this! Yes I told you we would speak in the morning. I had to go see Haya. You didnt have to do this. I knew it! I knew there was a reason for you calling me to your office!"

"You know me so well Sanam. Yet you don't know why I'm doing this?" Aahil said softly despite the frustration he felt.

"I do but Aahil honestly I cant tell you anything right now. When time comes you will find out!"

"When time comes? When will that be Sanam? After everything is finished?"

"Honestly at this point there is nothing left to argue about. If you believed me you would have known that there must be a reason why I cannot tell you anything right now. That there was a strong reason why I left. You would have realize that I have been wronged as well Aahil. I did say that I would tell you everything when the time is right. I wish you respected that," Sanam said as she looked at him and despite her anger he saw her hopelessness. It was as if she wanted to tell him but could not. Suddenly she looked away averting his gaze but he could tell she awaited his reply.

But Aahil had had enough. He didnt want to fight. He just wanted to talk! But she didn't. Aahil stepped closer to Sanam as she looked up at him. Her gaze stirred something inside of him and made his body react in his need for her. Aahil reached out, snaking his arm around her back, and in an instant she was pressed against him. He wanted her. He needed her, for more than just his body. And he needed her now. But not without knowing what he needed to know first. It was too important!

"Please Sanam tell me why. I promise I will hear. I wont question. I deserve to know," Aahil whispered as he leaned closer. He knew that his eyes reflected the same desperation as Sanam's. He breathed in her heavenly scent. Her luscious hair drew him even closer. Aahil pulled Sanam even closer to his body, until there was no room between them. He nuzzled her hair as he felt her breathing fasten. He slid aside her dupatta and softly kissed her her collarbone which was visible from her kameez. Aahil leaned back slightly and moved up to her full rosy lips. The desire to kiss her was stronger than ever.

He felt her soft breath mingling with his and suddenly the air grew hot and heavy. Sanam was trembling, Aahil could feel that from his fingers which were around her waist. But he wasn't so sure that he wasn't trembling, either. Aahil realized that this was the closest he had ever gotten to Sanam physically. Suddenly it was unnerving and overwhelming. He wanted to make this perfect and wanted to cherish it forever. He brushed his lips against hers, a soft teasing touch which was enough to feel the texture of her lips, to sense the heat of her body, both of which drove him wild. Aahil slid out his tongue and tickled her lips softly, they felt tender and sweet.

He felt her shiver once again as his own thoughts got increasingly fuzzy. The reason why he brought her here suddenly returned to the back of his head. Aahil pulled back slightly trying to snap out of the heady feeling of passion and looked back into her deep eyes. He felt her shudder under his gaze. This time it was not a request, it was a demand. "Sanam you have to tell me!" She swallowed and looked at him. Her eyes got wide and she blinked.

Dammit! Those eyes will be the death of me, he thought. Aahil looked down to see her bite her bottom lip. Her awareness of their proximity mixed in with her nervousness attracted him even more. Suddenly her lips were much more inviting than the words he wanted coming out of them. Unable to wait any longer, Aahil swept down and claimed her lips. After her initial hesitation, she kissed him back with equal fervor. He found himself seeking her warmth. He felt her hands at the back of his neck, holding on tight, and he felt her heart racing in her chest. She wanted him. His Begum Jaan wanted him. She tasted sweet, warm and precious like heaven, one that was only made for him. It was not a soft gentle kiss but one of desperation, angst and passion. All questions, answers and requests were lost in the heat of passion. They hungrily fed on each other's lips. Instinctively, she parted her lips slightly as soon as he bit her lower lip exactly where she had a few moments ago. Aahil slowed down and allowed his tongue to enter her mouth. Sanam gasped slightly as Aahil proceeded further. Soon their tongues mingled and Aahil felt as if this was his first kiss. He could tell this was Sanam's first yet her innocence and curiosity was driving him crazy. He held her tighter, for her support or his, he didn't know. Soon they were both breathless. Aahil pulled back but made no move to pull himself away from her body. Instead he moved his face to the side and lightly brushed his stubbled jaw across her soft cheeks as she innocently clutched his back, rubbing her fingers over it, making his breath hitch. Miss Dhabewaali knew exactly how to handle him.

