I know the attempt of delivering Sanam's clothes to her house personally by becoming a Courier Man instead of going to the Coffee Shop was your idea of letting Sanam's Badi Ammi be aware of the fact, that her Granddaughter is making random visits to your place these days and also to emphasize the fact that you are NOT Shoaib Sahab Version 2.0. Congratulations Sanam, for once your lack of Filtering the words helped you escape Badi Ammi's wrath. It was only b'cos of your Blunt Response, she believed that whatever you said was truth, b'cos normally in these situations young girls lie through their teeth or deny the whole thing all together by making innumerable false stories, by putting the whole blame on the guy.