Sanam knew what he was doing. She did. The second she stepped into the small vintage cottage her suspicions were confirmed. Yet she could not help but be captivated by the sight before her. He had the entire cottage decorated with candles and red roses knowing red was her favorite color. The cream colored curtains complimented them perfectly creating a sexy romantic ambience. It made her heart beat faster, everything was just perfect! However Sanam was aware that this moment would come with a certain price that she could not afford. She knew he would ask questions that she could not answer. Sanam tried to fight him in order to avoid his questions and it broke her heart to ruin such a perfect moment. To see the disappointment, hurt and anger on his face. She didn't want to fight! She just wanted to tell him the truth, that she never left and that she loved him from the bottom for her heart! She wanted to hug him and thank him for trying to make the moment special, make her feel special! She wanted to assure him that she would never leave! She wanted to spend the entire night in his arms! But Sanam knew she could not. She just could not. She had to leave.

But she could not as she was already hopelessly under his charm. Sanam had not expected him to touch her, to kiss her like that. It held her in place, she was entranced! Even if she wanted to, she could not stop, she could not leave, she could not walk away! He evoked such strong feelings within her that she never felt before. Only he could do this to her! Sanam could barely stand still, she was still reeling under the effects of his kiss. Would he... Sanam admonished herself for thinking like that! But she would lie if she said that she did not want him to continue. Somewhere inside of her she craved his touch. His stubble heated her cheek the second it made contact. She had held on to him for support, feeling the taut muscles in his back through his black shirt. Aahil always looked gorgeously handsome in black! To add to her pleasurable woes, his intense glare made her weak in her knees. It made her clearly see his desire and love for her. She knew she was right to fight for her love! She had never felt this before. But she felt it with him! She loved Aahil with her heart and soul! However she couldn't answer his questions. She couldn't. She didn't want him to ask either. She wanted to forget everything and just bask in the heat of his love.

Sanam sucked in her breath as she felt exactly what she was doing to him. It gave her pleasure to know she affected him to this extent. He had pressed her flush against him and she could sense his growing need. He wanted her and she wanted him. Sanam felt her breathing grow harder every second. She had no idea she could feel or act this way. It was as if he had awakened the woman inside of her. The hands which were on her back burned through her skin. She felt heat from her cheeks all the way to the tip of her toes. It was as if all the distance and lack of contact made her want him even more. After all the chaos, they deserved this moment to themselves and she didn't want it to end!

Aahil could feel the heat of her under his fingertips, seeping up through the kameez, cushioning the delicate muscles of her back. He could feel her, her soft and delicate body, and it set him on fire. He was growing hard, and he wanted her. He wanted her so bad. He wanted to give her a night of pleasure, having her say only his name from her lips. He slowly reached for the dori in the back of her kameez. He wanted to seal their pure love with passion.

But as soon as his fingertips touched the dori, he stopped. Suddenly he realized the consequences of continuing and at that moment reality hit him. He could not go further. Not without knowing her true feelings. Too much was at stake for him. His emotions were much more involved than his physical self. Aahil felt a strange tightness in his chest. He loved her with all his being. But did she feel the same way? The emotional side of him said yes she did! Her eyes, her words, her concern, everything screamed her love for him. But his logical side still questioned why she left him. Why did she choose the most important night of their life to go someplace else? If there was indeed an emergency, why could she not tell him? Did she not love him enough to trust him? If she does not, then did she come back? He could not continue without knowing the answers to these questions.

Aahil moved away from Sanam and ran his hand through his hair in frustration. He could not let his body rule his mind! He could not let his emotions replace his ability to think! He took a deep breath to calm his body. This was difficult. He looked at Sanam accusingly. Everything would be perfect if she would just tell him the truth. It just would! Sanam looked at him in a lost manner. He knew she felt the loss of his warmth, of his body, as he felt exactly the same way! The kiss had overwhelmed her and god forbid she thinks it was a mistake! That he regrets it! That can never be the case! Only Allah knows that he wants her to be his forever! Sanam blinked a few times and Aahil could see the unshed tears that were streaming down her cheeks. Wiping away the spots where he had touched her. Her tears were removing his touch! Aahil reached forward to wipe them but Sanam had already begun rubbing her cheeks with her hands. He looked at her is dismal, not knowing what to say. How to continue without hurting her! He felt helpless.

Before he could think otherwise, he stepped forward and wrapped her into his arms. He wanted to soothe her and comfort her. Let her know that he never meant to hurt her! That his feelings and his passion were as true as they can be! As Aahil felt Sanam grow limp in his arms, he realized she was tired and now emotionally drained. Aahil slowly detached himself from Sanam and picked her up in his arms. Sanam, surprised at first, gave in and let him carry her. She fit cozily in his arms and rested her head in the crook of his neck. As she wrapped her hands around his neck, Aahil felt as if she was made to fit into his arms. He carried her into the small bedroom which needed no lighting. The moonlight spilling from the window was enough and gave it the appearance of a painting. But what made it even more ethereal was the woman before him.

Aahil softly laid her down on the bed. The moonlight illuminated her face making her appear like a goddess. She turned to him and looked at him in confusion.

"You look really tired Sanam. Lets just go to sleep. Its just me and you, no one else." He softly kissed her forehead. She just nodded and turned. She curled up next to him as he placed his arm around her. At that moment, Aahil wanted nothing more. Just having her beside him was comforting. He wanted things to always be like this but he knew once they would return, things would be like how they were before. His mother would taunt Sanam about her fake love and each word would feel like an arrow to his heart. While Sanam would go back to her silence and not offer him any respite either. But he needed to untangle this mess which was suppose to be his life. He needed the truth. Aahil loved his family and didnt know whom to not trust. He trusted them all. He just wanted the truth. As he held Sanam in his arms as tight as he could, he prayed to Allah that the truth would come before him. Only he knows how difficult living without her is. He pulled her closer fearing she would slip away. He just wanted her in his arms, forever.

Hain mujhe hai tera armaan, hai tujhe hai mera bana
Har ghadi teri dil mein aahat, tu mile mil jaaye raahat
Judke bhi tu mujhse juda sa, khilke bhi tu kyun hai khafaa sa
Aaja meri baahon mein aaja re ❤️

Ok last part for this one 😉 Plz do leave feedback!

Tere bina har din tha soona... tere bina har shab thi veeran
tere bina thi saansein nashthar... tere bina har cheez thi banjar
tujh bin jeena ek sazaa tha... saansein lena jaise gunaah tha
aaja zehno dil par chha ja re ❤️

The next morning, Sanam woke up feeling something hard and heavy on her waist. She slowly opened her eyes allowing them to adjust to the soft light seeping in from the window. It was a bright and cheerful morning. It took her a while to realize where she was and how she got here. As she thought about what happened the night before, a small blush crept up her cheeks. She reached up and touched her lips, that still tingled from his touch. His kiss had left its mark on her lips, her heart, her soul! After everything, she finally felt like she belonged to him and he belonged to her! Sanam turned around to see Aahil blissfully sleeping with his arm around her. He had been holding her all night.

Sanam tried to move his hand but his hold was firm. It was as if he was afraid that she would leave?!! She looked down to see that his fist was tightly clasped around the end of her duppata. Sanam smiled as she thought about the man whose soft breathing was the only sound she could hear in the room. She lifted his arm slightly so she could turn around and face him while still being in his hold. For some reason, she didnt want to leave either! The sight before her made a small smile play on her lips. Aahil looked so innocent and calm in his sleep. His hair was covering his forehead giving him a boyish look while his long lashed casted a shadow over his cheeks. He looked like an adorable child who was sleeping peacefully, unaware of all the evil in the world. But the tragedy was, that this statement held some truth. He was unaware of what his mother was capable of. The day he would find out, his trust and his faith in humanity might just be shattered! Sanam shivered slightly as she thought about that. She wished she could protect him from that pain but it was inevitable.

Sanam softly caressed his cheek. He looked amazingly handsome and ridiculously sexy even in his sleep. Sanam thought about how his kiss made her feel. Sanam never knew a kiss could evoke so much emotions inside of her. She had felt like she was in heaven. As Aahil shifted slightly he grabbed the palm that was on his cheek and pulled it closer until it rested under his other cheek, pulling her even closer to him. This simple and innocent act made her heart clench. She wanted to tell him the truth! He needed to know that the evil woman was taking advantage of his innocence, his love, and his pure heart! She wanted to tell him everything! But she knew she would have to wait! They needed enough proof to expose that witch. Once they did gather the proof, Sanam would be able to tell Aahil the truth. It would hurt him a lot, but she would be prepared to hold him and make him strong! She would not let him crumble! As Sanam looked back at Aahil, she saw him stir a little. She removed her hand from under his cheek as he slowly opened his eyes. He rubbed his eyes and then looked at her. He appeared really relieved and content to see her. He blinked a few times and stared deeply at her. All she saw in his eyes was love. Pure unadulterated love! The love that she always wanted to see in his eyes. Afraid that it was going to make her cry, Sanam slowly got up from the bed. She straightened herelf and turned back to look at him with a smile.

"Good morning," she said trying to keep her tone light and cheery.

"Good morning," he replied and gave her a smile. A smile that melted her heart completely. Before Sanam could change her mind, she walked to the door. "Why dont you freshen up here, while I use the washroom next door." Before he could respond she quickly left.

After Sanam splashed her face with water a few times, she felt her senses return. While kissing Aahil had felt absolutely euphoric, she also realized why he brought her here. Sanam felt terrible! Aahil was trying so hard to make things work again, yet she kept on hiding everything from him! No matter what, he deserves to know the truth! For a minute, she had thought he regretted kissing her or that he was still very angry with her but what he did after proved her wrong! Not only did Aahil still love her, but he also respected her and wanted to amend everything in their relationship! It was time for her to do the same! Sanam took a deep breath and mustered all her courage. She decided to tell him as much as she could. What was necessary to clear things between them. He needed to know that she never betrayed him and would never leave his side! She needed to heal his wound and erase any doubts about her love! She needed to put an end to his suffering! The rest, he would come to know when the time was right. When they had proof! But until then, she had to restore and rebuild the trust between them! The trust that was delicately growing and had been crushed by the storm that hit them! If trust had not been a barrier between then, last night could have been the most special night of their lives. But still, Sanam had no regrets. Every moment in his arms was special. But now she had to make sure she remained there forever!

Aahil looked at Sanam's retreating back. She seemed like she was in a hurry to get away from him. Was she feeling shy? Or was she trying to avoid him again? Aahil didnt want to think of the latter. Rather, he thought about how wonderful it felt to just kiss her, to hold her, to feel her soft body against his! He had never felt such strong emotions consume him in a just a few minutes! It was an entirely different high! Her soft, delicate lips had felt so wonderful brushing against his! When he claimed her lips, he felt her love! More than anything, he had wanted to show her how much he wanted her! How much he loved her! What she meant to him! Aahil wanted his Sanam so bad! He wanted to feel her beneath him! He wanted to give her pleasure like no one could! After all she was his Begum Jaan! Aahil sighed and tried to divert his attention elsewhere. He quickly got out of bed and walked to the washroom.

As Aahil freshened up, he recalled her tears, which had pained him so much! He never wanted her to feel that doubt again! Aahil quickly took out his phone and called his lawyer, he also asked the Maulvi to be present when they would meet. It was time to amend certain things, starting with the sham of a wedding he had! It was time to end any false hopes anyone might have and to make sure it was done correctly! His Ammi may have done it to protect him but it was wrong of him to accept it quietly! Now it was his decision only! He never knew who the girl was nor did he take permission from his first wife! Correction, his only wife! Sanam! The love of his life! Nothing would change that! He loved Sanam! No matter why she left, he still loved her! He had never stopped loving her! That was the biggest truth! He would ask her, reason with her and give her justice! He knew she loved him too! It was clear from her tears! But he didnt want those tears anymore! He wanted her to be happy! The fact that she wanted him was enough! She was content with him! That much he was sure about! He could not let her go! Last night made him realize, that no matter what he wanted her there in his arms, each and every night of his life!

As Aahil turned to go find Sanam, he bumped into her and instinctively caught her before she slipped. Her hands gripped his shoulders tightly as his arm went around her waist. He could feel her breathing hard as she looked into his eyes. Her big soulful eyes drew him into her world. Where there was pain but hope! Where there was hesitation but love! A world that was difficult but pure! The world he wanted to be in forever! Aahil didn't want to look away but was forced to once Sanam blinked.

Aahil slowly set her on her feet as she fixed her dupatta and smoothed her kameez. Aahil tried to not look at her lips or any other part of her. Having her so close made him want to continue what they had started the night before. Instead, he decided to initiate the conversation.

"Sanam... About last night," he wanted to make sure she knew that he didnt regret kissing her one bit! That no matter how angry he was before, he still loved her! That he wanted her as much as before! That he no longer gave a damn about anything! No more hiding or hurting! He wanted her to know everything!

"I dont want you to feel that..." Aahil didnt know exactly how to say it. He actually felt nervous for an odd reason. He had acted harsh before but now he wanted to tell her what was actually hidden in his heart!

"Its ok Aahil. You dont have to say anything." Aahil smiled but it disappeared the second he looked at her. She looked disappointed!

"No! I didn't mean that! I mean that... Sanam... I dont regret it one bit! I would never regret a moment with you... It was not just a heat of the moment thing! Every part of last night was real! Sanam... I cant stay apart from you anymore! I planned everything just so we could be together! Each moment with you is special! Trust me I..." Aahil did get to finish because Sanam suddenly wrapped her arms around him. Aahil felt his heart beating faster than ever as he held her. Her embrace was warm and full of love. He wanted to stay like that forever! But he also wanted to see the joy on her face! Aahil pulled away softly and kissed her forehead. She looked so happy after so long! He didn't want anything to wipe off her smile!

Sanam held his face between her palms and looked at him with hopeful eyes. She took a deep breath and said, "Aahil I know you want to know the truth! You have everyright to and I want to tell you! But you have to promise to listen." Aahil nodded his head and made her sit on the bed. He was quite surprised by her sudden decision to tell him but he was grateful that she finally agreed!

"Aahil I never ran away! I would never leave you like that!" Sanam sighed softly and looked at her hands. It was as if she was deciding how to tell him.

Aahil kneeled down to where she was sitting on the bed. He took her hands in his.

"I want you to tell me everything. I am here to listen. Does it have anything to do with Ammi? Or have I done anything wrong? Sanam were you hurt by anything anyone said? Or did something force you to leave the house? An emergency?" Sanam was quiet as if remembering something. Aahil felt a bit nervous and scared to know what she was going to say! What had actually happened that caused her to leave? He didn't want to think of the worst!

"Sanam..." He nudged her softly, she broke out of her thoughts.

"Aahil, its hard to believe but it wasnt me! The person who was with you those few days before the nikah was not me!"

"Sanam please! Just tell me the real reason? What do you mean she was not you! Of course it was you! We spoke so many times! I even proposed to you and you said yes, it was definitely you! Sanam your not making sense!" Aahil felt his fear transform into frustration and pain. She was confusing him even more. Yet surprisingly, instead of desperation, guilt or pain, Aahil could see a flash of anger in Sanam's eyes.

"Aahil it was not me! You couldn't tell even for a moment! It was not me!" Sanam moved her hands away and got up. Aahil didnt know why his words had affected her so greatly! He tried to change his approach.

"Whatever the case was, you could have informed me. We could have spoken to each other. I asked you right before the wedding and you were happy Sanam! We both were happy! I would have even postponed the wedding had you asked! Or even if you didnt want to marry..." Aahil paused as uttering those words was painful.

"How could you think that Aahil! After everything, how could you still think that!"

"No Sanam I know thats not the case! But I was just stating the worst! Its painful to even think of you not loving me!"

"Aahil I never ran away. I am telling you! It just hurts that you couldnt tell! You spend so much time... Yet you couldn't... You couldn't even sense..." There was something very off about Sanam's tone, she sounded... Betrayed and hurt?!!

"You know what Aahil! There is no point in telling you! I know you wont believe it!" Sanam sighed loudly and wrapped her arms around herself.

Aahil felt as if he was punched in the gut. For a moment he could not speak. She didnt trust him! Aahil could tell that Sanam regretted her words. He could hear her breath softly trying to compose herself. But she had said what she did and nothing changed that. Aahil swallowed hard and got up quickly. As he turned to leave, he felt her softly touch the sleeve of his shirt but he gently removed her hand.

"Just leave it Sanam. I totally get it. You dont have to make up excuses." Aahil didnt even bother to keep the hurt out of his voice. He looked down, not wanting to look at her. He didn't know what else to say. Perhaps there was no answer? No way to get out of this mess?!! Maybe this was his fate! Why was he even trying!

"I am going to start the car." He said softly, trying not to look into her eyes. As he walked to the car, Aahil took a deep breath trying prepare himself for the journey back home. It was going to be long and painful! Not to mention what awaited him there! Things would be as they were! But he would not ask her anymore. Instead, he would leave it up to Allah to decide what his future holds. Sometimes its best to just leave things in his hand with the hope that everything will be alright. He didn't know what he did to deserve all this! But maybe Allah has his reasons for making his life a complex labyrinth, where each end bring him only pain!

Sanam knew he was right. She was wrong to burst out like that! She had let her anger get the better of her! Seher had never told her these things nor did she bother to ask. She knew her sister had not crossed her limits but hearing about the time they spend together hurt so much! That time was meant for her only! That attention and affection was suppose to be for her! The fact that Aahil could not recognize her sister from her was painful! He failed to recognize the woman he loved! But she knew that she was just being emotional! The truth was that he was not entirely at fault! Sanam had overreacted! Her words hurt Aahil tremendously! How could he have known that she had a twin?!! Thats the last thing anyone can think of! She could not blame him for that! Seher didn't know either that she was her sister! It was one messy game where everyone got hurt! Sanam walked to the car, knowing she had messed up! She wanted to tell him everything and ended up hurting him more! The man who was already so hurt was once again feeling the pain for loving her! But she could not let that happen! She could not let their love down!

Sanam looked at Aahil as he silently drove them home. She thought of how much things had changed from that night when he said those three magical words. Since then they have been tossed into a game of destiny. Everyone played their little games but they suffered. They both did. Before she could think otherwise she blurted out the first thing that came to mind. "I have a twin!" The car skidded to a stop a small distance away from Ibrahim Mansions and pindrop silence invaded the car.

The End...

What is the difference between an SS with 10 parts and 3 Three Shots? LOL. Anyhow, brilliant. I commented here for both the prequel and this. Like awesome... A nice change. Optimism and for once only SaHil. Today's episode was good too. I swear, whoever said it was Sanam got it right!

OMG Esha! How awesome was that! I am just reading it sigh!
There better be a trilogy of TSs ;) You awesome girl! That was superlative!

Lol I just LOVE their fights with their innerselves more like their Alter Egos 😆 I loved every bit about Sanam's "attraction feels" towards her Jallad Jinn and how she found his anger..CUTE 😆
Aahil is such a cutie when he does that facade and then fails miserably. Lol I loved his wicked smile he gave that his "Dhabevaali" is back.

And also I loved how Sanam mocked Aahil HAHAHA 😆

That night in his office...hayyyee!! Good ol days man! I was smiling like a lunatic when I read that he is remembering that part and how he was confused with strange feelings that time and the Irony part?! AWESOME!

You write fabulously Esha! This is just too great! Where they are going by the way? Eager to know REALLY! ;)

Lmao there is none but like I said I feel pressurized with SS's and somehow get tangled with the characters lol writing a certain idea into a three shot is easier for me lol I finished this one in one day lol I just need to edit the next two parts lol Each three shots are continuous from the one before and connected thematically but has one general idea in each. For example, the first one was about Aahil's a bottle a day plan, here is another plan and the final will be what he discovers lol Your right tho but for some weird reason this seems easier 😆 I wasn't even going to continue the previous one which started off as a two shot lol But then after the positive response I did lol But hey thanks 😳 I focused on only Sahil for this one 😉 Wanted them to get some alone time lol I have yet to watch the episode but I will! I just wish they showed Aahil more lol But I am glad it was Sanam lol Anyway thanks again! Keep reading n commenting!

Thanks Pragya 😳 I also love reading n writing their inner thoughts! Its sometimes funny, naughty, angsty, etc... They are just crazy lovers 😆 Both Sanam and I love Jallad Jin's adorably cute anger and the tough facade he tries to keep up 😆 His wicked smile should hint something 😉 That mast magan sequence was on my mind so I watched it n it came back to me when I was writing this lol I felt that Aahil truly was touched that night, he was so awkward yet comfortable holding her! I know my SaHil feels were all over the place watching that 😆 But thanks again for the compliment 😳 Hmm where are they going? You have to wait and see 😉 But things will get interesting there ☺️ 😆 Keep reading n commenting! N update ur story too plz lol

ESHA 👏

You are way too awesome 👍🏼

I loved it!! So glad that you came up with thisl I actually loved reading this. It had humor, passion and love.

"Well I guess we cant refuse "His Grace", now can we?" Sanam mocked in good humor and Seher rolled her eyes. Rehan just chuckled and went to start the car.

Oh God! You had me rolling as I read about Sanam. I love it!! I love how she's so sarcastic and knows how her husband is going to react.

They were two lovers trying to fight for their love. But still she rather not face his royal ghussa, for this time she was afraid she would start laughing. He looked absolutely adorable trying to put up an act of anger! It was too cute! Sanam chuckled.

Can I just tell you, that I thought the same exact thought? God, I could totally see the cute expression Aahil would have.

For once he had reached out like a gentleman and had been rejected. But it definitely made him notice Miss. Dhabewaali even more than before! He wanted to make her understand!

I thought it was great that you brought back the flashback where they shared their first "night" together at his office. You did a fantastic job as describing the whole thing.

I'm a fan of the way you describe and the way you use your words. Wow!

He was ARI! But this time the girl with him was not just any girl! She was his Begum Jaan... Sanam Aahil Raza Ibrahim!

Yes! He is ARI! He can do anything! He wants his Sanam back. He wants his Begum Jaan to be with him.

Esha... You've left me wanting more. I need move. I crave for more. Now, you do know what your job is, right? 😆

Update soon, darling. I cannot wait to read what's going to happen next. Wonder where Aahil is taking her knowing the kind of smirk appeared on his face. ❤️

*Way too excited!*
